I payed for details inside and outside of the car and this is how i picked up my car after 4hrs

I had a wash and vax done for $39.99 a week ago and it was not done well at all. The car had more smudges than when it went in. I dont know if the management has changed or if the staff is now rotten but the inside was not cleaned at all and the outside was less than par. I will not take my car here again.

They did a good job cleaning but left my rear window down a crack and wet the back seat.

Vacuums dont even turn on. Dont waste your money

Paid for a diamond car wash but most of the floor mats were covered in dirt still after the “cleaning”.

I wanted to sell my car and wanted it to look presentable. So I bought the full detail package through Groupon. I took the chance inspite of the negative reviews because they were nearly 100$ cheaper than other places. Surprisingly they did a great job. My car looks and smells new. Take your chance on them. You wont regret it.

Car wash manager and his crew are great. Work is fast but complete. The only negative is the Older guy at the register specifically November 20, 10:30. He has no people skills and tosses your change on the counter without a word. His arrogance is making me look elsewhere after years of putting up with this jerk.

Real half baked work. Paid a decent amount and got a ton of spots and dust in the car. They left globs of dressing fluid in one area, not all the surfaces got dressed. Windows were clean inside and out, so Im glad about that. The rims were still filthy. Overall just half baked not happy with the work. This is a consistent thing too.

Got the Interior detailing and they charged extra $7 for car was. When it clearly says interior detailing will include a full service car wash.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. Yesterday I went to get a car wash for $40 and my Honda emblem was stolen during this process. I went to try to get a service here and got my property damaged instead. I asked for a manager and they said to come back another day because they were not there. UNACCEPTABLE.

Just got my car wash and the roof was dirty like they didnt even wet it, I have been coming here for a while but i have start to see a major decline in service. Time to find a new car wash spot.

Maybe it was an off day? My car was not vacuumed very well and the car had numerous water spots.

There is a definite lack of attention to detail. They got most of the stuff but I paid extra for a better job. I am unlikely to return.

Nothing is clean. Not acceptable. They dont even wipe. After wash, still many spots untouched. It is a shame to be called car wash. No workers seems working hard.

Just called to make an exterior/interior detail service appointment and a female “worker” answered the phone and said there was no ”availability” for the next week or even month. I asked to talk to a manager (she didn’t sound credible and I just felt she was just trying to hang up) and she said there was no manager on-site. The main intention to do this review is to hopefully inform management of their employees’s poor customer service skills.Ps. Feel free to contact me
