Terrible customer service. The most obnoxious people.They do not Give people sympathy or extra time to pay their bill during the Global PANDEMIC, during hard times, while people are struggling to pay their necessary bills on time, without harassing phone calls 4 times a day and knocks on the door. The hour your bill becomes late is the second the calls and house visits begin. They blocked me in my driveway the last time. Oh well to your electricity and food bill as long as your bill for them is paid lol. Also, If you are a mask person: sometimes they stop by with a mask on. Sometimes they dont. Calm down R•A•C the true Karens of society.

The employees are very nice and helpful. My favorite is Alan hes greetings you with a smile. Very helpful and polite. And also professional. Rent a center also have a good payment plan to fit your budget..

Alan, the store manager at this location store was awesome to work with. I bought a living room set and childs bed for a great price and his staff set up everything quickly and were friendly upon delivery. I will be coming back in the future to more purchases.

One star is too good for this mediocre joke of a store. On top of the astronomically high prices for what you get (1300$ for a 350$ tv), they expect EVEN IF YOU WANT TO PAY MONTHLY, THAT YOULL PAY WEEKLY. If youre a day late on the WEEKLY PAYMENT EVEN THOUGH WE EXPRESSLY WANTED TO DO MONTHLY, they will call EVERYDAY, Three times a day on top of adding an outrageous late fee for every single day you are late. They wouldnt even let me pick a day that worked for me. His exact words well, friday is the easiest day for me, so lets do that, After literally asking what day was easiest for us. They will contact your mother, your grandma, your boss, anyone they can find associated to you. Upon waiting two weeks to pay as I STILL WANTED TO PAY FOR MONTHLY, they will email you stating. This is to inform you the rent-a-canter merchandise is now considered stolen. Contact the store today. Hence this is the first email. After the endless onslaught of calls. AGAIN STILL NOT A FULL MONTH BEHIND. How do you guys even manage to stay open with this disgusting manner of business? Please, please dont ever rent from this beyond unprofessional place.

Bad customer service, the manager to busy thinking the furniture is his, pretended he couldnt verify certain information, needless to say same info was verified by another rent a center in Cary.., recommend people go to that one instead!!

This store has done everything in their power to help me! They have great customer service and very understanding. Personally, have been working with Alan my whole experience with Rent-a-Center and he is a great manager and symbol for the store itself, highly recommend.

Walked in and spoke to alan who helped me pick out a gaming system for my son I have 0 idea about any of it lol but the easy low payments helped me outWill go back again!

I have been using rent a center for a while nowover 3-4years, they helped me when my washer went out and i was in a tight financial bind and couldnt afford a new one. i was referred to rent a center and decided to give it a try.i was greeted when i walked into the door by the manager his name is alan. i explain my situation and how i was nervous with “rent to own” and explain my credithe told me there was was no credit needed. i went ahead and got the washer i have low easy monthly payments, they delivered next day and took the old one out for me, i couldnt lift it due to work related injuries. They hooked it up and explained how to get it going. I have to say from beginning to end excellent customer service and if i am ever late on a payment i call ahead and alan works with me and gets me squared away.excellent store nice peoplewill be coming back for a tv for christmas 😀
