The man Chris was very wonderful. When we went to pick the car up Chris explain to us what he did to fix my son car. They kept me posted every day about my son car. Lisa at the desk was friendly and a very sweet wonderful women. I would recommend this place to any one that want their car done and done right.

My first experience here was less than perfect. It was actually bad. I was very upset. That’s when Mitch, the manager, stepped in to make it right. He went above & beyond. His customer service skills are how everyone should be who deals with the public. He was friendly, apologetic, and wanted to make things right. He called me several times throughout the process to make sure I was updated. The ladies in the office were very helpful also. Excellent Customer Service all around here.

Great shop and superb customer service. I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. Mr. Phillip go above and beyond keeping me updated with my car troubles. In addition, they gave me a free car rental while my car is being repaired. Extremely professional, first class shop with emphasis on service. I highly recommend these guys. Keep it up!

Ive had 2 vehicles repaired here - 1 for a factory paint defect that Chevy paid for under warranty and 1 for a car accident. They always do a wonderful job. My vehicles always come out looking perfect and you can never even tell theyve had work done. Ive used a few different shops in the area and this is by far the best one Ive found. The staff are always extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

These guys are AMAZING!! My 2015 Jeep Renegade was hit smack dab on the passenger front wheel fender and door. It was not drivable but Caliber arranged the Genius Chris with Protech to fix the suspension, Mike did a wonderful job with the body damage repairs and Rohan painted my pumpkin back to her former glory.... Actually, I think she looks better now than when I drove off the dealer lot with her 5 years ago! Mitch and David managed the repairs and kept me updated throughout the whole process. And My Lady Lisa at the front desk was fantabulous from the beginning to end! I hope I never need their help again, but if I do.... The team at Caliber Collision in Fuquay-Varina will be the ONLY people I trust to take care of me and my vehicles! Thanks again you guys & God Bless!! ❤️

I recently took my 2014 BMW in for a deer strike to Driver Front. Intake was quick and painless and the woman at the front desk could not have been more pleasant. The process for keeping customers informed is quite efficient (via sms). My car was completed on time. At pickup I noticed that the alignment of hood to fender was not right. The staff worked hard to get it resolved but alas it would need a visit back to the shop. After playing some phone tag and some delays they made my car right. Steven Brown is a good man and true to his word. He even offered to pick the car up from my house and return it. Sometimes things do not turn out right and you need a follow-up. This is where you should be looking for a company like Caliber that stands behind their work and takes ownership of an issue and brings it to resolution. I would have given 5 stars but because it was not fixed right the first time I could not.

Lisa is wonderful! She is so helpful and friendly! They still havent gotten the correct parts for my car, 6 weeks after accident. Frustrated about that, but not sure how much is parts being on order and the assessors lack of knowledge.

Im not a car guy and understand very little about what goes into repairs. These guys are are happy to show you all the work and explain in details even an idiot like me can understand. During my repair Id get frequent updates via text/calls. The amount of effort the staff put into keeping customers happy is extremely commendable. I only wish other companies I deal with on a day to day were this professional.

After two weeks my car was returned to me with the front bumper overlapping. When I brought the vehicle back in, that made it seem like it wasnt a big deal that they had done a terrible job and gave the car back to me hoping I didnt notice. They gave me a rental when I took the vehicle for the second time and acted like they were doing me a favor. They didnt provide updates as to the status of the repair. We had to keep calling to get updates. Turns out they had to replace the fenders in order to get the bumper on right the second time. Once again stating we went ahead and purchased two new fenders, as if they did me a favor. I had asked for an estimate on a vehicle when I initially returned the vehicle and have yet to receive it. They offered nothing to make the situation right. I would have been happy if they would have simply said we are sorry and offered some reparations. Extremely poor customer service and quality control.

Lady at front desk needs and attitude check. First time ever ealing in the place and I ask if someone can look at my car and give me a quote and was because I didnt actually make an appointment I would have to wait. Thats fine I understand having to wait but when I responded with Ill wait but not forever she responded well guess you should have made an appointment now have a sit if you want to wait. Thats exactly how you dont speak to first time customers and that is a great way to get people to tell everyone not to go to your business!! Would of mouth is everything and I will be sure to let everyone know not to waste their time with your company!!!

I cannot stress enough how awful of a place this is. They start by being all friendly and inviting and assuring they can fix the problem once they work with the insurance company however after coming here three times for different issues ranging from front bumper damage, to passenger door damage and rear end damage. I always got the same talk about how The Damage out priced the value of the vehicleIts more or less like they dont even bother and just wait a couple of days without telling you and expect you to call back just for them to say We cant do it. In any case if your insurance company or the other persons insurance company tells you to go to this location. Do your self a favor and tell them no and find other places to go to. Do some research and figure out the best option. Cause, Caliber Collision is not the best option.

They did a great job replacing my bumper after I was rear ended and they even touched up some other spots on my car with the paint. Too bad Haddock has been sold. I had two occasions to do business with them and was very pleased. However, my husband called them about having a car painted and they were extremely rude and condescending. And quite obviously did not need our business! Never again! So, fair warning! Like I said and Ill say this you do not expect for A business to be dishonest With 5 stars rating. I couldve gone to any other location that they have in the area but every other is lower than 5 stars. So take it in on a Wednesday 2/7/2018 for a rear bumper replacement in muffler unit replacement, OK will be ready Friday 2/9/18 will call you. Ok Received a call ok wont be ready till Monday 2/12/2018. Did not receive another call from them until 2/13/2018,now pay attention this is where it gets real shady,they call me all right to tell me that they had to replace a tail light that was broken theyre waiting for the part to come in. What taillight they did not mention no tail light On Friday 2/9/2018 when they called me. So ok then I received a call on 2/15/2018 my car is ready for pick up. Just for the record,I know how my car looks like inside and out thats why is my car, No one knows my car like I do Please come on.Not only to find out that my vehicle is in worse conditions than when I left it. One back taillight replaced the other one scuffed up, My whole front in headlights have been removed and replaced with some old Junkyard ones all scuffed up and stuff. Hard for me to see at night. And not only that they went ahead and replace my grill with a chipped up one and the owner of the vehicle can tell when his vehicle has been tampered with.I mean who does this what company with 5 stars does this. Thats why they will get a one star for letting me have the experience of my life. Im still in shock I cant believe how they over look at something this big and why would they think its cool that A customer will get over it, well NO its my vehicle! I payed for it!

I recently got into an accident on Friday, October 12th. Called State Farm and they suggested going to one of their select service locations. One of them was Caliber Collision off of Glenwood avenue, just 2 miles from where my vehicle was. Perfect, I thought, I can just drive it down there, no tow needed and drop it off. I call Friday and ask about their availability. The woman answering the phone said there was an available appointment at 8:45 am that next Tuesday so I scheduled the appointment and later inquired if there was a drop box. There was so I decided to drop off my vehicle Monday evening and leave my key and information in the drop box. Easy enough. Tuesday rolls around and I receive no call about my car. Wednesday, around 11:30 am I receive a phone call from the woman that scheduled my appointment (mind you this is over 24 hours after my supposed “appointment”) telling me that they’re “over capacity but the Fuquay location is ‘ready for work’”. That’s when I probably should have stopped right there, being informed over 24 hours after my scheduled appointment that my car hasn’t even been touched… So, I give consent and she says they’ll tow it to Fuquay that day. Remember, they’re “ready for work”. The next day, Thursday, I call the Fuquay Caliber Collision location inquiring about my car, that supposedly had been towed there the day prior. At first the woman who answered “couldn’t find my car”. I’m sorry what? She then asks someone else about my car and they figured, oh yes, it was towed there this morning. So, two days after my car was supposed to be seen it’s JUST NOW being towed the Fuquay location. What a run-around. She then tells me I’ll receive a call about my car later on once they looked at it. I receive a phone call, while I’m at work, informing me that they will “hopefully get around to it today or tomorrow”. Once again, appointment at 8:45 am Tuesday, Fuquay is “ready to work”, and they’re “hopefully” going to take a look at my car. Wow. Okay. So I wait on it. Call Monday morning around 9 am and once again they can’t figure out if my car is there or not. Figured it is and it still hasn’t had an estimate. This is almost a week after my supposed “appointment”. Livid is an understatement. The woman on the phone tells me she can’t do anything “because she just works at the front desk”, understandable, so she then offers for me to speak to the manager. Well, she couldn’t find the manager anywhere. Awesome. Do they not realize I’m paying for a car rental for 2 weeks now because God only knows how long it’ll actually take them to fix the vehicle. We called State Farm, filed a complaint, and my car was successfully towed to Cary Collision. They do a great job and don’t leave you hanging with little to no communication for almost A WEEK. DO NOT go to Caliber Collision. The unprofessionalism of this place is outstanding. Do not schedule an appointment and then call the customer over 24 hours later informing them you have been sitting on the car. Do not tell a customer the other location is “ready for work” when they obviously are not. This is my life. I have to get to work somehow and spending hundreds on a car rental while people mosey around and don’t do their job is not going to cut it.

I recently visited the fuquay location and had an awesome experience. All the staff there went above and beyond. In regards to the young lady below me, I was actually in the store when this incident happened. The lady at the counter simply told the young lady it would be a wait, and the young girl proceed to cuss and fuss, she was absolutely out of line. Disgusting that people have no respect for someone just doing there job. I will say the poor girl at the counter handled it well.

Absolutely horrid experience with this organization. The only thing Caliber succeeds at is finding a location that forces it to be everyones choice due to convenience. Misquotes, 45 minute telephonic hold times, inability to empathize with customer base- these are all qualities exemplar of a failed business. Fortunately for this location, someone else did the leg-work on reputation. Seek body work elsewhere.

I made it 1 mile from the shop before the car broke down. They would not answer their phone even though they didnt close for another half hour. I spent the next several hours trying to get my car back to their shop for the next day. I couldnt get my rental back by then, so that took up my next morning. All because they couldnt fix my car properly.

I have done business with Haddox in 3 different centers over the years. All personnel have been very professional, courteous, efficient and the w0rk has been excellent. One of our vehicles has been repaired 4 times,at different Haddox locations and the vehicle looks as new. One unique feature is their personal, compassionate approach in assisting with rental cars and insurance companies. One feels ther are dealing with friends who definitely look out for the client.
