Got good service with new tires on my truck. The two guys that attended me, were informative and answered my questions that I had. A bit confusing when pulling it, couldnt tell what was the front, that has the customer entrance.

A very polite patient and knowledgeable staff, they make sure to keep you informed throughout the process and I thoroughly enjoyed that very much

Completely incompetent! Took my 2017 Ford Explorer in to have a new tire put on because there was a nail in my tire and the tire was irreparable. After being charged nearly $300 for the work, we discovered that NTB replaced the WRONG TIRE. Now I still have the nail in my tire and paid $300 to replace a perfectly good tire!Taking it back tomorrow because they’re closed today.

Yesterday July 14th was my second visit to NTB to replace the other two tires on my car, and my original 5 star rating remains. Emily at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in quickly. The shop techs were great and had my car ready to go in less than an hour.

Had a BAAAD experience with an individual at another NTB trying to get tires and was so frustrated when I came to Fuquay. Tom and Brian in the Fuquay store were so great!!!!! Very accommodating and super nice to work with. Will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future!!!! Great job, guys!!! Felt really good when I left!

I really hate to write this because I am an understanding person but… I have used ntb of Fuquay a few times, break pads, rotors so I felt I could trust them and I was wrong. I made an appointment to get a full synthetic oil change, a week later without my knowledge all of the oil had leaked from my car. (My car was making an awful noise and my oil sensor light was flashing) I took it back in and they told me that my oil filter was not placed correctly and it caused the oil to leak from my car, sent me on my way like everything was fine. The incompetence of their employees almost costed me a new engine. They didn’t apologize or offer me a discount after their mess up which could have costed me thousands of dollars. I would not recommend using them for any service.

Excellent service. I had a leak and pulled in right at closing time. Michael went the extra mile and asked someone to stay 30 minutes to repair my tire. I was able to get back on the road sagely!

I went with my grandma and my momma and little sister i work on vehicles sometimes we went to get my grandmas tires rotated and her oil change we had a appointment and we asked them how long it would take they said maybe a hour we walked to walmart came back a hour later they just pulled the car in and we sat there i watched them take there time talking to each other laughing joking and playing around for like 2 minutes every so often i understand you wanna talk but not only that they told my grandma while i was using the restroom that she needed her coolant changed when it really didnt and they said she needed a new suspension when i started going to my grandma after she told him yes i got to her and the worker speed walks to the back would not recommend at all they really disappointed me and my family and i do not want anyone else to get ripped off they charged her way over the price they shouldve do not buy anything extra from there and the appointments they dont care it took them 3 hours after the time when the oil change only takes 15 minutes

Best NTB I have been to in the Raleigh area. Customer service is great, the store is clean, and the waiting area is comfortable. I will be returning even though its extra distance from my home. They have an in ground rack and can accommodate for vehicles with minimal ground clearance. Technicians seem to be competent and trustworthy.

My daughter went up on the median and split two of her tires. We live out of town and Mike was awesome to work with. He got everything fixed and was so professional. Great customer service and work. Highly recommend!

I have to give the staff an awesome review Mike Jose and the MIT all did an amazing job, got me in early, price matched discount tire and re balanced mybother wheels . It is awesome to see such great service when everyone is under staffed. Also it was good chatting with the gm about all of the challenges he has over came and dealt with especially with a smile on his face .

Had a new tire put on a patch on the other. Price was decent staff was friendly. I took over an hour to do. That would be my only negative comment. It would have been nice to know how long it was going to take.

Ive called several times to follow up on my orders for new tires. Called 3 times and nobody answered and nobody has follow up on my ordered.Furthermore, I had rear shocks installed three months ago and according to another car dealerships these shocks are already not working.Needless to say I wont be coming back here

Called for appointment, set it up and was done in an hour for oil change & tire rotation. Unfortunately another customer decide Not to wear a mask inside in the waiting area....I went outside until he left....Following day the Tire Light came on, because 3 of the 4 tires were suddenly 5 pounds low on air....This is not the 1st time Ive had them rotate tires only to find that someone had altered the existing tire pressure to a point that the Tire Light came on the next day. So sad that they feel the need to screw with the air in the tires, when they are supposed to simply rotate them.

They were great! I couldnt get my wheel alignment but they showed me exactly why..offered to fix it or I could take it to my guy....they helped me there was no charge and as soon as i get my issues fixed Ill be right back there! Marc was awesome!

As long as you are knowledgeable you will be fine. They do try to do work that is not needed for extremely high costs. They also do not charge the price that is quoted. My advice is to get it sent to you in an email. They changed my brakes. They now squeak but all the breaks and pads are fine. They charged me to clean them up but that did not work. My breaks never squeaked before I went in but they cant fix them without another charge. I am not very happy. I have been back twice for this and frankly cant waste anymore time on them. The rebates that you get are in the form of a credit card which you can not use for payment on any outstanding balance.

I had issues with the new TPMS on my RAM 1500 not working. They we able to check the sensors and reset the autolearn and the sensors were working reporting tore pressure 2 miles down the road. They didnt even charge me anything for their time.

Got work done with no issues. Got home to notice my center cap was missing. Called right away but they had closed. Called this morning. The guy checks with his co workers. Comes back on the phone and tells me he wasnt working last night but whomever was said they put it back on my car.... Ok well if it was installed back on my car then it was installed wrong bc those things dont just fly off when you are driving. Now I get to spend at least $65 to replace it. Thanks NTB! Wont be back.

This shop took care of me and my boyfriend when we bought our first car. They got tires for us the same day we needed them and when we started having issues with one of the tires losing air they took care of it for us. The team here is very helpful and work to make the customer happy. We will definitely be returning in the future for our car needs ❤️

Awesome experience. Went through previous posts and couldnt believe that someone made a negative review on this location of NTB. I found that everyone was very professional and walked outside so I could actually hear music being played out in the shop. Employee Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you need service to check this shop out. Quick reliable and customer centered employees.

Customer service was exceptional during my recent tire installation. I have a 2017 Ford Mustang which I baby so was leery to try a new NTB location. Ive been going to the Cary NTB for many years and this location in Fuquay-Varina far out rated the Cary location. Michael Avanzato, another customer service gentleman I dont remember his name, and the tech 32046293 were all extremely helpful. Michael went out of his way the day before to pick up my new tires from another location. During my appointment, all 3 gentlemen took time to explain things to me. The tech placed plastic inside my car for extra protection. Store was very clean as well. I cant thank everyone, it truly was peace of mind having my car serviced at this location. I will definitely be recommending to others. Thank you all!

Had an appointment, took 2 full hours to install 4 new tires. I was the only person in the waiting room. Tires were supposed to be set to 33psi. When I left they were 16, 28, 28 and 38psi per my TPS. Same readings 20 miles later at home. Had to properly inflate/deflate them myself. Dont know what else to say about that. I doubt I will return.

Man what an awesome crew they are running here. Mark Stevens and his crew took great care of me today. Literally came in with minutes to spare before closing and they still put a brand new set of tires on for me at a phenomenal rate. Once they were able to get the tires that I needed, the experience was fine. However, the relationship started on a rocky road. I called and was told they had tires for my car in stock. When I arrived at the store, about three later for my appointment, they had no tires for my vehicle. They found a set and said they would be in this morning at 10:00. When I arrived, the tires had not yet been delivered. By 10:45 the tires had come and the tires were changed and wheel alignment performed and completed by 12:00. The store does have a nice waiting area with internet, water and coffee available. I would recommend this business, however, I would advise ensuring the items wanted are in stock before making an appointment.

Moved to the area about 9 months ago and these guys have been fantastic. Bought four new Cooper Discoverer tires for my Suburban before we moved and was able to bring it in for rotations, etc with the tire warranty. I had a wheel bearing go out and Mark changed it out with no issues except the dealer told me the wrong side that needed to be changed. When I went to pick it up, Mark was like we switched them out but it is still making a noise. Mark offered to keep the vehicle a while longer and switch the side that was actually the problem and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. Now Im riding quietly again thanks to Mark and the team at NTB. I wont go anywhere else for my vehicle needs as long as I live in the Raleigh area!

I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. There is a large waiting area. My oil change & tire rotation was completed in 25 minutes. Bonus savings was a coupon for this service ($19.99 +$3 disposal fee). I only wish Id been informed that they cracked my hub cap while removing it. Honesty goes a long way in keeping customers!!

Made my appointment for a oil change last minute and they were able to fit me in the same day. Mark was very helpful and informative about everything going on with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for great car service at a great price.

I’ve used them a total of 3 times now first experience was great last two were terrible. The second visit my wife went in to get a tire patched they charged her an extra charge that wasn’t on the first bill when I went to get a tire patched. I asked them about the charge and they refunded me. I decided to give them another chance so the 3rd time I went in to get a tire that had fallen off the rim put back on and the guy working told me they don’t do that since I’m not getting a tire from them or a repair they won’t do the work. I’ve never had a problem with quality of work but the customer service is just plain bad from the people up front

Kudos to Mechanic Collin and his manager tonight! My oil change, tire rotation and service took a little longer than expected as Collin discovered a nail in one of my tires as he was putting air in, as he was finishing up service to my vehicle. I thanked the manager and Collin for staying over normal business hours to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Their attitudes remained upbeat and positive as they replied no problem, we dont mind which is so rare in todays customer service environment, especially when its closing time and Im sure they would rather be heading home. I could tell Collin took pride in making sure my tire was patched to perfection and everything was taken care of before handing my keys back to me. It was 7:42pm when I left (the store closes at 7), and as I thanked Collin again for staying over his shift he replied, my pleasure, its no problem with a smile. I was so impressed with this young man, you are fortunate to have him. Because of this kind of rare service, I will continue to take my vehicle to NTB in Fuquay from now on every time.

Gave car to them to balance and align car. Walked into shop and manager complaining about how wheel wont balance, and how i may need a new wheel or tire.. Their balance machine read different a couple times with no changes. I took wheel off balance machine myself and discovered they did NOT have wheel properly setup on balance machine. Then i looked around and discovered they didnt have proper equipment to balance wheels at all. Supposedly alignment was already done and how i needed to buy an aftermarket camber kit to get better alignment, but they fixed it to where i should be good..obviously i took car out of shop and stopped them from doing anymore work (damage) to my car. Next day I took my car to another (different) shop in Raleigh. Alignment was all over the place and new shop was able to fix it without any aftermarket parts. The new shop was also able to balanced all 4 my tires perfectly without issuesNO I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP..NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP EITHER !!!

Mark up front really did a great job helping me pick out tires for my truck. I had old tires that were not completely round for some reason; he took me in shop area and you could see it with naked eye on the machine. He spent the time to help me make good decision.Thanks for the help Mark!

I have been here several times and have not been anything less then impressed with their customer service and genuinely concern for the care of my vehicles. I came today and had a big setback, but was not surprised that I was still treated with the same professionalism. They took responsibility for what happened and are doing what it takes to fix & take care of the issue. We all make mistakes but we are not mistakes. If you want to have your vehicle taken care of with honesty and integrity beyond just trying to get you in and out to make a buck $, then I highly recommend NTB. Thanks

They’re never available for walk in service and when you make an appointment in advance they’ll call you the day of your appointment to tell you they’ve overbooked and won’t be able to honor your appointment.

I have always used NTB in Fuquay for convenience for oil change and occasional tire. This past Sunday, Mark - the service manager (I think) really went above and beyond any expectation. Long story short, I had a flat almost in Garner. No jack (thanks son!) to put on a spare. I used road side assistance. I called around to find my tire size - no one had it in stock. I try NTB and Mark had 1. He explained he may not have time due to low staffing that day and they closed 5. He promised me that he would not leave me stranded even if the tow did not get me there until 6pm. When I get there around 4 pm, he is extremely busy. Short handed. I didnt mind the wait and Mark didnt leave me stranded. He couldve easily blown me off but didnt.

These people are completely incompetent. I brought in a tire from a vehicle that had a flat. A simple patch was all that was required. After waiting for the tire for half a day, they called to say it was ready. After paying for the fix, they rolled it out and it was loudly hissing - leaking air like crazy just as it was before. The greasy “technician” on the shop floor shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing else they could do so they refunded my money and gave it back. So back to square one. I took it to a friend’s shop and he fixed it good as new. He said they didn’t prep the patch properly and that’s why it didn’t work. If these people can’t even patch a tire correctly do you want them doing anything to your vehicle?

Me and my young daughter stopped by late this afternoon. I was greeted by mark as soon as I walked through the front door. He helped me find the tires I needed for the vehicle and was extremely helpful. I got an extremely great price on tires. I didnt have time to for the tires to beinstalled and needed to talk with my husband to coordinate our schedules to have it done. He gave me his card and out the door I went. Upon leaving I heard loud vulgar profanity coming from the radio inside the shop. As I looked through the garage door I could see a large guysinging the words to the song and making unprofessional gestures. I do not use profanity in my household, especially around my daughter and couldnt believe how loud it was. I could tell the guy up front was by himself and probably didnt realize what was going on but I cant see letting someone work on my car that is that vulgar. Even though the price was great for what I needed. I will not be be giving my business to this company. I m very disappointed because I was excited on the great deal I got.

Stopped in after my car gave a low tire pressure warning. I was greeted immediately. The problem was diagnosed and taken care of quickly. I will definitely return for service in the future!

Gerald (spelling not known) has no customer or interpersonal communication skills period. I’ve had great experiences with NTB Cary and Capital but this guy is a joke. I tried making multiple appointment to get my and my girlfriends oil changed and he acts like it’s the biggest issue ever, saying it could take multiple hours and we will just have to stop in. Even after scheduling an apt online he said it could still be two hours from the time I drop it off. He’s an idiot

First time having to deal with a car shop considering I work at a car shop myself. Mark definitely showed me the best customer service I could ask for, and gave me really good advice dealing with my car problems. Ended up curing vibrations that I was having with my car for almost a year. Forgot the lady name, but she was really nice & helpful as well. Thanks NTB

Had oil change yesterday. Parked car in garage,woke up.this morning and have a huge puddle of oil on floor.

Terrible Service. I needed a simple headlight bulb replacement in my car and the man at the counter was talking circles around me saying how there was no time to fit me in. I was trying to come back for another day but the same guy decided to not come back to assist me. I will not waste my time at a place that does not value their customers and hold their employees accountable when it comes to top notch customer service.

Perfection, called for oil change, they said come on down. I did, they did and I was out within an hour. And they rotated the tires (we bought there) too.

Fast and friendly service. I called a few other places and one shop said they couldn’t get me in for a week and another wanted to charge me $60 just to check my brakes. NTB checked out my brakes for free and same day. They explained what I needed and on my car. The work was completed quickly and accurately. I will definitely be back in the future.

Hour and a half for a simple oil change, and I went because I bought tires there and got a free tire rotation. My washer fluid was still empty after, my seats were moved and I got no updates the entire time I waited. Lesson learned. Nothing is free

Took my truck here to have 2 tires put on, to have my oil changed, and to have my truck aligned. They had a hard time getting my new tires on and totally messed up the alignment. I have taken it back two additional times to fix the alignment, which was perfect when it went in there, and its still messed up. They havent offered to have it fixed or make it right and just said thats the best we can do. I would not recommend.

I had an 8:00 am appointment and arrived at 7:50 am. I needed an oil change and 4 tires. They took it back almost right away. The mechanic was in no hurry. I didnt leave until 10:55 am. So if your time isnt important then they are fine. My time us very important because I work between 50 - 60 hours a week.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I decided to this time because everyone was awesome! The customer service was amazing and they helped us fix every issue that popped up with our car two days in a row. Highly satisfied !

I had a leak in one of run flat tires, and Rick came to the rescue!! He was able to get me the exact tire I needed in a pinch. The location is very convenient and the service is excellent. The prices are very fair and much less than what you would pay at a dealership. I am thankful for Rick and his team at NTB in Fuquay!

I went in for new tires. I applied for a NBT credit card, got some great tire discounts, and was back on the road in a couple of hours. Belinda did a good job writing up my order correctly and my Cooper Discoverer RTX look great. Took it out on 540 for the 75 mph test and its perfect. New shop, upfront pricing on everything, large comfortable waiting area. I have found my new car service center. I recommend.

Dont bother with this place unless you make an appointment. They also never have a state inspector available.In the 7 times Ive attempted to use them, Ive walked out 5. Unless you have hours to just sit and wait around.The 2 times Ive used them I dropped my vehicle off before work, walked to my store, and came back after my shift. I get a call 3-5hrs after drop off that my car is ready.Jiffylube always has my oil changes done in less than 30 minutes of pulling into the parking lot.Meineke has done my last 3 state inspections day I called. No appt required.They have a extremely good location and thats about it. Pricing is high. Wait time is way too long for a place with 6-8 bays.

Ordered tires on Saturday. Arrival should be on Monday. One tire coming from Charlotte the other one from Florida... Everyday was was the same excuse, there was a hurricane in Florida..well neither tire had arrived.. there wasnt a hurricane in Charlotte..where was that one.its a very hard size to find he says...ah.. no its not... on Wednesday I finally just got a refund and ordered somewhere else. Guy was very Curt saying ok see ya later. No Im sorry. Ordered from another place at 4:30 Wednesday and tires were ready at 10:00 on Thursday.. just no excuse for that way of business

Went in for an oil change, but during their routine inspection they found the front axle boots torn and leaking grease, so I unfortunately had to have that addressed. I had to have the work completed that afternoon, as my daughter was heading back to college in that car the next morning. They were able to get it done, and Im not aware of any issues with the repair. My only complaint is that their technicians got some dirt/grease on the interior of the drivers door (from opening and closing, I assume) as well as on the passengers door interior and glove box (from inspecting the cabin air filter). I was able to clean those areas when I got home, but I would expect them to be more careful than that. This car is older, but if I had a newer car and got the car back with dirt/grease on the interior like that, I would have been very upset.

I contacted NTB today after discovering a sidewall puncture on one of my tires. The service was above and beyond from the initial phone call until service completion. NTB got the tires I wanted installed the same day and fit me in for installation late in the day. Mark and Thomas stayed past closing time to get my tires installed and a realignment performed. Mark apologized to me several times for the time involved and I told him no apology was needed. I appreciated the fact he and Thomas took their time and made sure everything was done correctly. They could have easily rushed things since it was past normal business hours but they did not. I was very impressed by the employees, the service and the cleanliness of the building.

Took an hour and a half TO CHANGE THE OIL in my car when I could have done it elsewhere for a little extra money and I’m literally a quarter of the time. Tried to tell me what I needed to have done or fixed on my car and what their prices were (by the way, much cheaper at other places) and acted offended when I told them I’d do it myself. If you have anything else in your plans for the rest of the day, don’t go to NTB. Absolutely piss poor service and I will never come back again.

Had a vibration and a shake in front end they put tie rods steering stabilizer alignment balance tires did not help. Charge $314 nice people but theres a lot of guessing there

I went into NTB in Fuquay-Varina on Sunday to have them put in a new headlight. First they stated that it was going to cost $46.00 to put in a new headlight that I bought. After the front desk speaking with my husband it went down to $20.00. After having my car back for a few days I stop yesterday afternoon to Wal-Mart and when I came out I looked down near my tire where they replaced my light and notice that they taped the piece back together. I could not believe what I was seeing. I took right back to them and showed them what someone at the place had done. The positive side to this that the man that was helping me yesterday fixed and gave me back my money from Sundays visit. I will never go back to them because I will always feel like they are doing something shady to fix something. Know that if I didnt notice what they had done then I would been responsible for that piece!!! (up-set to say the least)!!! Please watch your cars being worked on!!!!

I dropped my truck off early Saturday morning for an oil change balance rotate and alignment and gave them two days which they said was well enough to do all the services. I bought tires about a year ago and was sold a lifetime of the tires alignment buy a guy that is no longer there, went in to pick my truck up and the alignment was not done. I was told it was only for a year but regardless nobody called me to tell me they just chose not to do my alignment. The last oil change I had they put my plug in wrong and had oil leak all over my brand-new driveway. Keep in mind this is an oil change facility for the most part. Very frustrating, they could care absolutely less when I went to pick my truck up that my alignment wasnt done. No apology no nothing just rushed me through and got me out the door. There are too many local shops in the Fuquay-Varina area to use a national brand like this that can care less about you or your vehicle.

I’ve been hear since 10:15 AM and asked for an alignment and asked for a estimate on when it will be finished and was told it would be done in 1 hour(11:15 or so) ... I go else where to kill time and come back 11:30am and yet still wait till 12:20(it’s been 2 hours at this point) I ask if my car is done yet at the front counter and maybe it was done and I just been waiting idiotically but was told it wasn’t done and hasn’t been started on yet... I have a job just like everyone else so I understand some things can go bad here and there... the response I got back was that they could get it started in 20 minutes... the process is an hour to do an alignment ... I’m giving them a second chance to do my alignment because I know I would want another chance to redeem myself so yea I’m still here waiting on my alignment ... I hope they do something to make it right when they ring me up... not that very happy tbhUpdate: Sir up front did apologize I told him I was understanding of the time I know business times can change and gave me a credit for the inconvenience!! They did turn it around!! Thank I hope I knew what your name was...

Bought 1200 worth of tires for my truck and was told brakes were shot needed front brakes and rear rotors.I said no thanks Ill do it myself.I bought new brakes and replaced myself, to find out nothing was wrong with them, brought old brake pads to them and showed them and the shop manager said they did not need to be replaced (I already knew that).He stated he would get to the bottom of it and it wont happen again. (An admission of fault in my opinion).Shop at youre own risk.Buyer beware.Selling false work.

Its unfortunate that I have to end up writing this review as I had received some of the best service from the store manager Gerald and his associate Mark. It has been a month since my oil was changed by their associate Wesley and my car has begun sputtering and misfiring. My car was inspected by another mechanic who found oil throughout the air filter and casing. The oil entered my air intake and coated several of my spark plugs causing 4 of my engines cylinders to misfire and leaving me with an unreliable car that I must use for my work and family. I am wholeheartedly disappointed in this outcome as I need this vehicle for my livelyhood.

I dont normally write negative reviews but in this case Im willing to make an exception. I went here with a friend to have 5 tires mounted on rims all of which were already off the vehicle and brand new ready to go. He did have five tires from his original vehicle that we also wanted to have the bead broken and the TPMS sensor taken out to be used in the new tires. The writer proceeded to not only have an higher than average charge for both the breaking of the bead but also for mounting the new tires he then charged an extra amount because she cleaned a 35 inch tire on 17-inch rim was more difficult to mount then more average size tires. I can say from experience mounting a low profile tire on a 22-inch Rim is far more difficult than these tires would ever have been. When asked about the surcharge his response was well the juice isnt worth the squeeze. We then went to Walmart who not only was able to handle us quickly they charge less than half what this place wanted to charge for the exact same service. Based on how they handled what should have been a simple process and outright said it wasnt worth their time I can tell you I will never go back to this place.-Edit: Ive submitted the details and will keep an open mind to see if anything actually comes of this.

Not all NTBs are created equal, this one is worth checking out. I am typically weary of mechanics and having work done on my car, but I really don’t have a choice. A previous location didn’t do great work, and other “competing” companies couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.I walked in hesitant to give them my business, but I was hoping that they would be able to provide some insight to work done at a different location. They were able to fix the issue within minutes. Their next task proved to be a challenge, but they explained everything and took the time and care to do the work and do it right. The management and techs here at NTB have earned my business for sure. Thank you!

Went to ntb Friday for a tire inspection. The shop manager was very good and helped me out with my tire. Highly recommend Antonio to get things done right.

Called the store, I talked to Gerald he made me a appointment for the next day for four tires.Service and price was great and I was done in 1 hour!!

I called NTB looking for a price on a specific tire and I spoke with the manager Rick. He was so nice and down to earth. The tires I was looking for were pretty expensive and he suggested a different brand tire that was the same quality that were on special. I really appreciated his suggestion and ended up coming in the next day to get all four tires and an alignment. I ended up saving $300 compared to other shops I called in the area. NTB has great prices and knowledgeable staff. The waiting area is comfortable and very clean. Would highly recommend NTB Fuquay and they are a great addition to town.

Salesperson “E12949421” was really unprofessional. He spent more time talking down about the big box store competition and bragging about the stores “100k” tire machine then he did trying to service the customer. Making cocky sounding remarks about his company being “so big”, all while forgetting the basics like introducing himself and holding the door for the customer. Upselling is ok, but not when you do it in a snake oil salesman type manner. Not to mention as soon as we arrived we were told “someone will be with you in a moment” (twice), and had to wait while the other employee finished discussing an upcoming BBQ event with a visitor. We were the only customers in the waiting area. Also, never talk down about your competition in front of the customer. It makes you and the company you work for look and sound bad. I think the salesperson realized this, but unfortunately it was too late. Hopefully someone will retrain this guy on the basics. it’s not always about price, how you talk to customers is important too. Telling me how bad your competitors products are and trying to convince me that they are incompetent simply because they are a “big box store” actually puts your company in a bad light (in my opinion). Ever think that some of your customers may actually work at a big box store? The real incompetence seems to lie with your inability to “sell rubber” without coming across as a douche. You helped your competition out today instead of a customer. We took our business elsewhere. Please save the cold, canned, automatic responses. Nothing says “we’re listening to our customers” like thoughtless carbon-copy replies.

Friendly and helpful. Had a nail in my tire. They quickly assessed the tire and replaced it, getting me back on the road quickly

Omg. I didnt open the hood acter the oil change was done. After 4 days I opened hood and saw oil cap was unscrewed and fell near engine parts ( cought by wires ). Oil definitely came out of hole where you fill oil from and some was on engine and wires. Had to clean it up. could have cost me a lot more if I didnt check it and maybe something might be broke. Definitely not getting my oil changed here now.

Awesome fast service. Fixed my wifes leaking tire fast.

Had a 12 pm appointment made online. Arrived a few min early. My name was on the board for 12 pm when I arrived. After taking my keys, Mngr came back and said they were overbooked & couldnt service my car. Mngr said online reservations were not reliable.

The Store Manager used Profanity in front of a Customer three times This is not a good places to go for your Family

I have been to the NTB in Fuquay for several different services. Each time the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they explained things throughly, and each time I walked away feeling like I had a positive experience. Other times that I have had to buy tires, or have questions about something that concerns my car, I questioned whether I bought the right thing, were they selling me something I didnt need, were they pushing me to get something I didnt need, etc.... That is not the experience I received at NTB. I highly recommend the safe and products at the NTB in Fuquay-Varina!

Great service. Brand new place with a nice waiting room equipped with TV and keurig.

Took my Ford E350 to them to do wheel alighment 40 min later they told me that they fo not have proper tools. Second time they told me that they can not do wheel alighment because lower and upper suspension need to be replaced and priced it to $440. Took vehicle to other shop they just tite wheel bearing also for some reason they chenged left and right tie rods left on right side, right on left! Stay a way!!!

Didnt like the service in fuquay.

Showed up 10 minutes before my 9am appointment, didn’t see anyone until 9:30am to install tires I already bought. Once they looked at the tires they said they couldn’t install them cause of store policy. I asked them, well what’s makes them not store policy dude couldn’t tell me. Waste of time

The people at NTB in Fuquay Varina went above and beyond expectations. I definitely recommend their shop.

Ordered some tires from rick the store manager they never came in he gave me some bs about the truck being late so i said nvm. Could not find tirea called again to see if i could get someone to help me because i was in a need, low and behold Antonio answers the phone got me in the same day and put tires on my truck and guess what, they were the ones i wanted . so i give rick a 1 🌟 but i give Antonio 5 🌟. I’ve giving this NTB location almost 3 weeks to resolve an issue. No contact and they’ve fallen back on their word on replacing one of my wheels. 3 chances with this store, IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, and YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS LOCATION. Their mechanics are well below sub par. Fist instance took friends vehicle there for alignment, $155 and they couldn’t get the alignment right said it needed camber bolts aka too lazy to adjust lower control arm bolts. New shop got it spot on and no longer pulled to right. My issue. I took 4 brand new wheels and tires to this location. Asked them please do not scratch my wheels. SA or manager RICK says no problem we will take care of you. Never received call notifying my wheels and tires were done. I go to pick them up 4 hours later, 3 hours past promises time and Oh this one was already scratched. No it wasn’t. Then I get the tires and wheels home. Put them all on. None of the tires have over 20 PSI!! I had to retake them off and take them to get aired up! Rick did not care. So I have Rick and NTB ONE MORE CHANCE. I wasn’t happy with the tires. I was willing to give NTB more of my money. Rick said after he orders my wheel they SCRATCHED they would send me a quote for tires. I told him I need it soon I have 7 days to return my other tires. NOTHING for two weeks. If you are the owner and reading this I want my $111 I paid to have my wheels scratched and me having to fill my tires with air back and I want a check cut out for MY COST of the wheel since Rick is incapable of ordering it. Do not go here for a simple oil change and tire rotation. First it takes over 20 min just to “check in”. Then with a scheduled appointment it takes over 2.5 hours for your service. (not even fishined by the time they closed!!) ...only later to find they left a bolt out of one of the rims!! Infuriating!!So Poorly run. Go to Pep Boys or Robert at Citgo.

Over priced, charged 100 bucks to change my battery. Put the lug nuts on so tight, had to do go a shop to get them off.

I went in after not being able to get a timely appointment with another shop I brought in all the necessary parts and they charged me way more than every other shop I talked to.

I like the service, but it was a little sIow today. 1 1/2 hours for an only change, is a bit much. Especially since I had am appointment.
