The food is delicious. There is spicy and non-spicy food. The drinks are very rich and there is a great variety. You must submit online, you pay and you can choose to take away or to eat inside.

Because of covid they have gone self service route meaning you have to scan a QR code, order online, pay online, then wait for your name to be called and pick up your food at the assigned window. If youre technologically challenged id say maybe this isnt the place for you. But if you dont mind the extra step then I would definitely recommend you come here! Their drinks are so good, their pho was super good, and overall environment was nice and relaxing too.

Delicious wings and slushies! The employee definitely deserves a raise for how well he handled all the customers despite being the only employee at the moment at rush hour. Great atmosphere and indoor seating is available.

I ordered here twice (once via phone and today via web) but both times they ignored my request for no cilantro. If this is not an option, shouldn’t they give me a call that cilantro is a must? Very disappointed.

The loss of a great shop.I went here for years. Since the first location in garden Grove, the valley view location in cypress and my hometown of Fullerton. This last visit I was trying to take advantage of their dine in option but the clerk refused to sell us anything from the counter as a dine in option. The new system for dine in is a frustration not worth the energy and it needs to be addressed. The clerk would only point to a distant table from the Togo counter and told us, all done in options are serf Seve only! With no further explanation.Self serve being: You have to scan a qr code pasted to the table and order from your phone, however their website refuses to sell you food unless you create an account with them at check out and save a credit card option in their database. The 2 of us spent a frustrating amount of time on the website and after 20mins we realized this company does not care about serving us and so we took our bussiness across the street. I will say, I am still a fan of the drink menu and desserts but I can not see myself patronizing a dine in service that is non exestient. A suggestion for a fix would be to offer everything Togo and allow patrons to use the tables as a picnic option as they please of this establishme t insists on self serve, dine in. Something needs to change.

I liked it; but it was a bit pricey for me. The Phô had too much pepper in it, and the wait staff was clearly way too busy to properly handle the busy restaurant; otherwise, I think it was really good.

This was a very well seasoned dish, although a little spicy for my taste. I didnt see that jalapeños were listed on the ingredients, but I thought I saw some in my dish. The waiter was very helpful and answered the best he could our questions about the drinks and the dishes. I would return and try something different for they have a good range of dishes to choose from which is also pictured on their website.

I come to this superb place often because I love the ambiance that is outline this restaurant. The staff is awfuly cordial and qualified. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is good. I ate there often and I was always pleased. The pay is fair. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Mediocre food. Have had better for way cheaper. Quicklys popcorn chicken is way better than this place. Their Udon was okay but not worth $9.99. I really wouldnt recommend this place with the exception that theyre open late. Honestly disappointed at myself... really 😩 no good.

Walked in n was greeted by the cashier. He was sassy and minimally helpful. Got our order quick at least.

So my party and i ordered our food, everyone got there food in less than 5-10 minutes but me. It took them over 35 minutes to get my food. Everyone in my party finished eating by the time my food arrived so I asked for a refund cause he made plans after. Once I asked the cashier(Hispanic) he made it seem as if it was my fault. Saying they were short staffed but many people who ordered after me got their food before I. None of the workers seemed to care at all, because not once did any of them come up and tell me that I would talk longer. I work in the same industry as you do too, I understand how it is When you’re short staffed but you also have to remind the customer what’s going on, and apologize instead of having them wait a long time for food that they already lost their appetite for.

Very good and tasty food. Had a shake and it was completely out of this world! It was the tango mango. Also had the popcorn chicken and it was prepared and served very nicely. Staff was also very friendly. Great experience overall

It was crowded. Staff was very nice. It was hard to tell where the line started because 3 different people told me something different. We waited long to order but not long for the drinks to come out. We also went on a Saturday night, so that could have been the reason why ordering took forever. Probably about 10-15 minutes?

Honestly worst quality chicken meat I’ve had in the popcorn chicken; my dog wouldn’t even eat it, the boba was really good, the buffalo chicken wonton was mediocre, burnt the wonton wrap way too bad

Bad service. Ive been here 3 times and each time the servers disappear for lengths of time. I end up having to flag down another server. In my last visit they brought all my tables items separately and forgot 2 of the orders. Got them after everyone else had finished eating. Not to mention tables that arrived after us got their food first.On another note, its incredibly loud. And they seem to have no control over the volume of the music. If you go try not to sit under the speakers, otherwise you wont be able to have a conversation.I dont really recommend any of the food. What Ive had is dry and over seasoned. The drinks are good though.

Pho was amazing! Through the roof. I wish there was an option for a larger size too though. Spring rolls were horrible! Literally just lettuce and shrimp inside. And wayyyy too much lettuce. Horrible. The peanut sauce was whatever. But ill be back to try fried rice and for more pho. Ill update the review after i try the fried rice.

Very loud and busy. I simply went to the to go area, waited and was told twice someone will be with you soon no one came for a while, then my drinks seemed to be an even longer wait, I was a bit irritated and the loudness from everyone seems to echo in that place. but the drinks are delicious

I got the boba milk tea and egg rolls from this place and was decent. The boba was good but egg rolls were disappointing😒. Wasn’t the best boba I’ve had but not the worst either, overall it was average food and drinks. I would recommend going somewhere else if you are hungry but if it’s just for boba it’s not the worst.

Friendly, hardworking staff and a great option for late-night pho. I was seated quickly and had speedy service. I usually just come here for the tea but now Ill be coming back for the food as well.

Everything was delicious

I got the taro smoothly and it was delicious. They used real cooked taro. All drinks seem to be made with really fruit not powder. The food is fun and tasty, good with the drinks.

Downtown Fullerton, youll often encounter college students here. More activity at night, but went during the late afternoon when it was hardly busy. Servers took forever to get our orders and to give us water. Slow service. Food is nothing special. They do have decent non-alcoholic drinks.

Cha2o is cool place to come to with friends if youre not into alcohol. Youre able to enjoy the loud music atmosphere and lights without being surround by booze and funny people. There are many delicious drinks and desserts to choose from, so you can still socialize and enjoy something to sip on. I also enjoy the small to-go shop on the side.

Great place to eat and drink. However, staff can be quite rude and impatient at times. They also add tip to your order if you have more than five people. I know this sometimes a common practice but there should be some sort of indication. We did not see this anywhere. The staff barelt served us so being entitled more tip is a little bit unnecessary. I’m a pretty good tipper when it comes to tipping, but tip should be measured by quality of service, especially when we barely received help in the first place. Had nothing against the place, great food and drinks like I said before, but just a weird thing to thing when workers are barely acknowledging us in the first place.

The food is 3 stars and the smoothies are a solid 4.5 but the service is terrible. If youre eating in expect a slow go if it and when paying the bill its best to walk it to the front yourself or risk getting another persons card back. This has happened twice and this last time it took them 2 times to get our correct bill/card to us. The two other tables we were sitting next to expressed the same issue. Its a shame this place isnt managed better and quite frankly I believe its their smoothies and tea that keep them in business. It could be a super successful place if only the restaurant part can get it together.

Good drink selection. I recommend their espresso milk tea, cloud 9, and triple stars. Wouldnt really recommend their food though. Squid balls are too tough to chew, and their other stuff could be a little less oily.

I love leaving good reviews every where I go but it should not take over a half hour and 4 times asking for our order of spring rolls to never bring it out. Yes I get that we are the last customers of the day but the faster I get my food then the quicker we can all go home. I hope this doesnt happen to other customers.

I really tried to love this place, I like their food, the prices are reasonable, but the service sucks. There is not a single time that they can offer good service. Today I called 5 times trying to place a pick up order, and no answer. When I dine in the server takes forever to helps us, the food is often wrong, and then they just forget about us. Im a server, I know the struggle, but is not just one time or just one server. They just dont seem to improve, at this point I feel like they just dont care. I tried but I just cant recommend this place, they need to care.

This is a great place; awesome food, even better drinks. What this means is that a lot of people go there, and ther layout is very... unfortunate. It makes ordering for take out extremely awkward because you have squeeze in through a tight space to get to the register to place your order, then squeeze back out into the tiny waiting area/main entrance, while staying close enough to the register to hear when your order is ready, just like a dozen other people might be doing at the same time. There is a sit down option, but theres always a wait during peak hours. I love the place, but unfortunately, so does everybody, and their layout simply cannot accommodate the volume of customers they attract. In my opinion, customer experience is just as important as quality of product. So thats the only reason Im not giving five stars. But try that taro milk tea with boba. Wow.

Food is nothing special but service can be garbage at times. I asked for ranch and the employee said they ran out so I asked for ketchup and he said “there’s some right there” pointing at my other friend’s ketchup cup, very disrespectful..

This is a little Asian gem, tucked in with delicious foods that would capture your appetite. My favorite are the desserts and special teas, a total must try, their shaved ice.

Overall a very trendy place and decent place to hang out. Lots of appetizer-like food options, but none of them are great. Buffalo wontons and popcorn chicken are good go-tos. Milk tea here is pretty good. $5.99 for a 32oz (lots of ice though) and $2.99, for the smaller size. Wait staff is generally pretty unhelpful and seem overwhelmed, as they often forget something.

We went there with a party of 6 and the service was absolutely terrible. We placed our orders and 2 bowls of pho was brought out. The only problem with this is that we ordered 6 bowls. The 2 bowls that were brought out were eaten and as they took our bowls they brought our check. It took 30 mins and 2 different trip to the counter to get the remaining food. And upon checking out the conveniently added the gratuity our the check. With service like that they surly didn’t deserve and tip what so ever. I will never go back to this place again!

Love the mood and atmosphere here! Plus, they have so many different yummy things to try! The garlic wings were to die for on previous visits, and all their boba milk teas are delicious! The only issue is I couldnt find anything ket except for the chicken/beef salads, as everything else is sweetened or breaded, but other than that, great relaxed upbeat environment!

Maybe a 3.5, but not feeling generous today. Visited this location on a Saturday night around 10:30pm. Downtown Fullerton is definitely packed on weekends. If youre not feeling anything alcoholic, this is a good alternative. Seating is based on luck. After the 3 of us sat down, lots of other groups started coming and there was a wait.We had all eaten dinner so we all ordered different drinks and shared a banana mango strawberry drizzle shaved snow ice. I had the Outcast and it tasted too artificial. Maybe the toppings in my drink were overly preserved? The shaved snow was overly sweet, probably the result of the strawberry drizzle.Service was ok given the amount of people. Overall, I was with good company so it was fun. However, the trance music was played too loudly so it was difficult to hear each other. Please consider turning down the music so people can have conversations.

Cha2O is a trendy restaurant/dessert spot where prices are reasonable with great tasting foods/drinks. What sets this place from the rest are that they have very customizable drinks with variety of toppings and you can control the level of sweetness. Bonus points for creative names for their drinks. I came here with a group of seven and they added gratuity, which is fine.

Nice variety of food and boba drinks. Tasty chicken noodle salad, warm Bahn mi glazed pork sandwich, fresh shrimp spring roll with crisp veges,curry spice beef fried rice, and mango boba tea. Beautiful presentation of each dish. Fast, friendly service.

The food is really good, the atmosphere is not too bad. I am a big fan of their cheese boats. I would rate higher, but be careful with your credit cards here, I had to get mine replaced after using it here. Not sure if it was my waitress or someone else who cashed me out, hell it could have happened somewhere else, but there were this is the only place I used the card within three days of the fraudulent purchase so, draw your own conclusions.

The food is very delicious, and i love the devil chicken cheese fries. They give so much that you probally have to take some home.

Cha2o, oh how much I like the idea of choosing from all sort of dishes like Hawaii fried rice to Pho soup, from Fish and Chips to Chicken Wings. So what did I get you may ask? The Best Hot Pot! This dish was just.....Common. Not a lot of flavor, the size was great, it come in a cast iron bowl and a heating candle in the bottom to keep it boiling. So a B on presentation! My take on Cha2O is, they have to many things going on, if they can focus on a few items and master them it may, just may make them more successful. Now their drinks selection is huge too. I can have the Thai Iced Tea with Boba any day of the week and Ill be happy. Which is why my rating of average was given.

Almond milk tea tasted really mediocre. You can either sit down or take out from here. The milk tea didnt really have an almond flavor and it was quite expensive. It was around 5 dollars for a small. I wouldnt really recommend this place for boba.
