I actually called this location before I came the lady that was at the customer service desk answered and was very helpful at the reserving a very popular shoe so that my daughters can try them on I had called kids Foot Locker in Santa Ana and they never picked up the phone I went to Foot Locker at the won a park mall and they were not very helpful if either I appreciate that this store had a huge selection for my daughters to try on in respect to other brands and models

Great customer service very helpful and freindly staff members especially David Juarez who was at the door. Very knowledgeable on the shoes I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family. Located in fullerton ca next to in and out.

Went to get some new workout shoes for my girlfriend. As soon as we walked in the employees were super helpful! Wish I remembered the young mans name who helped us out. He took care of us with a smile 😃 and made sure we were happy with our choice before paying. Definitely coming back here again when either of us need shoes.

The manager was very hepful. She cleaned the white shoe for me when i saw it had a tiny dirty fingermark print on it.. And it was the only size there .. Without needing to go searching to a different store or location.. She immediately offered her services to clean my adidas that i indeed purchased after .. Which her with her service there was no need convincing to buy the shoe may i add

Horrible customer service.Last I checked this was a shoe store not a dr office. These employees think they can practice medicine without a license. I will not be doing business with this company.

Had a great experience there. The staff were so helpful and helped me find the pair of Vans I was looking for. They called another store and helped me pay for them at the store I was at so all I had to do was pick them up at the other store.

Has Great Selections, cheap and is so COVID friendly. They have sanitizers out so you can grab some and everyone is super polite.

Their prices are fair, and their staff are friendly. That isnt what earned them this one star review. What did that was the fact that they lock the emergency exits at all hours of the day. This will get people killed if there is a fire or shooting in this store. I highly recommend avoiding this store until they fix this.

I needed some comfortable shoes for walking and standing a lot and I found these goodies. I was in there at around 11am. Deshawn helped me find a couple different pairs to try and I walked away happy with these. Cecilia, who I believe was the manager, rang me up and found me some nice socks. Nice and easy shoe shopping experience.
