Our daughters car was feeling like it had a flat tire, but no flat tire. We called Sears, they got us in the next day and told us she needed new brakes, front tires, and alignment. We were not surprised, figured it needed all that. But they gave us a great deal and it was done the next day. The bill was a couple hundred dollars less than the same thing on my husbands car 3 years ago at a national chain in Holly Springs. We will be bringing our cars to Sears from now on. Very nice people too.

This place is awesome! My tire pressure kept getting low in one tire and i was tired of going to pump it up so i called Sears on my lunch hour to see if they could check it out. They told me to bring it in right then and they would look at it. I was there 5 minutes after calling them and they pulled my car in the garage right away. Sure enough, i had a nail in my tire and the patched it and i was on my way back to work! Great service, friendly and very affordable! Thank you, Sears!!!!

I can’t recommend Brett and his team here highly enough. 😃I took my Chevy in for an inspection and it took less than 20 minutes. One of my lightbulbs wasn’t working. They plug in a new one, and it still didn’t function. They were honest and upfront about it, said it’s probably an electrical issue, and the bulb is good. But rather than charge me for a new $30 bulb that I didn’t need, they were honest about it, put my old bulb back in there, and recommended I check the electrical lines and fuses to see if it would be an easy fix.That’s exactly why I come here every time, and exactly why I don’t go to the big chain auto shops! They’ve permanently earned my business after that.

Stopped by for a state inspection. Very friendly customer service representatives make for a great atmosphere. Quality control and customer retention is an obvious goal for this shop based on the immaculate state of the bays. One of the cleanest shops Ive seen in a long time.

While I was waiting (which wasnt very long) I was listening to the way they dealt with and talked to the other customers. I was so impressed. Ive had work done here 4 times, and just scheduled an appointment for my 5th - each time has been a pleasure, and each time the actual cost has come in LESS than what they quoted me. Theyre helpful and honest and dont squeeze me for every dollar they can - they only do the work that needs to be done. The guys in shop clearly have knowledge and skill because theyve been able to accurately diagnose problems that other people have gotten wrong.

Got an alignment after installing a lift kit. Where able get me handled right away. Completed while waiting. They took car for drive to check their work. No issues 20,000 miles later.

I called to see if they had some tires to fit my truck (10 ply load rated) and they happened to have some Michelins that someone ordered but never paid for in stock. They gave me a screaming deal on them and didnt mind working on my overgrown truck (4 door long bed 2500HD with a rack on it). The TPMS system on my truck had been giving trouble for several months and it has not missed a beat since they worked on it. Extremely courteous, very friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase tires. They had a coffee pot, hot chocolate, and cookies (Little Debbie oatmeal cream pies to be specific) in the lobby as well. My daughters enjoyed playing with the Legos at the kids table while we waited. It was a good experience all around - it was also done on a Saturday!
