Visited 10/27 around 9:45 am.Walked by at least a dozen target employees, with name tags on, probably within arms reach.Nobody said good morning.Nobody asked if I needed help finding anything.Every single one avoided eye contact and scurried away.Even walking right by the security guard on the way out, he was too busy chatting to acknowledge me with so much as a nod.The cart had a wonky wheel, Im am fairly easy to notice. It wasnt like I snuck by them.

How awesome and friendly the staff at the store is. Me and my baby girl go in there at least once a week and everyone there has been extremely kind and very helpful. Stores clean, organized, and well staffed.

I like Target alot from the customer service to the low prices and good quality products. Target has Alot to like.

Spacious location in a large shopping plaza. I noticed a security guard when I walked in; its fine, loss prevention is important especially in an area where there are unsavory folks. The shelves and displays are neat and stocked with supplies. The associates were super kind and helped me find a Target location that had the item that I was looking for!I wasnt there for the incident that happened last July that involved a customer harassing an associate over mask mandates, but it seems--and I hope--management has fixed themselves up.

Nice location looks fairly new but restrooms need some restoration especially damage toilet seats from graffiti.

Always stocked and polite cashiers. During COVID, it has been a positive experience. Cashiers always clean payment and counter area after every transaction. They are very patient. I have been witness of inpatient customers, but cashiers handled themselves professionally.

I sometimes visit this target when I put gas at Costco. But the employee Duane here, is such a sweet guy. He helped us out the last two times and he gave my boyfriend and I a really good recipe for some of the groceries we bought. Honestly, I loved the interaction and I wanted to leave the review for Duane. Thank you Duane 💜

Target is one of our favorite stores to shop for everything from household items to groceries. They offered affordable prices.

They need to better train their employees here. I drove all the way out here because they had my size jeans just to be told by the guy at self checkout that he couldn’t match the Target.com price because of the holidays. Makes zero sense he told me I could buy it online and do store pickup or drive up but he was not allowed to price adjust it. First time I’ve ever heard that sounds pretty ridiculous.

Went to the Starbucks in this Target and was extremely disappointed to see that the employee taking orders and making drinks was not wearing a mask. I witnessed him talk to many maskless people and he even stood to the left of the plastic barrier to avoid protection even more. Very upset to see Target is not taking the safety of their customers seriously. This person is making and handing out drinks to tons of people and has a high risk of exposure.

This store is very clean and well organized. Thanks for taking COVID-19 so seriously and making your building amazing.

This is easily the nicest Target location I had been in. Also the staff is beyond friendly and attentive!!

I was here to buy a product, my card was a problem, I stayed about an hour to fix it and being able to buy it all helped me in support. I could maybe take my product after three hours and they managed to do everything within an hour and you also helped me to put the product in the car. He stayed with me for about 20 minutes while the Uber came, I can only say that the 5 star service is excellent. I really liked it I recommend you buy it here.

Very convenient for Drive up. Order with the App is super easy. But super annoying bag fee cannot be removed and not worth the time to request adjustment when employees forget to remove it. So I’ve been overcharged 4 times already within 2 months.

It has everything u need in 1 store.

Wanted curbside delivery, but couldnt do it on my computer. I drove around the parking lot trying to find out where to pick up my order. Finally went inside and saw by the convenience desk, the pick up order. This was not a good experience. Ordering was very challenging because of all your options: pick up, curb side, mail, etc. Some items could only be ordered this way or that. I find that it is easier to use Walmarts service, I can order easier and they bring it out to the car without any problems.

I went in today to purchase things for my kids crayons, coloring books, board games things to entertain during this safe at home process . I was scared to enter because of the virus but as I walked through the isles I see everyone wearing gloves, cleaning the store, wiping down the self check out machines and I felt safe and clean. It calmed me down ! Thank you target !! You are doing an amazing job.

I would never go to a Target that allows other customers to not wear a mask and coughs on employees!!! It is NOT okay to allow other customers to not wear a mask. There are proper measures in place so that we can all stay safe and not reinforcing them is dangerous not only for other customers but for the employees who deserve to be safe!!

If I could rate this store 0 stars, I would. There was an incident on 4th of July where an employee was coughed on by a woman who felt mad the employee reminded her about wearing a mask inside the store. As a team, both her managers should have been more supportive, but instead one of the managers decided to coach her instead. Am I the only one aware of the current pandemic were in or is profit for your district really that much more important for you? Would you have really just stood there and allowed someone to cough on your face as you suggested your employee should have done? Very disappointed on how you think a store is managed and how you think essential workers should be treated.

Car got towed out of the parking lot. Even with Target receipt. Tow Yard $417. Police release $61. Awesome way to help people out during a pandemic. Last time I shop at this location forsure. They always say, when you go to target you always leave with extra stuff, well today I left spending an extra $500 basically.

This store is inhumane for allowing g a customer to cough in an employee’s face and apologizing to the customer. What a disgrace to think for even one second that that is OK. The associate is risking her life every single day and this is how you say thank you? I hope you get shut down and sued!

Called and called and called. All I wanted was to put an order down so I could pick up a book before work. One person picked up, she said she would check their stock for the item. I was put on hold. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up again and the call was eventually ended (not by me). I called 7 times. Not one person picked up besides the woman who put me on hold. Terrible customer support.

Make sure EVERYONE IN THE STORE IS WEARING A MASK. As a consumer I dont want to go somewhere that is not abiding by the mandated order to have customers wear masks. Stand by your employees, they are risking their lives everyday while they are there. Would not come here anymore until management is changed

To the managerial folks who have no civility following the July 4th, 2020, when a maskless customer spat at an employee and violated basic pandemic safety protocol at this Target:Take accountability and professionalism for monumentally erring during that day and enforce stricter COVID-19 regulations wherein ALL people (yes, including the short-sighted, defiant shoppers). Use intellectualism for once and stick with it, malcontent management.

Theyre never fully stocked. Something is always missing that I need so I have to order it online. I come here when I have to but its not a trustworthy Target. I dont understand because almost every Target store is very good! There isnt anything to complain about. Except this location.

The drive up option is super convenient and helpful. I placed an order on the target app and within an hour I was able to pull up and have my purchases loaded into my trunk without me getting out of my car. When you’re in a rush and don’t have time to go into a target or have a sleeping baby in the car, this makes it so much easier just to get what you need.

Excellent sevice. Not realizing I ordered in stir pick up, I took my dog for the ride ( Quarantine has us both suffering cabin fever!).Upon arrival I realized my error. And due to stocking levels, I had to go to two different locations.BOTH locations ( Orange on Tustin and South Fullerton) immediately accommodates me and provided car delivery upon my telephone request!Such excellent service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always trying to call Guest Services and they never pick up . Have been trying to call for about a hour . I have called them and heard them pick up and then they click on me, have got transferred to other departments, have asked to transfer me back . Went in one time to see if they were busy and tried Cali g . They had the ringer on silent. Poor customer service .

Staff is always helpful and polite, also the store carries a wide selection of products I need, want and like.

Im not shopping at a store that does not enforce masks being worn, and the authorities not being called when someone, unmasked, coughs on their employees. Any place that allows that to happen doesnt care about anyone walking into that store.

Being at my age- out of stocks are a problem for me, shopping is not only for my self but for my mom who is 92 years old and since Im going - my daughter who has a 2 yr old and a1 yr old is a must. Your store is literally next to where we live and my going there is a risk all around me due to the circumstances. and I do not shop around too much for the same reason but in the past 3 weeks I have not found any paper products or baby wipes.

I am always treated as if I am an important customer no matter how much or little I buy. Someone always offers to help. The store is almost always clean and Angie in Customer Service is amazing. She really knows how to be helpful. She is kind and always cheerful.

The store itself is pretty well stocked with great customer service as well. Not to mention they have a Starbucks readily available for those dreaded 2-3 hour shopping trips with the wife and kids on those days you really dont feel like doing nothing.

Serveral times ive been harrassed about waters at this location. This time the lady was trying to tell me in which order to scan my items and when I didnt scan them in the order she wanted she proceeded to come make me scan the waters then. I wasnt aware there was a certain order we had to scan items and she didnt do it to anybody else. They always act like your gonna steal the waters. Ive had to show my proof that ive paid for them just because the lady didnt see. I thought i could scan my groceries in any order as long as I scanned them all and ive never seen people have to show their ticket so they can make sure either. Plain and simple by how I look they keep forcing me to scan them first to make sure ME in particular doesnt take anything without paying. Some of these workers have prejudices they meed to sort out or dont work with customers if you assume everybody with tattoos is gonna steal.

Large variety of brands and products to choose from. Prices are always low and will price match if theirs one cheaper. Lets not forget their Cartwheel, coupons and RedCard savings added on top of their already low prices. I love Target!

Time efficient! Would highly recommend the pickup service for anyone in a hurry! You can place your order though the Cartwheel app, where you can also combine any Target gift cards and pay from app. When you use this service Target provides your items ready in bags. Just be ready with your ID and barcode from app.

The cashiers here are always extremely limited and are in no sense of urgency by any means. You will be waiting to check out far longer than you are shopping.

Found everything I needed fairly easily. When the register didnt automatically ring up there $5 gift card that I was supposed to get for buying some items, the clerk created it manually. He was very helpful.

I am disgusted that this store allows customers to not wear masks and that customers are able to cough in workers faces without being kicked out. This shows that you do not care about your workers, and would do anything just for money.

I will no longer be shopping here since this target lets guests shop WITH OUT masks and then discipline employees for who try to enforce STATE regulations. Got all my childhood games! Its a bit pricey but worth of you are looking for. Plus, the owner is really nice and plenty of parking in the back.

Clean place to shop. Not crowded like some places. Reasonable prices, some higher many lower than other stores. Employees are cordial and eager to assist.

Had the best sense of humor and such confidence. Beautiful bright young lady. She definitely knows what she’s doing, perfect example of providing great customer service. She went out of her way to help me with my return, and put an item on hold for me at another Target. Good people good service.

A lack of basic ethics and morals. The security seems to prey on children and the forgetful rather than actually catch any thievery. I wouldnt be surprised if they have been sued multiple times, perhaps its just one or a few staff members of that location but it only takes one to ruin it for all . I will not shop at that location any more, I was doing them a favor by shopping there . A suggestion for the workers : learn how to tell the difference between a good, honest, trustworthy person . For a second imagine if someone was to treat your mother, grandmother, father, grandfather, spouse, child or the like in the manner in which the staff members are a custom to treating guests.

Great place to go to for your department needs. The store is always up to date and clean and presentable. Staff is extremely friendly and the help you get is great. Starbucks inside preps you for your shipping.

Target really needs to get their act together this is the 3rd target that I have came to to try and use your baby registry no employee knew what to do in the customer service area. Ridiculous

I found everything I needed and when I needed help, team members were friendly and resourceful. The store was clean and that made it easy to find the items that I needed.

This Target has 2 confirmed cases of COVID but employees were told to “keep quiet”. Target has done NOTHING to protect their customers and should be held liable for every customer who gets sick due to their negligence.

This target is pretty nuts, they stop selling alcahol at 10pm, even they are open till 11 and 12 some days. That doesnt really make any sense considering that state and local laws let them sell up until 2AM, so I guess they decided to take it upon themselves. This decision. Their cash registers simply dont allow them to sell after 10. So if the government has left you with any rights whatsoever, expect Target to take away the remaining few.

Shelves are empty, and the store is messy-- The home furnishings and decor section in particular. This stores redeeming quality is the staff that assisted me-- Duane and Raul were delightful and saved me by pulling the items that I needed from the back.

They remodeled recently and the womens clothes and shoes sections are a mess. Literally messy. Good luck finding your size.The makeup section underwent huge expansion (kinda looks like a sephora now) and they sacrificed some of the pharmacy section to make that possible. I usually have to go to a full size pharmacy now to find what I need.
