I went to Sallys Fullerton on Orangethorpe Ave. to purchase hair products. One girl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I found what I needed. However, the cashier wasnt helpful at all. I had a one hundred dollars bill and she said that she couldnt compete the transaction because she couldnt give me all her fives bills as change. The other girl told her to go ahead and ring me up as she had more change in the other register. Still she wouldnt do it and asked me to go to Food4Less next door to get change and come back to make my purchase.Horrible service.I took my business somewhere else.

Most of the hair dye you buy, even in the upscale stores, it not salon quality. This store sells the best quality hair dye I’ve ever used. Humberto was extremely helpful in helping us find what we needed. Thank you!
Store closes at 8 but they closed up at 730. Handful of other people were outside as well wanting to shop. Guess this place really does live up to its bad reviews
I really like Sallys everyone is helpful and I usually get what I need no long liines, get discounts and I have even been given a nice gift before. They have samples which is good you can try new products and see if you like them before buying them or check out their sale items I have purchased good products for a really good price
I wanted to color my hair myself so I watched enough YouTube to decide that I have no idea what Im doing. I went in here...never been in a Sallys beauty in my life. and they took all the time I needed to help me find the right color for my hair I couldnt have been more pleasantly surprised and it was on a Sunday right before closing too!
Came in to make a purchase . She told me her name is Jocelyn and she scanned my things and didn’t say anything just waited until I saw the total and paid with my debit card. In addition she had a stank face from the beginning not welcoming at all. Your job as a cashier is to be friendly and tell people their total not just stand there.
Lots of hair care products. On this visit the young ladies were very helpful. The staff usually is but this time as I was the only customer. Awesome

Their site says they close at 8:00pm. I went at 7:25pm and they were closed.
They were very helpful. They were out of a product I was looking for. They called another Sally Beauty asking them to hold the product for me. That was AWESOME.

I am very disappointed in Sally. I bought a hair dryer in February and it stopped working in March after covid hit. I called and asked how I could return this product and they said no problem, with covid we have extended the return policy. So today I went in to return the product and had to get special permission for a one time exception to their return policy. Really? You were flippin closed so how could I have returned it within the 30 day limit you have? Never mind your special exception! They did allow me to exchange it but their attitude sucked!

This is my first shopping experience at this particular Sally’s location. Unfortunately, I was treated by the worker / cashier with no respect while she was completing my transaction. First, the cashier with a green hair coloring did not have a proper name tag and while scanning my items, she answered her personal phone and began using slang and profanity in front of me. Likewise, when I inquired about my additional savings with having a membership with the company she informed me that she had already given the rewards to my account however, I do not believe it went to me but instead to her own personal rewards due to the reason of not asking for my name or phone number associated with my account. Furthermore, on the receipt shows membership savings.
If there was an opportunity to put no stars I would! I was just at this location to purchase some items and get my free gift with purchase and the store manager Athena had a bad attitude and was so rude! She yelled her name at me when I asked for her name. She openly talked bad in front of me (customer) regarding her staff saying “ I’m going to reprimand said employee when she comes in I’m not happy with what she did.” First of all I don’t know ya’ll system and I shouldn’t be the brunt of anyone’s frustrations especially when it is something that’s completely out of my hand. I felt she got frustrated and took that frustration out on me. When she was ringing me up and talking to me I didn’t like how she was coming at me and even told her I don’t like how you are coming at me and she never once apologized. So I did left without buying anything from the store because why should I support that store if I had a bad experience? I I just don’t know how a Manager is supposed to set a good example for her staff when she herself doesn’t do it herself meanwhile she’s going to reprimand her staff??? I hope this message gets out to upper management and reprimand her!

WOW it was clear this manager did not care about good customer service. I was given the cold shoulder and no eye contact. I did not have her full attention as I was talking to her, and I noticed when she checked out of the conversation....i called earlier about a job posting and decided to pop in once the manager was there for a quick question. To find out if this store actually needed employees. She did tell me they are always accepting applications, but I immediately felt she did not want to hire somebody like me. Sallys is a small store, they dont need alot of employees to work there. The manager could not straight up tell me there is room for you or not!!..my appearance wasnt the greatest and I was in my work uniform. Now if she knew I was a Cosmetology student and I am well aware of beauty products she might have seemed a little more interested... Overall her attitude towards me was very cold, and to think I wanted to work here with this manager from hell...and oh it seems like Im not the only one that had a bad experience with managers at this establishment, judging from other reviews. Manager for a year? She should be trained for another year?
