Best Buy has really nice employees. Didnt need any help really, so I didnt interact with them much, but the greeter lady at the door was nice. Good selection of electronics as expected, and a surprisingly good lot of gaming laptops. Surprisingly, Best Buy is a haven for collectors. The collectible/toy section is one of the best stocked Ive ever seen at a retail storefront, carrying a good variety of stuff that is often already sold out elsewhere.

Made a quick stop with my son. The security guard did not take his eyes off my preteen son. Unfortunately I didnt notice while we were in the store but my son informed me while we were driving home that he felt he was racially profiled. Ill be on alert if we ever return to this store.

As a long time customer of this specific store, I have never been treated so rudely by an associate. His name is Adam and he was the greeter at the entrance. I had a simple question regarding a charging cable. He was so dismissive and continued to talk to me with an attitude and became argumentative. He finally called his manager, Andrew, who was great and provided excellent customer service in addition to resolving the issue I was having with a product.Adam definitely has no business being in customer service with his disgusting attitude.

I tried to call and nobody ever answers. The one time a girl answered after waiting 10 minutes on the phone. She wasn’t very much help at all and she transfers me. After being on the phone for 20 minutes I had enough. I call back and nobody answers. You guys need to train your employees better. Not only that you have some rude workers at this location. I didn’t like one lady’s attitude in the tv section. She was helpful but I felt like she was talking down to me.

The Geek Squad agents here were friendly, helpful and accurate in their processes. The staff helped me find all the items I needed for my Desktop repair, sat with to make sure all my needs were met, then check-in my pc to be fixed with a rather quick repair time!Above all...make an appointment! Call the store, go online to bestbuy.com.. something to make an appointment. I witnessed a handful of people that were turned away without an appointment. The wait time without an appointment was not short at all. Dont risk it. Make an appointment. I promise you will be much happier.

Called this morning to ask them about my computer monitor because it has a black spot on the screen. They told me Geek Squad would have to look at it so I make an appointment and when I get to best buy Geek Squad tells methey dont look at computer monitors and if I have a best buy warranty I can just take it to customer service and exchange it. I told Geek Squad customer service on the phone told me to get an appointment. All they can tell is Im sorry. I go over to customer service tell them whats wrong with my monitor they tell me under my protection plan I can get a new one. Told them okay then they tell me I have to buy another 4-year warranty because Ive already used up the warranty I had on this monitor mind you I purchase this monitor in December of 2020. If this is how Best buy does warranty I wont be buying anything from Best buy ever again.

Went by yesterday, 4/11 and after Ruben told me they didnt have a card reader in stock, Asia once again saves the day and actually looks for AND finds one for me. I was able to make my purchase and left completely satisfied!2 months ago: Amazing customer service from cashier Asia. She handled my return and was so amazingly pleasant. Explained everything and got me out quickly! Id actually continue shopping at this location just because of her positive energy!

Bought the latest Samsung $1,150 oh, not bad great phone feels sturdy not like the other Samsung oh, the service was superb oh, Im not kidding, I went to Verizon in La Habra the place is closed down. I went to Verizon in Cerritos the guy there had a bad attitude I was met at the door by security guard. I said good morning he said can I help you I said yeah Im looking to buy a phone today right now can I get a nice guy to help me. He looked the other way and he said can I help you. I said Im already a Verizon customer he said its a 45-minute way. Never looking at me. I said can I look at the phones at least he said yeah. Ask me for my phone number I gave it to him. After a while I saw that hes just a sour guy why is he in sales. Maybe he had a bad day but Im ready to drop a thousand bucks. That is the Verizon in Cerritos Town Center. Better go to Best Buy in places like that they still love customers

Very poor customer service. When we went in to buy, they were very helpful and acomodating. When we went to pick up our phone (5 days later), we had too wait for 20 min for the tech. When he came to his post, he started to help a customer that had come after us (he said that the manager had told him to help them first). After he was done with that, he asked what we needed, like surprised we would need help. When I told him I needed help setting up my new cell (Im in my 60s, not very techie, and my last cell was a 7S model and we bought a 20S). He said that this model doesnt need to pass the chip from the old to the new cell (true), and that everything was already in the new phone, all set up (not entirely true).Its been 2 weeks and a young friend is still helping me set up things in the new phone. This technician was 0 helpful. He didnt tell me to go on line and rate him for his excellent service, like I overheard him telling the previous customer. He knew his customer service was very lacking and sub- standard. Needless to say, we will never go back to Best Buy or recomend it to any of our friends and family. There are many other things to say, but this is enough for now. If a manager wants to contact me, Ill be more than happy to give him more samples and names.An extremely dissatisfied customer.

I went in and ordered my tv with the wall mount and paid for deliver and mounting as well on 06/18/2021. Was scheduled to be delivered on 06/21/2021 but delivery was missed. I was told to call and reschedule but when I called, they said my order was still in transit. I called almost everyday up until today and even stopped by the store a few times and always got the run around. I would get told different things. Come to find out, they were having a system issue, due to THEM having a system issue for over a week, I couldn’t get my tv, mount and services that was paid for. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. The worst service I have ever experienced.

Wow in and out in 20 min!! Our new oven will be delivered on Friday. Delivery is free. 20 bucks to install and about 20 to haul the old one! Huge thank you to Maria in the kitchen dept for going above and beyond to help my dad find the oven he wanted. He wanted something simple with no convection fan. She went online and found it for us. Then used his best buy membership to get him zero interest for a year! Great experience overall

Do yourself a favor and just buy on Amazon! If you buy something on Amazon they give you 30 days to return it if you’re not satisfied. Best Buy only gives you 15 and would only refund my money to a gift card.

Because of the extreme check in and the very rude employee at the fullerton store on imperial. We left after asking what the hold up was. Because were waiting to get in and hes talking to people in the store at one point they pointed out to him that there were people at the door he looked back and ignored us.I called out whats going on and got nothing.I wanted to buy something for my husbandsBirthday. I went to this Best Buy to purchase a couple of phones during the Black Friday sales time.Theyre complying with Covid restrictions and safety as best as they can, so youll have to wait outside in line until recommended store capacity allows you a spot inside. Try going during less popular shopping times.Their phone service reps are very friendly and helpful. In fact, much more helpful than the reps at the Verizon store, my last couple of visits there. Good deals, great service. Ill use them again for this service.

Employees are rude....if you have a question, forget it. We asked multiple employees questions and they acted like we was interupting their personal time to help me or us. There was 4 in my group and actually one of us was on a mystery shopper assignment, (not me) and lets just say, good thing Im not typing up that report. It be all not satisfied all the way through. Ill take the drive and go back to City of Industry store everytime. There more friendlier and take time to help you with your phone question, or find a charger to replace one I lost. And a battery pack. Sorry I dont have much to say, nice that is about this store.

There is too many Employees around but they dont really help you with question. At the entrance is 1person counting how many are inside. He also is telling you if you have question come back to him but when you come to asked him, he tell you you can get yourself the items. Is pointless.Just look for them. So is not a really organized process. If you go and find something you like. Just look yourself what you want. Will save you some time.

Of course theyre limited staff again, so getting an associate was a long wait. Shelves are pretty empty, still have some stuff but very very limited. One customer was so mad that the item that she wanted was at 16 gig, and all they had in the store was 8 gig she was going to order it online

This used to be a great place to shop. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Now a person can barely shop there and its like pulling teeth to get something you need. I am abandoning Best Buy. If you are not Brick and Mortar you are just another dot com. Im not going to be treated like a criminal to walk in your store and buy big ticket items. Covid or no Covid. Well I was surprised to know that curbside pick up goes to 9, but store closed on the inside at 8 but I’m still shopping at 827pm. They let me shop at my leisure and stayed answering some questions. The worst customer service I have ever received! Ordered a Apple Watch to be shipped to my house because it was unavailable in store paid the extra for next day, 2 days later still no watch! I called the store Sunday, only to be told to call OnTrak (shipping method) no help from this associate. Called to speak with a manager kept being sent to voicemail. After I called OnTrak directly they told me they had not received the watch this it had not arrived as promised to call Best Buy. I again called the store after 30 minutes on hold I spoke with Crystal who said she was a manager. She told me ONTrak had the package I told her I just spoke with them as directed by your associate and they assured me they didn’t. She placed me on hold and returned to tell me at this point there was nothing she could do but she did refund my additional shipping I paid to get it next day. I told her I paid that because it was a gift for someone Saturday and at this point I just wanted to cancel. She told me I couldn’t but if I wanted to purchase it somewhere else then return the one I purchased with them that was an option. I let her know this was the worst I have ever been treated as a customer, she said sorry about that. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS???? I assure I will not let this stop here maybe some retraining is needed, I had to spend more than an hour of my morning trying to figure out their mistake AND I still don’t have the item I purchased!!!!

I purchased a Razer Nari headset and spent a week trying to get it to work on my PC. I went out of town for a week and when I returned, spent a few more days trying to get it to work properly. With no success, I took it back to the store to return it.Upon return the woman informed be I was only eligible for a store credit, due to their 15 day return policy. I explained Best Buy has no headsets in stock and I wanted a full refund. At this point, the manager lady stepped in and told me they will not be giving me a refund OR a store credit and that the return policy is 15 days. She was very rude and totally unprofessional.I will never be doing business with Best Buy again.
