Unfortunately I cant recommend this shop. The paint work was good and acceptable but fit and finish as well as error when installing parts is what Im not happy about. Normally I would give a shop a second chance to correct mistakes, which as a former GM mechanic Im fully aware that mistakes do happen, but I dont trust the shop now due to poor workmanship and I dont want them touching the car again.-The fender was misaligned to the door with a larger gap than the other factory fender. Im assuming an aftermarket fender was used but the fender could be aligned much better, at least better aligned to the door.-Plastic trim above the fender was popped out and had a broken clip and missing another factory clip. Surprised it didnt fly off when driving down the road but this caused a noticeable wind noise while driving.-Random bolts and plastic retainers were left in the cup holder. Havent figured out where these are from yet.-Hood trim near the firewall wasnt reinstalled. Not that big of a deal but still was missed.-The technician glued a plastic panel under the hood back together instead of installing a new one. Either the trim was damaged during removal by the technician or during the accident.-Plastic under the bumper came loose on the first drive causing a wind noise and wasnt reinstalled correctly.-The work order sleeve was left in the car as well as mud all over the kick panel door trim from the technician getting in and out. Not a big deal but should have never left the shop like this.-Had to call to check when the car would be ready after 2 weeks without much of an update (was quoted 4-5 days). They said it would be ready at 2pm that day and I said I would pick it up the next morning but when I arrived they were still trying to install plastic retainers in the fender liner when I arrived.-Was called 1 week after dropping the car off and was informed that the technician thought they could buff out the damage to the front valance instead of painting. Was told this would save me approximately $300 but after coming home and looking at the original quote they ended up charging me for painting the front valance. I could go back and have this corrected but I dont want to deal with them anymore.Most of these are not that big of a deal and I would never leave a review if it was just one or two things, especially errors that I can correct without much hassle such as mud or leaving something in the car. However with so many mistakes on one car, even a cheap beater car, this is unacceptable and as a former technician I would not be happy in the state the car left the shop. Im going to go through the car and fix everything myself and find a new body shop in the future.

I absolutely love this shop for any and all body work, damage or collision repair. I bring all of my vehicles here which span from 1995 to 2020 and they provide the same great results with every one of them. I have had everything done here such as body work, painting, dent correction, and flat out collision repairs. The whole team here is absolutely wonderful, professional and courteous. Great price for great work! I always recommend Tilley’s to anyone I come across looking for an awesome body shop.

They fixed an issue with a window on our Toyota Sienna for $100 less than the dealership quoted. They did it right the first time and didn’t try to upsell. This is my new favorite body shop.

This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle to Tilley Brothers on Broad Street in Fuquay Varina, NC. This time it was for some, rubber tire transfer, on my car front end. Mr Tilley looked at the issue promptly and cleaned off the black tire rubber with his mighty rag and a small bottle of his ‘secret liquid’ and boom done, tire marks all gone within minutes. I stress over these things and Mr Tilley, has calmed my nerves once again.

I have had the best experience at Tilley Brothers Body shop. They are all so helpful and go out of their way when you need anything. I know that covid 19 is putting a big setback on parts for all the companys but they are doing their best to reasure us. Yes, I would definitely trust them with my car........

Pleasant experience with Tilly Brothers. I took my car in for insurance repairs and it turned out great. Best to schedule ahead because they get pretty busy. They took an extra day to do the repairs because they were not satisfied without part of the project turned out which I appreciate. When I noticed a small issue (something was rattling), I contacted them and asked them to take a look and they checked it out until they resolved the issue. I wish they provided more updates but it is a small company without much office staff, so its understandable.

Have been able to use their services for almost 20 years (time flies), majority alignments but a couple times when rear ended. ALWAYS an excellent experience. ALWAYS very pleasant people. ALWAYS able to get in and out in reasonable time considering how busy they are. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them.

After some hail damage I brought my truck to Tilley Brothers. This shop is more than 45 minutes from my house and work, but I decided to come here as opposed to a local shop based on their reputation. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the staff and it feels good to support at family run small business. I highly recommend!

Took over a month to fix my brothers car. When he finally went in to get it, there was a brand new intake manifold just sitting on the passenger seat not even installed. They used aftermarket parts that were of such poor quality that they caused the car to break down again not even 2 weeks later.Abysmal service. Abysmal people. We have had multiple vehicles repaired here from wrecks. This family owned business is trustworthy and takes care of their customers. We hope we dont have anything else for them to repair, but if we ever do we will bring it back here!

Lack of support staff concerning.Not listed on website they close for lunch.So far not impressed.They seem very busy which implies they do good work. Quote was fair. However a 6-8 just to get started on repair is unacceptable in my opinion.

Total lack of customer service..disorganized..dishonest on timeframes and work completed. A repair that should of taken 10 days in going on 1 month. My car has literally sat for over a week untouched! Not acceptable have serious pause before using this shop.

The have had my car for three weeks and they said it is being delayed do to deer season. What the hell. This is the four week and this is not exceptable.
