All the employees are honest and respectful. They identified an issue with my oil plug and filter casing during my oil change and they are fixing it on the house even though one of their competitors created the issue. The manager and assistant manager were friendly, honest and helpful. Definitely have a long lasting customer for all my cars while I’m in the area.

I love Jiffy Lube, they dont try to rip you off. Their competitors across the street quoted me $1200 for a repair that cost $300 at Jiffy Lube. They never try and rip you off. Ill always come here!

I came in for oil change and emil throughly checked over my brakes. Jason did a great job completing the job and it was super fast. Will come back. Next week im coming in for a headlight restoration. Cant wait! They do a fantastic job

I went to get my routinely oil change here on 8/22 and noticed my oil was leaking so I went back to the same place to get it fixed and had to pay another $80 for their mistake. In the same week I had to spend $160 for an oil change.

I went in today for an oil change and inspection I came with a coupon for my oil change showed it to staff member inside, later I was sent an email to complete a Jiffy’s Lube survey about my visit and services which was great over all only to look at my receipt afterwards to find out the coupon wasn’t even used, very bothered by this it may not be much but to offer a coupon and it not be use was a little disappointing ..😕

Everything was fine with my service. The only issue I was concerned about was they didnt sanitize my vehicle after being in it and they did not use sanitizer. There were 2 guys there busy on their cell phones and 1 a total disregard of wearing a mask getting in/out of vehicles. Another had it on but below the nose. The inner office there was no accessible sanitizer available. The floor was pretty dirty too. Overall cleanliness and safety was concerning. There also were no CDC safety postings on any of the doors which should be. It might be beneficial for them to step up the safety.

I went there for an oil change. I had to first remind them to add the sticker in the corner to let me know when to come back. Then not even a month in I get an oil change required light on in my car. Like wth why y’all ain’t reset it? For $80 you’d think services would be superb. NOTTTT!!!!!!! I had to YouTube and reset the oil change light myself.

I took my 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE here to be inspected for the first time after purchase one year ago. I was charged a window tint inspection fee. Initially I was confused why this was charged since there was no after factory tinting that I was aware of. I was focused on the back windows since they are the darkest. After questioning the charge I was called by the area manager Sam who graciously explain the crazy NC law and come to find out there was added tinting to my front windows by the dealer back in 2013. A small sticker noting the tinting was there I had never noticed. Great sevice here and super helpful, knowledgeable manager in Sam!

I went to Jiffy Lube for a oil change and inspection. Staff was very friendly and the waiting room was clean.Only 3 stars for not telling me their computer was down when I was there for the inspection and it would not send the report to the DMV. I had to go back to JL after waiting at the DMV to be told it was not in the system and then go back to DMV.

Went in for inspection and was handed a quote for brakes. I recently was told my brakes were fine so I got a second opinion. My brakes were fine and the quote received from Jiffy lube was double the price of their honest competitors. Buyer beware.

I like Jiffy Lube because its generally fast. I got an NC vehicle inspection here today. The price is the same everywhere @ $30. Their oil changes are not cheap. Come here for jiffy. Go elsewhere for inexpensive!

I brought my car here for the first time and it was seriously the BEST service I have ever had when getting my car worked on. I came in looking for an oil change and inspection, and i told the young man about how my brakes were giving me trouble. He took care of my car and gave me a good recommendation as to where I can take my car for my brake service. I think his name was Daniel. I will continue to come back!

The new mileage on the sticker is never correct instead of every 3000 miles they constantly put it at over 5000 to receive a new oil change. This is the THIRD TIME they did this. When I expressed this to the woman working inside she seemed annoyed to print me out the correct mileage for my next oil change and acted as if I was a bother. Slapping the computer and getting frustrated l. The men outside are always very nice but every customer service person inside has ALWAYS been rude or unfriendly. Last time I’ll ever come here.

Place is definitely a busy spot. I pulled in for a radiator flush on my Jeep.I didnt call ahead for an appointment, but they got to me in about an hour and a half later. So lesson there, Call Ahead.They have military discount, which is great! Im disabled and on a budget.The staff was friendly and did what I needed. They werent trying to get me on any sort of upsale tactics like most places. So, Ill go back.

Great new manager just started a few days ago :) I just went to this Jiffy Lube today and it restored my faith in Jiffy Lubes everywhere. I have been to several different locations over the course of about 20 years of driving but in the last several years (I cant even tell you how long) the word Jiffy was not even close to an accurate descriptor for my experience.I have put off oil changes because I knew I needed a large block of time to dedicate to the task. Today, I was in and out in about 20 minutes.While I was there the manager spoke to me and let me know he was new & wanted to do his best to make any and all improvements needed. He asked if I had any suggestions for the waiting area. He and his team were courteous, professional, and fast.If youve been disappointed in the past, you may want to give it a shot again. I know this manager hopes to turn the place around and if you still have ideas/comments/concerns/suggestions for improvement I am sure he would be open to that feedback and would work hard to keep your business.Great visit :)

Took vehicle in for inspection and oil change. Tried to sell me an air filter, mine was brand new and clean. I said no, then tried to tell me my car would not pass inspection without new windshield wipers, nope again. Those were new too. Front desk girl was extremely rude and got an attitude because I did not purchase the additional items they were trying to say I needed. Oil change crew was very nice and courteous. Won’t be going back.

Anything but a Jiffy. Ive gone there 3-4 times due to having coupons and the service there is just remarkably slow. Even getting there and being the first car in the bay it still took 45 mins for simple conventional an oil change.

Spent 4 hours there before they were able to tell me that changing a belt for me was proving to be more complicated than they planned for it too. Got an oil change and a tire replaced but the under the hood work is something they aren’t very good at. I would only recommend getting your oil changed there, not taking advantage of ANY of their other services because they haven’t really figured out a way to provide them in a timely manner.

🚙 This is my go to place for the little things. The best part is that they have WiFi and you can stop by anytime and they will check your oil, tires and add oil and air if you need it. Great idea for good maintenance on your car. The entire staff knows me and they are super nice. They plug tires also. But that yo me seems like a scary idea.

The professionalism and small town country respect given by the owner/manager means youll receive a fair and equal dealing.They dont try to force unneeded air filters on you nor do they try to take advantage of your mechanical ignorance (in my wifes case). They arent trying to hock synthetic oil you dont need to run up cost.I will always be back because of this.

They charged me WAY more than the place I usually go, for nothing extra except a standard oil change, and turns out, they didnt put the oil filter in correctly, causing oil to spill out everywhere and makin me have to go get my car cleaned up and get ANOTHER oil change. DO NOT GO THERE.

I went in to have an inspection done on March 11,2019 and was told I didn’t pass which I knew I wasn’t. I was told to pay for a portion and come back in 60 days and I would only pay $6.25. I come back and have to pay full price again because I was a “day” late. Nobody told me I had to come back before the 60 days. Also I came back on the 11th of May and was told it was to late.which is exactly 60 days. I’m so over this place that is ridiculous. I’ve come here for years and gotten my inspection and I have never had this problem before. Also the person that greeted me didn’t know what Freon was!!! How are you working at a car place and don’t know what that is. Poor business management. I won’t be coming back. That’s over $80 for an inspection. Horrible place don’t go!!!! You would be better off spending your money elsewhere.

Very helpful. They take the time to thoroughly check your car out and let you know how you can improve your mileage. They also vacuum out your car if the floors are clean.

For those of you who are looking for an inspection, Jiffy Lube is definitely not the place for this. First, I was warned that my red 1995 Grand Cherokee Laredo was so close to failing if my front broken windshield wiper blade didnt meet the inspections requirements when I was eighteen years of age. The last time I went there for an inspection, they falsely failed my inspection just because my left turn signal light wasnt working on the inside of my red 2002 Grand Am Pontiac. This happened to me on March 2012 at age 25. I was like, Really? Well, I decided to figure out another way to get my car inspected. Whoever the auto I went to, they passed my inspection before my Pontiac broke down. After that, Ive never been there since.Now I am 31 will be turning 32 next month. After all the comments Ive been reading about this place being a rip off, I totally agree with them. This Jiffy Lube right here in Fuquay is way too strict with their so-called inspection policy. I will never come here for inspection. The only way you can pass inspection is you cant see the check engine light on. You only fail the inspection if you only see the check engine as well as the other major lights like change oil, abs, or anything that only has to do with the engine. If you think youre going to fail someones inspection just because the internal signal light is not working or the windshield washer blade isnt working or any other petty little thing instead of failing the inspection for the check engine light or anything that is associated with the engine itself, please think again and miss me on that. After while, youll think twice before ripping other customers off no matter whoever is there. Like I said, you might as well think twice before you will lose another customer because of your poor inspection criteria. Im not here to post this review in a rude or disrespectful manner, but Im saying this in love, sincerity and honesty. Thank you. Have a nice day and God bless your soul.

Edit: Under new management now. You really have to watch them, they will try to sell you things you really dont need. Offered to change my cabin air filter (Why they pulled it, I dont know but declined as it was something I could do myself) Asked twice about replacing back wiper but since it wasnt required for the inspection, I again declined I feel sorry for the people who arent on the up and up about cars. They tried to charge me for topping off my coolant, something I didnt ask for. Thankfully the didnt hesitate to take that off when I brought it to their attention. I will not be back. The other managment was so much better.Original review:Always gotten good service here. Had a problem with my brakes squealing, had to bring it back twice. Two days afterwards and three weeks later (Was hoping the pads just needed a break in period). The second time Anthony installed new hardware and greased everything up. Finally no more embarrassing squeaking. He even found a nail in the tire and plugged it free of charge. That is top notch service in my book and I can see Anthony really excelling in his career. Getting hard to find people like that

Dont have your tires rotated at this Jiffy Lube. I took my car in for an oil change and rotation. They damaged the TPMS system in some way. The light came on immediately after I left. I took it back immediately and they said two tires were low and the light should go off. Days and many miles later the light is still on.Note that the light WAS NOT on prior to the tire rotation so the problem originated there.

I would just like to express my gratitude about the staff at Jiffy Lube on Main street in Fuquay Varina. Ive just started coming to this location and Ive been very impressed with the level of customer service from all the staff.However, this last interaction was worthy of this note. I called to get some info about my prior service and the lady (Bri) that answered the phone was so patient and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me. I felt that she really cared. It was as if I was a family member. Customer service at that level is so uncommon nowadays and I truly was surprised.Thank you Jiffy Lube and thank you Bri!

Really cant even give this place a star. I went for an inspection and they said I needed to fix certain things. So I fixed them, brought it back and then the inspection guy argued with me saying that a cherry bomb glass pack is not a muffler? That its a resonator. Like really? I work on cars and I do my own mechanic work. Then everything I was told to get fixed was fixed but yet they said it wasnt good enough. And the employees are rude. They completely ignored me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. But I did however get my suv inspected the way it sat that day and it passed.

I have never, ever, ever been to a jiffy lube before. But this jiffy lube and the stores staff are simply AMAZING!!! I had my car inspected at a small buisness and they said my car wasnt ready for inspection because I had to drive my car more and they charged me for the inspection. I had no idea what they meant, because I drive at least 30 miles each day. So I paid $30 for an inspection that was rejected. I came to this jiffy lube and they helped me understand what happened and they told me what I needed to do to fix it, because the last place wouldnt explain anything. They also informed me of the laws and how i shouldnt have been charged for the rejected inspection. Jessica and Scott both explained how to fix it and when I came back they continued to be the most friendly people EVER!! I am so grateful for these two!! They saved me from getting ripped off and helped me figure out what to do to get my car to pass!!! Thank you both and all of the staff!!!

Upon arriving my car was immediately pulled in the center bay. After an hour and 40 minutes (oil change and inspection) I asked what was taking so long. They said they had a hard time getting the oil drain plug out. Will not be returning to this location.

Im actually inside the place writing the staff is cool and its clean inside but the wait time is ridiculous I got the oil change, tire rotation, and windshield treatment Groupon as well as an inspection but theres a gentleman who has been be here longer than I have and weve been waiting over an hour and a half . There had been at least 3 people whove come in after us and had their cars looked at and left already. INCLUDING ONE WHO I HEARD ALSO GOT AN INSPECTION.

I can only speak for myself but ANY time Ive gone to the Jiffy Lube in Fuquay Varina Ive been treated like a valued customer. Just came back from having an inspection, oil change and wiper replacement. In and out in 25 minutes. Met in the parking lot by a gentleman who asked what I was here for, took my keys and directed me to the waiting room and even held the door open for me! They immediately started work on the car. When finished the cashier went over ALL services performed, took my coupons and explained the state inspection process, smiled and thanked me for stopping by. The same gentleman who met me in the parking lot escorted me to my car, pointed me to where my state registration and their signed checklist was and wished me a good day. How do you beat this kind of service? I find it very hard to accept some of these posts complaining about poor service and forcing upsells on customers here.

Went in for an Inspection, oil change, and rear differential. The Inspection and oil change was fine. They initially said they could change the rear diff lubricant, but when it was time to pay they said that I would need to take it to a transmission garage. Now the VSC off/TRAC lights are on. They were off prior to Jiffy Lube looking at it. Their explanation was that this was just a coincidence.

They will only get a 1 star from me. They performed service just fine, but technician stole money from my car. After contacting manager, who told me this was a number one priority for him, he refused to call me back or take any of my calls.If they have a thief working for them that is willing to steal from customers, I bet they steal time, money, resources, etc. from the company too.

$100 + dollars for synthetic blend oil change. Wrote my next oil change needed to be done in 1,000 miles. Did not reset my oil internal oil life indicator.

I purchased a Groupon for a Platinum Signature oil change with glass treatment and tire rotation for $79.99. I went to Jiffy Lube located in Fuquay Farina, NC and used my Groupon.  Upon completion, the cashier informed me I needed to pay taxes on the oil change.  I dont normally pay taxes when using Groupon for services but I had never bought an oil change from Groupon before so I paid. I then left. As I pulled out onto a busy road I immediately realized something was not right with my vehicle.  My steering wheel was shaking and it was difficult to stay in my lane due to my wheels wanting to go into a different direction. I also began hearing noises from under the vehicle! My van felt completely off balance. As traffic began quickly approaching me I could not stop right away and had to find a place to turn in to. Once I was able to safely stop I was nervous about getting back onto the road to drive back to Jiffy Lube. I was afraid I could not control my vehicle. I eventually decided to drive back because I knew I could not go any where else with my vehicle in this condition. I made it back to Jiffy Lube and explained what happened. They took my vehicle, test drove it and looked it over.  I was told that the when the tires where put back onto my vehicle after the rotation the incorrect torque was used. They were only placed onto my vehicle with the 50% required torque! One mechanic apologized and said it was scary driving it. I was upset that I was put into that dangerous situation. I then drove away and the vehicle drove as  normal. While driving I realized my windows and windshielf looked exactly the same as I had arrived to Jiffy Lube with. They had not been cleaned or washed. How would Rain-X be applied to dirty windows? There is no way a window treatment was included in the service that I paid for.  When I got home I looked over my reciept and noticed that I was over charged! I was charged $84.99 (and paid taxes on this price) when I purchased a Groupon for $79.99. I am not sure where the extra $5 come from. I paid $12.15 with my debit card.   Due to these mistakes I do not even trust the correct oil was put into my vehicle and all the safety checks and fluid top-offs were done. I was put in danger due to negligence on the mechanics error, my window service treatment was not done, and I was over charged! I have emailed the corporate office and they informed me that they forwarded my complaint to the location but I have yet to hear from them.

My trip to Jiffy Lube went very well...to begin with. When my vehicle was ready I was unable to get any change because the computer was slow and the cash drawer would not open until all of the data needed to unleash my private information was entered. Can you believe it, being held hostage by their stupid, inadequate computer system? The manager kindly offered to give me the change from his pocket but I took an IOU instead. This is a great example of what our retail establishment has become. What a disgrace. I am kissing my $.60 IOU good-bye since I dont expect to ever return to Jiffy Lube again, even for that. Five stars for the performance of the people there, but 0 stars for Corporate...results in two stars to indicate stupidity.

I used to go here every time I needed an inspection - but then I noticed a trend of them always up-selling and saying I needed something to pass inspection. The final straw was when my headlight lenses needed their special $40 cleaning and clear-coat in order to pass inspection - I made them fail me - when home and cleaned them myself and had to go back to complete the inspection - no more inspections for me there
