Great friendly service!! They were busy but still moved quickly while making sure every question was answered. I could tell they were working hard to help everyone that came in, but they did not rush us or make us feel rushed. They moved like a well oiled machine. It was a great experience.

It is a wonderful place to get your prescription eye glasses. Excellent customer service. Great optometrist. Friendly service make you feel like family. The prices are very reasonable. Recommend it 100%.

Personally I’d say avoid this place. Customer service first off is very superficial and geared towards people who don’t care about quality and attention to detail. You are expected to come in, pick your glasses, pay, and go away. Once you disrupt this flow in any way, you get stared at and treated like a virus.The quality of the lenses they offer also are not up to par for the price. I got the best lenses and paid top dollar for my glasses and their separate lab that makes the lenses sent the first pair with a noticeable chip on the corner of one of the lenses. Sent it back and the second time around they broke the frame trying to fit the lenses in. They comped me for a frame of choice which was nice. I finally got the glasses in and when I walk in I get looked at like a virus. And it took weeks and nobody would have told me they were in if I hadn’t called. Ok I’m willing to jump over all that and enjoy my new glasses. I wore them for two weeks and my eyes still haven’t adjusted to them. Turns out the left one is weaker than my old glasses for some reason. I go in to tell them and they tell me to get a new exam and have to pay for a new pair of glasses. In short, save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I LOVE this target optical. I have been a patient here for 10+ years - and have stayed with them even after moving to San Jose and then to Murrieta (yes, I would come here on a yearly appointment basis and they shipped my glasses to me).The customer service is AMAZING. You wouldnt expect them to remember you when you only come once a year but they will surprise you. Honestly, thats what keeps me coming back every time. I normally dont have problems with the glasses that I purchase but there were a few times I had to get something minor fixed (like the nose pads, or adjusting them to lay straight on my face) and they would fix it with absolutely no hassle (and no charge!).Dr. Tang is honestly the best. She looks out for your best interest - shes always been suspicious of my unusually larger optic nerve and kept telling me to see an opthalmologist to make sure I didnt have glaucoma. And once I finally did see someone and got the results, she still checks everything to make sure.All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this optical department.

From the moment I walked in there was so much help given!! The lady with the long brown hair helped me by answering all my questions and she was super patient with me (a lot of questions). Everything was so clean and the other worker with short cut blonde hair was super bubbly and friendly. My doctor was so quick, informative, and friendly!! I felt like everyone took their time to fulfill my needs!! Plus the price of the eye exam was sooo affordable (no vision insurance). And once I picked out the glasses of my choice the lady with the long brown hair was so sweet and made conversation, and helped me save so much money of what would have initially been super expensive. She looked into my medical insurance and turns out I can get a discount!? And she went beyond that and found another way that I would qualify for more of a discount ! First time receiving this much amazing customer service at an optometrist clinic!! Now my mom wants to change to Target Optic in Malvern, Fullerton. These ladies should be recognized!!

Came in last week for an eye exam and today picked up my contacts and eyeglasses. From start to finish a smooth experience. Everyone I met was very friendly. As for the target itself, this is one of the larger ones in the area and is always clean and I rarely need to wait long at checkout because they have several lines open. The plaza itself has plenty of parking.

Called today got an appointment today at 230 fone by 310 able to use my target rewards card glasses and contact exam together 98 dollars. ..friendly fast service would come back again
