I just want thank all my customers for their appreciation towards small business.I just had an amazing day today when after long time one of our regular customer comes in. She particularly asked for when she came to the counter. My colleague asked her if she can wait as I was on the phone with customer. She waited for and when I went to her to help her, she literally had tears in her eyes. I asked her if everything is ok? She said yes, but she is so happy to see me as she thought that I can able to help her with the service she was looking for. After we are done, she gave me lots of blessings.It just to good to see this kind of things happening in retail business. Just want appreciate all my customers for supporting the small business, supporting the UPS store in Amerige heightsThank you all.

2 of the 4 employees unmasked.  They quickly tried to mask as I walked in, and when I asked why they werent masked the young man said I wear a mask in the front.  After he put on his mask he only covered his mouth not his nose.  The manager present said Ill make them wear their masks.  Well, store had been open for an hour and they were not.  The back of the store is very close to customers (we know the virus travels in the air), and they were all VERY close to each other working, with 2 unmasked employees.I have respected this store and used it for hundreds of packages for several years.  What I saw today, the day after our president contracts the virus, was disturbing to say the least. While they are reliable in managing our packages, they cannot manage their employees for the health and safety of our community.

The customer service here is unmatchable! Nothing but pleasant experiences and interactions every time I go in. Will definitely keep giving them business!

One of the best UPS store I ever been. Extra nice customer service I had. I have rented the mailbox at this location. My mails and packages are all secure with these wonderful people. They text me and email me for all my packages. And good thing is they are open 7 days a week which is very convenient for me. Love it.

Two Indian ladies were so rude. I did my fingerprints and live scan done last Sunday. It was no cost from the company but I had to bring flyers but I was misunderstood. So, I forgot to show the operator. Firstly, I mentioned which company I am from and also I mentioned it’s no cost. He wasn’t asked me about flyers since they used to do it. When I called certifix regarding my refund. They said I had to go there where I was done fingerprints and live scan. I came. Indian one them lady was called certifix. She said they can’t do anything about it. When I called certifix and emailed them. I got an email back from certifix. They apologize for false information. But I was asked an Indian lady to talk to who was talking to me over the phone but she denied it. I left for work. I came back with all information. She was rude and raised her voice. She ( Indian) kept advising me what to do. She said I didn’t keep patience. I am working in the medical field. Don’t tell me how to keep patience. The customer representative likes that. I hadn’t seen like her beforeIndia lady Swait called after reviewing the post. She was threatening me regarding reviews. The most disappointing matter is she got my phone number from fingerprints and live scan form. Still, I can’t beBelieve how could you trust places like there? Where they can misuse most important information of yours.

I made a printing order on Sunday and today (Tuesday) I called to make sure the print job was finished and ready to be picked up. They were supposed to be done on Monday 4pm so I assumed they had enough time to complete the job. To which they said they were.Well.. when I got there, thats when they started to print my 150+ page print job. And not only that, the order was very off. Wrong paper, wrong document, incomplete order... etc. I was pressed for time today and wasnt expecting myself to go to their computer in the back to do the work myself. All while they were watching videos on their phones.I paid in advance for a print job so I can save time today by picking it up, instead I ended up working on my own print for over half an hour.Leaving 2 stars because I think its not the staffs fault. They should be better acquainted with the technology because it genuinely felt like staff didnt know what they were doing. Probably wont be coming back for prints here.

Such a pleasant experience i get whenever i come to this store. The staff are always friendly and always calls me by my name. I been in retail business for over 8 years. The reviews are always a big challenge for the small business owners. I hardly give any reviews but since this store is my go to store for lots of my needs like NOTARY which is I need every week. Good part is that i never have to make an appointment, i always walk in and the notary is there to help. It saves lots of my time. I have done quite a few shipping for my important packages for next day air. It always reach on time. Never had a problem. I have used their shredding services. Its very cheap compare to the other place i been to. Also over 25 lbs, I get very good discounts. Since my office is full of important documents piles up. Its a good deal. I have used their computer service. This is something new to me but its a very go to service for me. Sometimes i have something to print out and dont have time for it then I just email the store my documents and they have the print outs ready and since i live very close to the store, i pick it up on my way to work.I have recently got my passport photos done here. This is something i find very useful for my passport renewals or if i need pictures for any other use.This store does really good with their services. And they deserve really good reviews too. I have seen on YELP And GOOGLE that they have 95% good reviews and some here and there negative review. As today Sunday, i have nothing to do. I was just reading the negative reviews just that i was curious that how this nice store could get any negative reviews.Reading the negative ones little amaze me that how people write the review may to just to get their frustration out or they just had a bad day. Most of the negative ones are i think for computer service. I mean common, why the store will give you Free printing. They have to charge something for their services. Any place you go, there is a price you have to pay. Some places have more and some has less. If you really dont like the price, please you can choose the different location. But after paying and then you complain, its kind of not fair to the store.One recent review i read about the girl dropping the fed ex package to the UPS store. I mean please give me a break. You came to UPS store and you expect that they deliver your fed ex package on time. I think they just do take it as a courtesy to save your time. if the package is very important, you should have drop it fed ex store and get the receipt. Please people be sensitive when you put negative review for some business. Every small business works really hard.Anyways i just wanted to support my go to store and help them out again and again just because of their nice SERVICE. I love this UPS Store.

Horrible service every time, people come in no masks and nobody says anything, no protocols at all, packages always go missing

Finally I got some good customer service somewhere. I mean I am regular Fedex customer because my job has an account over there. But whenever i drop off packages over there or ship something, its kind of not wanting to go there . Last year in Christmas i shipped couple of packages there, it was 2 day service which guarantee before Christmas. Guess what those packages arrived after the holidays are over. Its a shipping business so i do understand that they get delayed but didnt got any compensation or anything for 2 day services.Last April i decided to go with USPS for sending my sister her birthday present. I send the priority flat box. They told me around 2-3 days. I appreciated that. But again its my kind of bad luck that the package arrives after 2 weeks.This holiday i thought let me try UPS store. I came to local UPS store. I was welcome with a smile and great customer service. Again this year i selected 3 day select that they had, which guarantees before Christmas. I ship the package last week. I was kind of early but didnt wanted to take any chances so i go with 3 day select. Today my family got the package, which is a week before Christmas. I am so happy. At least i know which carrier i have to select for shipping my gifts to my loved ones. I mean i only send gifts twice in a year or so and expect to get on time at least.So shout out to my local UPS store in amerige heights. Last Wednesday about 1 pm, I went there to have some important docs notarized. After paying, I put the docs into a FedEx envelope with a prepaid FedEx label for Priority Next Day delivery. I was told FedEx had not arrived yet, so I thought thats good because I really needed these important docs to be delivered by the next day.Today (Thursday) afternoon, upon checking tracking number, that the docs had not been delivered. Wondering what happened, I called the store at 6 pm and they tell me the FedEx letter was still at their store because FedEx pick up did not come yesterday nor today. I said, how could that be and this guy now tells me that FedEx pick up only occurs when FedEx has a delivery to the store. What the heck? If I had been warned about irregular FedEx pick beforehand, obviously I would have dropped them off at a FedEx location myself...REALLY thoughtless of these people as this is going to cost me $3000 for missed contract. Shouldnt they have a clue if someone is giving them a next day priority delivery letter, it must be because they want it delivered next day?Dont assume these guys know anything about shipping.

Very deceitful people running the business. I believe they just bought this store since I do not see usual staffs working at this place anymore, the ones who use to greet customers with smile and helpful. Go to another location nearby (one on Euclid recommended) instead. This place is a joke! I have left a negative review in another site and the owner of the company posts comment with lie after a lie. (that I wanted 50% off on total amount - LOL, really?). I was in the need of shredding 54 lbs. of personal documents. Searched online for locations nearby and decided to click on discount coupon offer on UPS website. Shred 1 lbs. and get 1 lbs. free (UP TO 10 LBS.). When I drove out there, presented the coupon and the clerk refuses to accept it and questions where I got it. I actually showed her step-by-step on my phone how I downloaded the coupon twice! Only after that, now she tells me that my coupon does not have a QR code thus cant accept the coupon. WTH? I asked, maam, how is that my problem? Thats something you need to take up with the corporate office! She now offers me a AAA discount instead. 15% off. And I am not even an AAA member! The discount I would have received vs. what she is offering is only $2 difference. BUT! I have been coming to this location for past 8 years. They were rude, not helpful, and not friendly at all. What happened to folks who use to work here??? Its not the amount of money I am upset about. It is the principal. By the way, another UPS location nearby accepted the coupon without any issue. Avoid this place at all cost!

I was in such a bad place due to covid-19. The lady who answered the phone had no idea what was coming on the other end of this call with me.I was in great distress because the ups driver didnt deliver the package ontime and no one I called could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered, and one time I tracked it I was told it would be to me by 9pm that day so I waited 9 hours and no pkg. I called amazon, and ups with no help. When I called this location the lady helped me! I wish I could remember her name ( Tanita, or Tania, or Tainita) She told it to me so many times but I was such a mess I dont remember. But, she calmed me on the phone! She reassured me she knew exactly what I was feeling. She went above and beyond to help me! She found my pkg under a different name which I didnt know the pkg was labeled under! I was glad I could meet her in person when I picked up my pkg to show her my true normal personality. If not for covid I wouls have given her a huge hug!

I have had a mailbox at this Malvern location for 9 years and the owners of this specific franchise location make all the difference when comparing to other UPS Stores. They are always at the store and they hand me my mail before I even have a chance to get to the box in the back. My experience from one UPS Store to another varies but Im always a happy customer because of the way I am treated at this location specifically. I greatly appreciate how respectful everyone is because there are very few places anymore that offer quality service. Keep up the excellent work!

Great service they have. Got my documents notarized. They took care of really good. As the ups stores dont have sitting arrangements but they offer their chair to sit as I couldnt stand much and I had quite a few notaries to do. Love to go there because I know they are very kind and have really good services.

I have had a box at this location for 5 years and service has been exceptional. It looks like the store changed ownership last year. The new owners are very patient listeners and gave suggestions to me on my various mailing needsGreat place to have things packed and shipped

Every time I come in I am greeted with a warm smile and hello. Swati is always very helpful with taping up my boxes for me and loaning me a pen if I am in need, with no questions asked. (At the Post Office they refused my package and would not allow me to even borrow a pen, as well as never even a glimpse of a smile!!) I am so happy that I chose this UPS Store over all the others. Great customer service and it makes me happy to go in to utilize their services!

We have a P.O.B at this location for about 2 years now. We love the professional service, personal touch and the fact, we can call in to see if we have any mail. Came in for a Notary. Couldnt do a simple Jurat with Affiant Statement. When I asked about getting one they looked at me as if I was lost. Do yourself a favor and find a better notary if thats what your looking for.

I was just helped by a portly young lady with medium dark skin and black hair. She was dishonest in not stating all the charges up front. I asked to make some color copies from a flash drive and asked her what it cost. She informed me it cost $0.50 per page and instructed me to use the PC station. After printing my two pages I went to pay my $1.00 and was surprised to hear from her my total was $3.50. When I inquired as to why the charge was different she said the additional $2.50 was the flat fee for PC time pointing to the sign beside the table. When I asked why she didnt tell me before about the charge she simply shrugged and stated that it was posted. That sort of behavior is underhanded and deceptive.

We have been picking up our mail daily for over 3 years from this store and have had zero complaints, the staff is always friendly and dont skip a beat even when they get bombarded with our packages from our online shopping
