After getting bids of well over $10,000 to redo our shower in the master bedroom, my Wife and I decided we could do it ourselves. Well, it was more work than we thought it would be, but we still got it done. We did end up paying for a professional to do the tile though.Then it was time to find somebody to do the glass doors. We looked at the big companies around us and decided to try a smaller local company. After researching, I contacted 4 companies, but only got two of them to quote the job.Eddie of Go Frameless Enclosures was the first to reply, so I decided to give him a try. Out of all the decisions made during this process, this was the best one we made. Eddie came out quickly to quote the job, and once we okayed the bid, he got the glass doors installed very quickly.Eddie’s communication was topnotch, and we know exactly what was happening and when. The price did not change and, in fact, he saved us money by offering options that saved us money while keeping the high quality we wanted.If you want quality glass enclosures done, this is your guy. I am now even having him quote mirroring some closet doors for us.

I was looking for a good company to install mirrored closet doors. They did a great job at a good price, and they did it on time. I would use them again.
Unfortunately I was unable to get them out to even measure to install the glass. Eddie was very responsive with giving me an estimate. Once my tile was installed we set up an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon from 3-5p. No one showed up. At 5:30p I reached out to Eddie. The following morning at 10:30a I reached out againThe following day he responded to me and informed me he was out of town and that he would reschedule for Monday and one of his guys Dominick would come out from 11 to 1 to measure for the install. At 12:45p I reached out to Eddie to see if there was an ETA. He told me Dominick was leaving Irvine in 20 minutes and would head to me (in La Habra then). I responded that I had waited all morning and all last afternoon - if someone is going to be late please let me know. Instead of apologizing or simply letting me know in the future they would reach out Eddie said Im sorry Ashley. Didnt mean to offend you. We also tried for the first appointment to be there in time for you. After the first stop, we are battling traffic, job delays, unexpected delays, etc.. its nothing personal, its just how our job goes. We hit 6-8 stops a day. I informed him I was not offended nor did I take it personal just thought it was rude and unprofessional not to be notified. We agreed that we shouldnt work together. He believed I was to demanding as a customer; even though I have wasted 6 hours waiting for his guys to show up and just requested my time be thought of as well and to be notified if someone was running late. I clearly dont want someone in my home who values my time or business as little as he did.

Eddie (the owner) and his crew are the epitome of professionals. Ive used them for about 10 showers and baths and every time they knock it out of the park. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.
