Walked in to get an estimate and it was thankfully a simple fix. He repaired it right there for me and I was on my way. Very professional and so grateful today. Will be back here for any repairs needed!

I had few panels in the front of my car that were decently damaged and brought it to Automotive Collision Specialists and worked with Chris. Not only did my vehicle get taken care as promised, but extra care was to a fog light that was pushed in making it better than before. I appreciate these guys greatly.

I came here after doing the facepalm move of backing my truck into a rock. I had heard of Automotive Collision Specialists from a friend and I decided to take my 4Runner there instead of somewhere closer in Cary after my front end had an incident with a deer. Alan and his team surpassed my expectations! The car looks just like it dead on the first day I bought it. I highly recommend Automotive Collision Specialists!

A deer decided to end his life by running into my car at 60 mph. I took it to one body shop and they wouldnt even look at it without an appointment. Okay, theyre busy, thats fine. I took it to Automotive Collision and they looked at it right away, took pictures, etc. My insurance company listed them as one of the easy-to-use shops so I took a chance. (Id used the other shop on Hwy 401 several times with good success.)Once I had my appointment I brought it in and they said a week. It was actually done a day and a half early and looks fantastic. Sure its only a 2006 Acura TL but it looks brand new. Great job by the folks there and even though insurance covered it the price was very reasonable.I had a weird thing happen where my Auto Down drivers side window didnt auto go down and my fuzz buster no longer worked. You know your first thought is to blame the shop. I called them and he said to bring it back and theyd take a look immediately. I Googled the symptoms and it turned out that I had to reset the window and circuit for the fuzz buster after the battery had been disconnected during the repair. Even though it was not them they took ownership of the situation. Its not the glitziest of shops but I would recommend them without hesitation.

I went to Automotive Collision for an estimate today, but received the worst introduction ever. When I walked in, Gary was sitting behind the desk and did not acknowledge me nor wanted to make eye contact.I asked him if I could obtain an estimate and he said, how bad is it. I told him where I was hit and he sat behind the desk and did not bother to get up and look at it.He then told me that he had emails to answer and that I needed to wait for him to answer his emails before he could take a look at it and provide me the estimate. I explained to him how rude that was and asked him if he was serious.At that point, I told him he would not get my service and I would let everyone know about the customer service I received.His response was....well, when you have emails to answer they are important. I walked out and will not go back.

I own 5 cars and have 4 drivers. This company has handled every incident excluding one that forced me to use Haddock. I have had nothing but great things to say about them. As Far as Haddock goes the paint job did not hold up. Dear hit my car this week heading over to Automotive Collision Specialist this week!
