OUTSTANDING! So I went in as a first time customer with no clue what I wanted other than something new. Not only was the gentleman friendly but he was patient answered all my questions focused on me even though more customers came in and he was by himself I didnt feel rushed at all and he even helped the other customers while I decided on my purchase. The selection and prices were beyond what most shops have and he knew about the things he carried which most of the time shops can only say yes this is a very good piece very thick glass which is kind of a bummer when I myself could have looked at it and said that but not this smoke shop he knew sizing diameters thickness warranties everything. I will definitely be back there again stopping by the shop do it you wont regret it

Dishonesty at its finest. Before I get to where the owner himself tried to swindle me, Ill start with this. I bought what I was told was a dry herb vaporizer, which I realized was not after some online research(before I even drove away). Yes it was an impulsive purchase, but it was also falsely advertised. I had not used it or removed it from the package. I immediately went back in and a rude employee said she could not return it, inly the owner can. Odd right? Well I came back when he was there and boy he made it hard to return it. I had to convince him I was trying to upgrade to a higher level for him to agree to return it, after some arguing(mostly from his end). When he finally gave me cash back, he slowly counted $22, and when I said I need $5 more, he handed me 5 without even double checking what he gave me. This makes me think he purposely shorted me. Also, he only ID-ed me when he got annoyed, not initially. Take your business elsewhere, because theres like 3 smoke shops right by. The one across the street next to 711 is run by a sweet woman and her husband. Theyre much better than this place. I dont usually write poor reviews but this was so odd and would have gone smoother if the owner was a honest man. Also they do not have masks on during any of my visits either.

They had hours posted for when they are open and I took an Uber to get here and they were totally closed. I called the phone number and it kept ringing with no answer the next day. I dont know what hours this business is open, but please post the correct times. It cost me extra money just to see a locked door.

I have been coming to this shop for years and i always feel welcomed when I go inside. Great selection and knowledgeable owner. Definitely recommend this smoke shop! And now that you can get weed delivered to a kiosk there its perfect!! The kiosk is not run by the shop owner but they are still nice people!

Terrible experience I love helping small businesses but when they tell you a price on the phone and you will arrive in store and its a different price is really upsetting this is why I choose to either order online or to go to big corporations that assure you quality customer service mind you I was waiting in the store while the female associate made me late so she could be on her phone or finish her conversation which I thought was really rude and then after the price situation thats what I realized what am I doing here save yourself the time and go to somewhere not so Mom and Pop because this is the kind of service you get

Employee via telephone told me I wouldnot be refunded the money, and that the order placed would not be filled, due to sudden new ownership: ownership changed hands two months before the order was placed (according to the empoloyees time-line).. Bought a vape there same day had to go back and return it because it wasnt working then they gave me a new one and it stopped working week later took it to an actual vape store and they told me that it was a cheaply made nock off of the real thing. Also found out it was used before I bought it because when I went back to return the firdt one they had to put a set together for me and said that I may need to charge it because they didnt know if the other person had charged it already... 45 dollars later im stuck with a broken vape and no money back for it. Horrible place they charge the same price for cheaply made knock offs as the real brand name vapes.
