This is a very large Fedex. The space is super clean and in a nice area of town. Staff was very helpful. I came in to print a label and drop off a package. The process took about 10 minutes. The only critique I would say is staff makes you walk from counter to counter 3 or 4 times to work with different people for one transaction. It would be better if I could have stayed talking to the same person at one counter.

I have always found the Fed Ex employees very helpful and very patient.They have even been willing to help me figure out the self-serve equipment.
Bad costumer services have plenty of returns we always drop off at FedEx with no problem Today the lady work here(the manager) told me she cant take them because some of them are too thin packages and she cant take usps(smart poste) ones even though we always dropp off at FedEx she just didnt wanna deal with to many packages 15 min later I dropped off at other location in brea they took them all it took him only 10 minutes
I honestly feel that this is one of the best places that have gone for printing and shipping supplies Ive been to other FedEx locations and the service was that the same but this one seems to be exceptional .The machines are always working Ive never had to experience anything that I can say has been rude or unacceptable behavior. I am going to come to this place because I usually come and get my copies here or print out documents so want to see thank you very much and Im going to keep coming back!
Best customer service. I got here @6:03, but it supposed to close @6:00 since it is christmas eve. However, Mike, the asst manager, helped me to get the package pick up. I needed it today for Christmas gift. Thank you~ Merry Christmas, Mike and Fedex.
Im in a hurry and my printer breaks! What to do? Head down to the FedEx Store of course. I print my document with some reasonably friendly assistance. I leave.Thats when my journey to the 9th Circle of Hell begins. My helpful banking app sends me a notification that Ive spent $10!!! For printing 3 pages, that I was informed would cost less than 50 cents. I call FedEx, and they apparently cannot do anything without a job number...which I never received.I call back the store and speak to the representative that helped there. She explains that FedEx will relinquish the majority of my funds within 24 hours. She explained that it is posted in the store. I mentioned (politely) that it would be nice if she had mentioned it... and then she laughed at me.Do you want to know where customer service hell is? I can be your guide Virgil.
Does the job. Customer service wasn’t impressive but it was okay. I liked how open it was. The hours were convenient when I had to print early or late at night for my class the next morning. Before the quarantine.
I called this FedEx store tonight and talked to Cecelia- She was SO helpful and courteous!!! She gave me suggestions on my problem and said she would help me when I got to the store. When I arrived, she was fantastic, and didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing what to do. Also, Ive been to this store many times in the past and have always had great service.
Great service. We had many items that purchased from the Disney event and needed to wrap for shipping. The staff there did a great job to warp our goods nicely into a big box for shipping convenience. Highly recommend this place.

Poor customer service!! they wanna sell you their product and make life harder more than it is!! Rachel gave me a hard time, she didnt want to give me her name she was hiding her ID with her brades, She brought me a manager and I didnt want to talk to a manager I just wanted her name, because she charged me more than 8 bucks to put fillers in my boxes which I didnt need them at all. Only to get a $25 refund from my return, ridiculous place!!

Had to return a purchase from Wayfair. Couldnt have been easier. Wish Id gotten the clerks name, but she was working on 5/27/2019 at around 2 p.m. Very pleasant, knew exactly what to do to re-use packaging from vendor and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. Extremely pleased with transaction.
I thought I’ll be done in no time as taking a photo takes under 5 min. I ended up spending well over 20 min. Camera was not working first. Then the guy made it work, it didnt flash this time. He took a pale blurry passport photo; when I complained about the blurriness he started asking questions about how to set camera for passport photo. I waited another 7 min to set up the camera. Again I pose for photo and guess what camera is not working again. This place is a waste of time with incompetent staff.
I would give 0 stars. Pathetic service. So this is what happened, I went to ship my package to San Jose from fullerton and the lady who helped me weighed my package and agreed to ship 144 lbs in the box that they had and she gave me a good price and I agreed and I paid for it and left. Half way back home I get a call from her saying that she can’t ship it because her manager didn’t agree for it. I went back and was ready to make changes even though I had already paid and everything and now the lady said real mean stuff and was being very rude to me. I was completely ready to make changes and she says that she would have to change me more and stuff. I didn’t like the way she spoke and her manager wasn’t helpful at all. If you have already quoted me a price and I’ve already paid for it you need to stick to it and honor your price instead of being rude to customers. You can’t put a price on the time and energy that I spent but you can be respectful and accommodating.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Horrible staff and horrible service.
Friendly customer service and they do a great job processing a large volume of customers and shipments. I was behind 3 people and waited less than 5 minutes.
Genesis who is the store manager apparently provided horrible customer service while at the same time accusing me of being rude.Told me a totally different and false reason she and her staff could not cash my hundred. It could not be verified was her statement but down the way at the coffee shop called Night Owls they were able to verify and cash it out for the price of a coffee and a bottle of water. 6 dollars max.Her employee initially stated she just didnt have enough money in the till which makes more sense given everything going on and that its 7:45am.That being said I spent 20 minutes in there and at the cash out time was hit with the inability to exchange the proper balance of my 100 bill.As I said I walked several blocks got some coffee and came back.I politely asked to speak with the manager as I dont see this as a performance problem but rather a policy issue.From the first minute she was talking over me and using somewhat offensive reasoning saying not that they didnt have the correct change but that my bill didnt pass their verification checks for authenticity.So I pulled out another hundred and asked if that was the case that maybe she could turn it around by verifying this one as the change would be helpful later. She refused. I bought 30 dollars worth of merchandise there. Paper, pen, a portable charger and a leather resume cover. I only came in to print my resume for an upcoming interview.Horrible customer service from the store Manager repeatedly raising her voice, cutting me off mid-sentence and kicking me out for being rude after my purchase.Just wow.Fed Ex office watchers-How is this acceptable service when no one wants to go out.No one wants to risk interactions, or purchase from hard locations instead of online?I mean if I wanted to be gas lighted or talked to like an idiot, couldnt I just go to office depot? Max?Plenty of other places provide the same service and cut out the inexperienced idiots who cant handle staying cool in being criticized.My advice? Promote the employee who handled my initial interaction. It was less abrasive by far and I could empathize with her situation in that she was just handling it as best she could. The staff is always suuuuuper nice and willing to help! They are really kind and don’t judge when you don’t know how to do something. The store itself is clean and has saved me a lot with school supplies and printing in large quantities.

Awful place, irrational rule every time, I would never go there again.
Im not sure why people are giving such negative reviews. The location is great, as its centrally located in downtown Fullerton right across from Starbucks, its near good restaurants, has free parking, and is relatively close to the local community college. The store was very clean, well staffed, and I was immediately upon entering. I needed to return a phone I had purchased, and I had a prepaid shipping code that they scanned and printed. They even sealed the packaging I provided. I provided it because I understand that they are a and retailer; therefore I kept the original shipping materials and used for the return - which is common sense. Im a bit confused at people reviewing that are shocked that they have to purchase packaging materials. Again, its a business...
I love this place. they are always available and friendly. The staff especially after 11pm arr so helpful and go above and beyond call of duty. they hrlped me for my daughters projects and I am about to go ship something today. I have trouble trusting people with my valuables. I honestly could not think of a better facility and company I can trust and have full confidence in.

I am a mobile Notary specializing in loan signings. I stop at FedEx to ship documents over night many times during the day. Most locations have someone who is either at the shipping counter or close by who comes right over when you walk up. NOT at this location! I ALWAYS wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come over to shipping. I will drive out of my way to go to another FedEx than be tortured waiting at this one. Once again today I was less than a mile away, needed to drop off docs quickly. Nope. Watched the assistant manager see me walk up from a computer she was working on by herself. Just continue working for 5 minutes until another customer went up and asked for help elsewhere in the store. At that point she said she would be with me shortly. After at least another 5 minutes she came over, by then there were 4 of us waiting.
Although it is a 24-hour location, if you decide to go early in the day between midnight-7am, do not drink coffee or any liquids for that matter since the restrooms will be closed due to the fact that they are cleaning them. Secondly, if you are working on business- related items and want to be discrete the team workers will infiltrate into your thought processes and give their opinions even though no assistance was asked of them; yet, if you do want assistance be sure to yell for them since they are in the back somewhere chatting or outside doing whatever. Thirdly, you will be admonished for plugging in your laptop/phone at this particular location. I am not sure if the management for the Harbor location is new or if Diego and Alexandra has taken it upon themselves to implement their own rules, but this is the first time that I have been to a FedEx Office and walked out frustrated with the lack of decent customer service.
Twice now when package comes to this location, package gets lost or delayed for 2-3 days.
Lost my poor dog tonight and ran to Kinkos at 12am to make flyers to post before day light hits. The staff there was incredibly helpful and caring. They treated the situation ad if it were their dog that was lost. Thank you soo much for your kindness and fast action tonight I needed it : )

I had a great experience here with the employees. I dont know why this place has poor reviews regarding the employees. The employee Rick who helped us with our wedding invites was nice, courteous and walked us through the printing process. He was conversational and things went well. He also said he liked our creative wedding invites!We used the cutting table there (having them cut for you is like over a dollar a cut or something ridiculous) and its crooked. We drove to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in La Palma just to use their cutting table because this stores cutting table is too crooked! You cant adjust it or anything. One star docked for that.
I called to ask what the latest time is that I can drop off a package. Bryan was very helpful, thorough, courteous, kind, and professional. Way to go. Thank you for such great service.
My husband had a presentation done last night and he showed up at the Fullerton FedEx at 11:00 p.m. Their staff was so helpful in writing up my order to ensure that he knew exactly what the end product was going to be. Then, at 2:00 in the morning when we learned there were 3 little nits on 3 different pages, had to go back and they so kindly helped by fixing those pages on the multiple copies. They had already ran most of the job and were willing to do whatever to make the product look right. Fernando and the young lady that was working with him were THEEEEEE BEST! We cant say enough. The end product looked beautiful and was perfect!
I thought I was gonna be here for 5 mins Max. I just wanted to print 4 pages through my USB. One machine couldnt read my USB and the touch screen didnt work on the other. Then one was out of service and Im guessing the working one was being hogged by some art students printing stacks of copies. I tried their print&go and I never received a retrieval code and I tried the Google drive print and the printer didnt recognize I have authorized it. My last resort was sitting in a computer and printing from there. Its so frustrating when you see 3 other customers looking for a printer and the employees can even help. Is someone coming to repair this? I was here 30 mins to print 4 stupid pages
I was making a photo copy of my ID and they kicked me out of the store! I was not doing anything illegal! Very unprofessional
The lovely ladies behind the counter were so helpful and exceeded all of my expectations while fulfilling my needs. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with copy and fax machines, but it was nice to have someone speedily step me through the process and functions of the copier
The staff here is very helpful more than 90% of the time. The place is clean and a great place to do administrative printing.

If I could give them no stars I would. They didnt inform me of the cost tell after printing my material. When I complained about the price and quality. The manager if that is what you want to call them, then told me I am basically out of luck and she MIGHT be able to give me a discount next time I buy something... why would I come back?If I was you I would go anywhere else... anywhere!

Horrible. They will not ship a computer CPU (Central Processing Unit) to New Jersey because they said it was hazardous. It was total rubbish because I went to a FedEx on Brea (off the 57 freeway on Imperial Blvd.) and they shipped it with no problem. I never will return to this FedEx location for any shipping services any longer.
I assist a local business, and while we use usps for our mailing needs, for everything else the people here are always happy to help us when we really need the project finished quickly.
I had a last minute print job of 189 pages with spiral binding. After being sort of blown off by one kinkos, I came to the Fullerton 24 hr kinkos. They were fast, efficient, and so pleasant to work with. Thank you!A special shout out to Celcila and Diego, you saved me and because of you I got some sleep!
Worker tells me to print on computer because he cant access the email and I go and pay and none of their browsers even support my iCloud email address. Cant even get anything done here, complete waste of time!
Clerk shook my package hard and said there is void inside that I needed to repack. She was very irritated as if just got disciplined from her boss. The thing is, this is the item that came in the same box that I had purchased from Sears and not needed. Sears packed this package. So, how could she make me repack?, or the next thing she would do was to charge me to repack for me? No way! I gave her a surprised look and I took the package over to the US post office. It went away without any questions from the USPS clerk. See the issue here?This fact shows, the above FedEx employee wants to make extra money, for FedEx, of course, but unfortunately, this is unnecesssary for the customer.I would not go to this FedEx location again, until this clerk is fired. Maybe in a year or so. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Watch out everyone.

The self service printing station is easy to understand.
Bad customer service. They act like youre bugging them when you have a question or need help. Half the copiers were broken, the other half had bad card readers. Phone customers are more important then walk in customers. The manager ignored me while flirting with some rep. from some company.
