The owners and staff there are very, very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and if they do not have what you are looking for they will find it for you. There are plenty of smoke shops less than 5 mins from my house but I will take the 20 min drive to Crown Cigarettes just because its worth it!

I always enjoyed visiting Crown Cigarettes and Vape and then about a year or so ago they were gone from their original location. I imagined that they might have closed and moved on to who knows what. One might say to just find another business to patronize, I understand. However, when visiting Crown you are likely to meet Greg and that is the difference maker.After over a year of wondering what happened, my wife told that they may have simply moved to a new location and that it was across the street. I waited an entire day when I set out to find Crown. Well I am happy to say that they are still in business!Their tradition of carrying a wide range of products at highly competitive prices continues.

Been going to crown for several yrs. Ive tried other smoke shops in the area but none of them compare to crown. They are friendly, have the best prices, and everything u need.

I feel very welcome everytime I come here, I come for cigars and they have a decent size walk in humidor, good variety but they could always get some other brands that I particularly like.They have pretty much everything related to the tobacco industry and non tobacco if you know what I mean. Normally busy from what I can tell the times I come by.

This store is a one stop they have a huge collection of everything vape, glass Pipe and water Pipe, CPD, cigarettes, big cigars room, the service and prices are excellent .

This place has a great selection. At first, you might think this is any old vape store, but when you start talking to the owner, the service is top notch. He does sudden deals that put the icing on the cake. He does easy returns if a part doesn’t fit. You can bring in your tank and he’ll help you find the right fit for your tank. Awesome place came in to buy some cbd and a vape. The infinix vape I got stopped working after a couple of days and i was able to get it replaced. Awesome customer service. Will definitely be my go to spot.

Very kind people and a large selection to choose from wether it be glass or tobacco. Perfect if youre on vacation and just need some quick glass or souvenirs. Very helpful and considerate people you wish there were more of.

I do enjoy going there and buying cigars every so often..but the owner and those two girls who work there are just straight hostile toward customers on certain days..especially if you are by yourself in the cigar room. Owner wants to come in and stand over you like youre going to steal something. Great place to buy stuff..but they NEED to work on their customer service skills cause it is lacking terribly at times..
