If it have negative star I would give it -10 stars. The pharmacy here suck a big one. Waiting for them over two hours and no one answer the phone. They also ignored you when you trying to get them for help. I would say they dont care if they loose a few customers. Too dig to care, so sad.
Id like to think they are pretty talented at having abysmal customer service in the pharmacy. So much so that they managed to annoy me enough to walk out twice. Ive already managed to switch all my prescriptions to the CVS across the street. Which thank god, I dont have to deal with them anymore. Extremely long waits, and completely void of any customer service skills.This time they ignored me at the window and allowed another person to cut in front of me, while I had been waiting 10mins already. Wasnt a personal thing, they just have terrible customer service and lack of training.Avoid the pharmacy at all costs, the rest of the store is fine.
Worst experience ever. Dropped off my husbands prescription at 3:45. She informed us it would not be ready till after 6. We said okay, I dropped him off at home and ran errands. He text me and said he got a call saying it was ready. I went to pick it up, and she said no, no one called you. It’s jot ready I said after 6. I told her I understood, but someone did call. It’s now almost 8:30 at night he’s been on hold for over 20 minutes with the pharmacy to see if the prescription is ready. Such horrible customer service, I’m super disappointed.

Walgreens always reliable. It looks like they have more stuff than drugs. Pharmacists were very nice. And staff was helpful. But here too it is understaffed. Still very thankful that it is open 24 hrs. Parking is easy.
I just did an online photo order. And was having issues with payment online, so I immediately contacted the store and they were so nice and helpful!! They understood my issue and helped me rectify it asap. The woman who answered my call was very polite and sweet. Dexter was the one doing the photo and he notified me it was slightly blurry and let me do another one. He called me to let me know the status of my order and helped so much. He was amazing. He knew my order was a gift, so he offered to put it in a different envelope and not let the recipient see the price of the product. And made sure it was paid so there would be no issue at pick up.Thank you Dexter for the great customer service. I seriously appreciate you.
My wife and I got some supplies from Walgreens along with a pack of beer on 6/14/2020 at 6:35 pm; The cashier was super rude and asked BOTH of us for ID to purchase the alcohol.....My wife is 24. We have never heard that before and she said it was policy “to my knowledge “ as she said. Here’s my question. What if someone was purchasing beer with their child? They going to ask the child for ID too? So lame and it was very unprofessional. Didn’t get the beer by the way but we went across the street to CVS to get some.
I dont want to give too much detail but the Pharmacy Technicians here are awesome. They helped me and treated me very well. I felt very comfortable. There are many different situations with customers and pharmacy workers where difficulties arise and many people have bad experiences.Not here, I can just say this is a very good pharmacy and shows by the care I received today.I had some issues with my medi-cal but they explained the problem to me and got it fixed. They filled my scripts in the meantime, and I just called in when I was able to get everything resolve on my end and the scripts had already been filled and ready.
Walgreens is great from the pharmacy to the cashiers, have been going theirfor 6 yrs.

Girl employee inspected my $20 Bills for 5 min one time cause I was buying a $100 Google card. Put the $20s in register then took them back out. Told her shes welcome to look at the real $20s all day but give me my recipe please so I can go.

Western Union stole my $$$ at this location. If Walgreens provides the terminal to be deducted from my debit card they need to held responsible to some point. If not, they should not be offering such service.

I give three stars because they had what I needed when I got there. However I drove out of my way to the specific location due to the price listed online for what I needed. When I got there the price was over $2 more and they dont price match. Said it cost them more to pay for the store there. Well, that same applies to Best Buy, Walmart, Target. However all of them price match. Time to step it up Walgreens
The guy at the register red hair needs to quit. Ive been in costumer service for 15 years and I would never treat my costumer the way he did. More than once Ive had a problem with him. Just nasty human. The manager also backed up his behavior. I will never shop there again.

This place is the worst Walgreens ever. Their employee Anthony has the worst customer service ever. Hes the one that is always wearing the blue shirt and works the register. I have talked to several other people and they have all said the same thing about Anthony. He shouldnt be allowed to work there and/treat the customers the way that he does. Nor should he be allowed to talk to the customers the way he does. Also, I know his ex boyfriend and he so he has a personal vendenta because his ex boyfriend cheated on him with another guy. He needs to leave his personal issues at home. And not bring it in the work enviroment.

My experience at this place was very bad last night i went to bye some diapers with my baby like around 10pm nobody say hi to me i so the lrices on the diapers and i didnt like what i saw so i grabbed just some baby wiles and went to the register and a kind of heavy weight girl came didnt look at me in the eye didnt say hello to me so i put my pursace on the counter and i asked how much it was she told me the total and when i was leaving i told goodnight and to smile that it wasnt that bad and i left to my car. So this lady went outside to argue with me. So she came outside and asked me yelling what did u say lady and i repeated my self to her . and then she said that hello to me and but i cut her off wand that was a lied the store wasnt even busy for me not to hear her i am very upset i fell treaten by this lady i asked her name and she told that she could if talked to me anyway she wanted when i told her not to talked to me like that she is telling all these things infront of my chils. I thought she was going to come to my car and started hiitting. me infront of him so i guess she called the manager incharge another heavy lady and she didnt apologize to me. All she said that her cashier told her that she said hi to me and for me to talk to the store manager

Used to go there. Wouldnt give prescription s on time because they presumed I was abusing my Meds. My Doctor had to call every time. They wouldnt let me get my refills on Time would make me wait til the last possible day. Right Aid treats me right on everytime and to Judge you
