Great customer service from Tricia and technician Chuck, my stereo was fixed within minutes 🤗 Highly recommend I was also impressed on how big the company is.

Great company with great products, and they stand behind their products. My radio stopped working and was just barely out of their warranty period. I took the radio unit to them, and the lady name Trisha was super nice and helpful. She called me the next day after I dropped it off, and told me what was wrong with it and what they needed to replace. I picked it up in a couple of days, and the unit is working perfectly fine again. Charlie the technician was very helpful showing me that everything was working properly before I left, and even lend me tools because I decided to just put it right back in my car in their parking lot. All is well again, and I drove away happy. Thank you Custom Auto Sound!

Installation is IMPOSSIBLE. No instructions, no way to make adjustments, this purchase was a waste of time and money. Very disappointed. I would suggest you look at other alternatives. Do not buy the USA 230. If I could I would give this product 1/4 star. Nothing about his purchase including shipping has been on time or pleasant.

Worst customer service i have been calling them for 3 days, they dont answer the phone. Faulty radio i will never purchase their garbage products agai . Stay away

Purchased a 630 usa stereo and after 2 years it stopped reading MP3 files. Bought A second one because I thought it might have been a bad stereo.Same thing happened after two weeks. Wont read MP3 files and its random. I when online and found numerous people with the same problem. If you are using this for MP3 files buyer beware, its junk.

So far they lose in everything. I bought a very expensive customer radio for my 70 Buick. After a couple of months I called the place I bought, yearone, and they said call custom direct. The problem is half the display had gone dark so you had no idea what was on the screen and it would stop playing for several minutes then come back on. I did got voice mail a couple of times when a week later I got a call from a women I could barely understand. I explained she said send it back, gave an an RA number for reference and that was it. This started in the beginning of July and I still have never heard another thing nor have I received a radio, I dont want or a refund.

The USA 630 is a POS. Customer service sucks and the technical service is terrible. Will never buy a custom auto radio again . What a huge waste of money and time.

They sent me the wrong radio, tried to get help with install or at least replacement parts, I said Id even pay for them. The two different techs on the phone were useless of the products they sold. Got a $200 radio collecting dust on the shelf.

I just bought a USA 630 for my 84 Mustang and paid an installer to put it in for me. I was attracted to the almost original equipment look and the modern features. After installing the USA 630 I found it left much to be desired.First and foremost, the unit created an annoying dentist drill whine from the speakers that could not be remedied. The person answering the phone at Custom Auto Sound tech support was useless and unhelpful, suggesting to my installer to put filters on the line which we already did before calling. We tried moving the ground to 3 different places, filtering a few different places and in the end my installer said this could not be corrected. Now I can return the radio to CAS, but Im still out the $150 I spent for the install and the Ford harness adaptor I had to buy, plus I have no option but to put my stock radio back in.Next disappointment is the fake AM radio dial which the advertised description said would disappear when the radio powers up. It doesnt, it is printed into the clear plastic display and when the unit powers up you can still clearly see the AM dial over the digital LED display.Also annoyed with the super short USB dongle they provide. The instructions say to run it through the back into the glove box but its so short I had to drape it around onto the console. The tuning capabilities of this unit are a joke. Modern car stereos have built in EQ with a dozen pre sets and the ability to custom EQ your own settings, and lots of other fine tuning tweaks. This one has Bass, Treble and a useless 3 EQ choice that is better left disabled.Its advertised as 300 watt (75 per speaker) stereo, it doesnt sound it to me. Without my AMP it wouldnt even be loud at all. My after market Panasonic in my truck is a 225 watt unit and it goes much louder with no AMP.Overall, this was a huge dissapointment
