Alexander went above and beyond to give us a great experience. He went out of his way to give us the best customer service. Drove an hour to this location and very very satisfied and impressed. Would drive here again for the amazing employees.

Since finding this location its becoming a great go between for other big box stores. The selection is surprisingly good and the prices are too. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the furniture selection is above and beyond what I expected. I recently bought a recliner for my father and the furniture manager was very helpful with the selection and details of the products carried. She was able to hold the furniture until I arrived and helped me load it into my vehicle. I highly recommend giving them a visit and look forward to my next visit.

Clean and well maintained GWCS. This store accepts most items and the items they put out for sale are a good section! Some places just try to sale junk, but thats not the case here! A store that have something for everyone...Happy shopping

If you want a retail experience where what you need is not for sale, this is your place. The first retail place I have ever been that refused a legitimate sale. Bought a table today and the chairs had been sold previously. Visited several other stores to no avail. Big lots had 2 chairs that were perfect but would not sell 2 out of 6 even though they had sold the chairs to my table and the table to the unsold chairs. “Sorry, there is a sku and no one is allowed to use their brain”. Tried to sell me 2 chairs for $800 when 6 cost $800. Aggravating! No manager available. First time in 66 years that retailDoes not want a sale. Never again! Stupid! This is what is wrong with America!

Store is well stocked and organized and employees are courteous. Offers discounts for veterans, active military, and first responders.

Ordered a couch online and it was eligible for shipping. No email in regards to the order being late. No update from big lots or their third party delivery service. Tried to call the delivery service and was disconnected after being on hold for 10 minuets. Then tried to call big lots support and Im currently on hold for 25 minuets trying to figure out where the stuff I paid for is. I love that they sell you on same day delivery and take your money but cant even have a person pick up the phone to tell you where your item is

I would have given five stars if the one young man that was on the floor had a clue about what was sold in the store and I waited about 15 minutes for them to find someone who knew what they offered. She was very nice an helpful didnt get her name.

Kyle was super helpful in furniture during our trip to big lots. The young man was very knowledgeable on the different payment options they offer. He did a wonderful job helping us load items we had purchased into our vehicle and even offered to help tie down our items. It’s nice to see people still take pride in their work and helping others. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back!

Went to get FALL decor. Almost NOTHING to choose from because they are so focused on Christmas. Its just sad among being annoying. Can I please just eat my halloween candy? Please🎃

We got great service at this Big Lots. We bought a recliner on line for pick up. Nice store with lots of merchandise. Staff were super helpful getting chair out of store onto truck. The store would have gotten 5 stars if they had 2 people.checking people out.

Wanted to buy a love seat that appeared not to be in stock. Manager couldnt help us with a delivery date,very poor customer service! He didnt really care

Big lots was nice. It was neat and clean. I was emailed a coupon for free cereal. The checkout was seamless and the associate was friendly. The franchise had a lot of items that are handy for a household. Its perfect for wanting a variety of things but not wanting to go into a huge store for it.

Had been a long time since I was in this store. I had been looking for a large clay pot for a backyard garden feature. My wife jokingly asked if Big Lots had big pots while she went to shop at Kohls. I went into Big Lots and sure enough had exactly what I had been searching for, even the color I wanted. True, it was the only color they had and the only pot anywhere near the size I required, but hey, I walked out (as much as possible, it probably weighed 60 pounds) with my purchase. The store had interesting stuff around the perimeter, the middle of the store had furniture that looked sad to me, but I really didnt check it out closely.

I was pleasantly surprised, its much nicer now, lots of great deals, Im definitely going back.

Found what I was looking for and more. Recent store remodel looks great. I guess they are trying to put more focus on furniture since its been moved toward the front of the store. In and out in no time at all. Friendly, helpful staff.

The Fuquay location is very clean and organized. Steven was very helpful and friendly in the furniture department. Camantha at the front was also super friendly. This is my favorite big lots by far! Great customer service!

Im not a fan of their recent redecorating where they moved all the furniture to the front of the store. However, I was able to buy what I was looking for (shampoo) and even got 20% off due to a special promotion. Clerk was friendly.

Always worth a stop every couple weeks at least. Great deals on. Large variety of items. Not top quality but better than Dollar stores. Best part is the staff is actually friendly and helpful. They will look up prices, check inventory and help pack and load big items.

I can not remember the young ladys name in the furniture section of the store (maybe Coral) she made my spontaneous trip worthwhile. I bought a new dining table with Big Lots credit (if thats how you refer to it) she pleasantly walked me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable on how everything worked and what they had in stock. I made sure to tell her supervisor how professional she had been and even the supervisor was helpful in attempting to get my table in my truck. It wouldnt but he assured me that he would label it for me to pick up at a later date. I shopped for things I needed for home and was very pleased with the experience.

Found some great deals as usual! The store has been remodeled and is so neat and clean. Lots of Christmas stuff out, heading back next week for a prelit Christmas tree.

Its fine for the prices. We were just browsing. We sat on a couch when the salesman asked us if we needed help. We said we were just browsing and then he completely disappeared. When we had questions he was no where to be found.

Good stuff. We frequent the BLOTS. This is where we get our sheets and pillows, as well as seasonal items for decoration. Good prices and friendly services.

Clean. Good section. Most workers are helpful and pleasant. Im surprised by the amount of furniture available.

We love big lots for the common food items we use weekly. The seasonal Christmas items care also nice at a good price. The staff are always friendly.

It seems that all Big Lots stores have turned into furniture outlets. Sad because so many furniture places without need for another. Items other than furniture are very very limited. It is just o.k. if you want lower grade furniture but very lacking in other items other than furniture.

Bathrooms were pretty bad. We were there about 9:30am. As dirty as the restrooms were, they must not have been cleaned since the day before. Mens restroom strongly smelled of urine, and there was poo on both toilet seats. One of the toilets hadnt even been flushed.There is a sign stating to tell staff if the restroom needs attention. You shouldnt have to wait for customers to tell you its bad before you clean it though.The rest of the store was nice. Restrooms are the only reason for the markdown.

High offended after so many nice words and efforts. To have a floor display put on my truck. Being I was not told at time of contract their were no new chaits in back as I had been told they were getting my purchases together. Not a good transaction. Wife is pissed

My main goal was to purchase Christmas items at 50% off. Sadly, there wasnt a single roll of wrapping paper to be found 😢 Likewise, limited stock available on boxed cards, gift bags, wreaths etc. I did find a few unrelated items at deep discount so it was worth the trip.
