This is the coziest little bakery & coffee shop in the area! Their pastries and desserts are delicious and their house coffee never disappoints. There have been some recent interior/exterior design updates and the place looks AMAZING!There’s also an option for outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the downtown Main Street view.It’s a great place with awesome owners and employees! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wow, some of the best quiche Ive had since I left New York ! The people are fantastic. So very welcoming. As a chocolate conissure their triple chocolate pound cake is the most decadent desserts Ive had. Moist and delicious. Very accommodating. Im handicapped and they were very very kind. And helpful.

The pastries are always good! And the people who work there treat everyone with kindness and respect.

Stick Boy has the best cinnamon rolls in the FV area! I love getting one of their cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing and having them warm the roll up in the microwave for a few seconds! Their coffee is also delicious as well! Highly recommend this quaint little coffee shop

The real deal. Southern charm with fresh baked bread like you get up north. A true diamond in the rough. And they dont stop at bread... Delicious scones, sticky rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies too! Dont skip this place, and if they have zucchini bread, buy it all before I do!

Busy little place with minimal seating. Great for pick up or meeting with one person. The line was long and moved quickly with friendly staff all smiling and happy to make suggestions or recommendations!I had the cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing and was almost Floored by how amazing it tasted! Paired it with a mocha Frappe; a bit sweet but still good!

Just picked up some spinach feta bread while shopping at the Mill Market. Nummy! Coffee choices are great. And coffee prices too!

Super disappointed in this place right now. Tried to swing in this morning and pick up a pumpkin pie but they were only selling it by the piece. Who doesnt sell whole pumpkin pies 2 days before Thanksgiving? They stopped doing pre orders and said they are going to make more tomorrow morning and I could try to come by and get one if they have any left. What kind of bakery stops taking pre orders 5 days before Thanksgiving? Oh no, more business, why would we want that? Dont worry about it then, you wont be getting my business this Thanksgiving! Supporting local shouldnt be this much of a pain.

This is one of my favorite hometown places! The staff treat you like family with warm friendly faces. The Larry Bean’s coffee is local and the best coffee! Their baked goods are freshly made and so delicious! My favorites are the Everything muffin and the Sprouted Grain bread! Wholesome breads made on site! Don’t miss this gem!

Nice bakery so glad it opens early. I had a specialty latte it was good along with a bacon cheddar scone.

The bread, cookies, and pastries were delicious. The staff was polite and courteous offering suggestions. Most of the available tables were dirty with food and drink residue on them and on the floor. Along with my cinnamon roll I had a medium tea which was full of ice which I consumed less than 1/3 while I was sitting at the table enjoying my snack. Before I left I ordered a dozen cookies to take back to work and share with my coworkers and a refill of my tea which was less than 2 from being full but i had removed some of the ice. When the cashier told me she would have to charge me for a refill I told her the cup was almost still full except where i had removed some of the ice she said she wouldnt charge me for it. When I received my bill i noticed she had charged me $189 for the refill. When i made my first order i left a $1 tip but after she charged me over $2 for 2 of tea i decided not to leave a tip. We enjoy having our own home town bakery but the prices are high, especially for 2 of tea that was mostly ice that was pulled out.

Amazing place with some of the best chocolate chip cookies and cinamon rolls. I would highly recommend coming early in the morning because the later you come, the less choices you will have. I am glad they have this problem because its such a great bakery. Everyone that works there is super nice and friendly. There is very little indoor seating, so I highly recommend getting it to go or finding somewhere outside to eat. They have fresh breads here and you can buy pizza dough too!! I havent had anything I didnt enjoy and Ialways reccomend stick boy to people visiting the area.

These are absolutely some of the most welcoming people you’d hope to find at a coffee shop or bakery. The coffee drinks are amazing and the pastries out of this world. We’re regulars - small cappuccino with whole milk and a medium coffee, for here. I recommend the chocolate chip scone.

My family loves Stick Boy Bakery. Cute little bakery that is located in downtown Fuquay. Great place to stop and get a hot cup of coffee and a little something to nosh on a cold winter day. They also offer a bread subscription service where can get fresh baked bread weekly. Well worth checking out.

Yummy bakery in downtown Fuquay. Has all types of freshly made bread including organic, whole wheat, rye. Their sticky buns were very popular. I ordered two of their cookies and a cup of coffee. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and quick. The bakery was homey and a nice place to sit.

One of the best businesses in our area! Everything is wonderfully made and very fresh. I have ordered almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed! They also offer great coffee and smoothies. This is a true gem in Fuquay-Varina! The cookies are a family favorite! We use them to make ice cream sundaes for special occasions!

I ordered a wedding cake from them on short notice. They make the best icing ever. The cake was delivered on time and it was so pretty and tasty. Maryanne explained what we would need for a wedding cake. She sketch a picture of my idea of what my wedding cake should look like. She even got the colors right without a sample color. The cake was perfect. It tasted great! Everyone loved it. They delivered it to my location in Dunn. I didnt even know that they came. I went down stairs and my cake was placed in the right place perfectly. So, give them a look if you need a wedding cake in this area.

I really like this bakery!! They lose a star from me for two things, meh-like coffee and not enough seating. If I get there in the morning after 8:30, theres very little chance I can get a table, and Ive never had a great cup of coffee. However, I love the pastries and bread, and the staff is very kind! Prices are reasonable to a bit high, but the quality is excellent. An excellent bakery, with just a few draw backs.

We have been going to Stick Boy for our families weekly bread needs for almost five years and always have had wonderful quality bread served by pleasant people. They have made cakes that have marked out anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions, as well as many cookies, scones and pastries (and of course coffee). Fuquay Varina is truly lucky to have such a quality bakery owned and run by such a good group of people. I could go on, but you get the idea. Excellent baked goods at a good price served by excellent staff. So go buy some bread already!

We go there quite often. All is excellent. My only suggestion is they could add a few more tables. There is some room to be used. I have seen many people not even come in because there is no where to sit. I have even done it myself, I hated to.

The bread was delicious! Highly recommend the scones... not dry at all. My daughter spilled our coffee on the scone and they gave us a refill and another scone. Love this place and will definately be going back.

Stick Boy is my every morning stop. If Im running a few minutes behind, I call my coffee order in and they have it waiting. Service is always friendly, whether its 6:30am or 5:30pm. And their cheesecake is to die for!

A delicious place for a treat and relaxing. My most recent trip I had a chai tea and chocolate croissant while reading a great book on the street front (covered) tables while it rained. It was heaven:)

Fantastic neighborhood spot. As a local my favorite Saturday morning breakfast is a cup of thier coffee; which is also sourced from within NC, and a slice of the focaccia of the day. Katie and Josh are a wonderful couple and thier talents are showcased through thier team and pastries. This is a place to go when you really want something special. Worth the drive to Fuquay, worth the time to sit and enjoy our town.
