We know what it has been like here. Brandon has changed that and we hope he stays!! He could turn this store around. Positive attitude and the most mower product knowledge of anyone we spoke to. Thanks Brandon!!
Stopped by to buy a belt for my mower. I had to look it up on Sears website myself to get the part number for him. I was on THIER website, looking at in and the guy still questioned the part number. He finally got on SEARS Computer to look it up. Waste of 10 minutes bc he then said he did not have it... Dont even waste your time here; better off figuring it out online yourself. Wow, wish I had that job...MDB
One of the worse customer service experiences, I was ignored by the employees as they were. To busy with their own personal conversation and when asked for the saw stand I was looking for they said they didnt have it and continued with their conversation. The phone number for the store doesnt work and the employees are rude.DONT SHOP HERE
Former customer and employment if you dont know the item number your screwed jim attitude is BEST DESCRIBED AS WET DISH TOWEL he will treat u like straight up dog crap you d b better off in fast food or going to getting paid less because he will find a reason to fire u sears would b better off without that outlet or get a new business there also infront of a cusmer he said i know why ur here god sent u here to make me pay he will find away to pick on u if u have have dyslexica good luck shoppers
If you know all their inventory, youll have a good experience. If your visit requires you to ask the guy behind the counter a question, hell be glad to act inconvenienced and you wont be satisfied with the help. Just close down the location Sears.
Walked into the store asking about washers and dryer parts and was laughed out.Okay...
