I’ve used this location twice and both times have been great! Christian is super helpful, friendly and straight forward. The entire process is easy and I never worried about my belongings not being safe.

We used CubeSmart when we sold our house. They were great to work with, in the end, we had 3 different cubes to store everything from our old home. We were able to unload all of them at our leisure. All in all, we had at least one of our cubes for 8 months. The facility is very clean, well managed, and you can be sure your belongings are safe and secure. We never even had spiders! Which is a huge relief! No bugs, no spiders, no smelly odors, and no trash laying around. An excellent storage facility with a friendly staff! I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I was in and out very quickly. The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. He was ready and prepared for my arrival and while i put somee of my things in my new unit he prepared and carried out my boxes i purchased as i was leaving. Didnt have to go back into the office to pick them up. Very nice man and good service.

The store manager Kristin is the most rudest unprofessional person while talking with my friend. She hung up in a CUSTOMERS face and to top it off she spoke with a Lauren in PA to report the complaint and that lady told her to hurry up and finish talking. This is not the way to handle business with a customer who has been with you for YEARS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

In the beginning, our relationship with management at our facility was VERY contentious but over the past year our relationship has improved dramatically. Not really sure what the issue was in the beginning but am extremely happy about improvements made.

The prices were reasonable compared to other competitors in the area and the manager Christian was always available if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend!

Wow what a wonderful experience at cube smart. I have been customer for years and needed to get into a unit after hours which normally is absolutely not allowed. It was an emergency and after calling the 24 hour phone line I got in contact with the general manager Dixie! She was the sweetest and most helpful person Ive talked to in a long time. She helped me get into my unit in a time of need and was very kind. These days its rare to receive good customer service and even the places that you spend thousands of dollars at for years but Dixie definitely made my day and I wish more places had general managers like her

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I really had no idea what size I needed. Sherry was so helpful and courteous. I called and made a reservation with the call center and within ten minutes I received a call back from Sherry at the actual Frisco location. I was very impressed with the appearance and professional atmosphere when I arrived. Sherry was on it from the minute I walked through the door. She already had the three sizes picked out to show me. The entire process was fast and easy. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage to anyone and if your anywhere in the Frisco area make sure you go see Sherry she will take very good care of your storage needs. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

Storage facility is in a good location and has good security and good rates. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that even though I already have a renters insurance and emailed the policy info when I rented, they made me pay $12 for their insurance for the first month, so now I am double insured. ☹

Well I went to get another unit exept of what we have for the office and we have more than 15 storage units all over DFW for business purposes. This time I went to get the second unit and the girl was telling me its going to be X2 than the price we are paying of the same exact size unit and when I asked why she said the prices going by the capacity which not making any sense..She was trying to sell more and more till I told her that on the wall next to her had it says I can get a free unit for a month if we sign up and also online it says half month for free.. Well she didnt evens care and was very rude even after I told her I will write a review so I went to a different location of the same company just to ask something and the guy on the second location told me that they are working on % of sales from everything they sale including boxes and units which is not right because thats how things like that happens you are not Best Buy selling tvs you are a STORAGR PLACE no need sale mens.Anyway I will never use this storage or recommend anyone to use them.
