Very worst experience ever. 3 days ago I called to price a part. $47 not bad right? Well thats what I thought also. Only thing the part had to be ordered. No problem I was told I could pick it up at the next morning any time after 7:30am. When I got there the part was not there and after looking it had not been ordered. So I paid for it and was told after 8:00am the next morning. Again I waited and went at like 9:45am the next day. It wasnt there but I was told a very specific time to be back 2:09pm same day. Well once again not there. So after getting home I called and spoke with a person there. I explained that i had paid for my part 2 days before and the 3 times I came to pick up my part and still never got it. I was told that it had never been ordered. Today I get it and it was the wrong thing. Im sure that there has been satisfied customers but im not one of them.

Best experience at an advance auto parts Ive ever had. Cheryl was an absolute angel and gave me advice, was to the point and asked all the right questions as well as teaching me somethings about my car. When they say these ladies take care of you, they mean it!

VERY DISSPPPINTED. Store #9210, Gadsden, AL. Called to see if they had part I needed. Employee, Joni (so) said yes. I asked Joni to go out her hand on part to ensure it was, in fact, there. I also gave a part number and description of part. Joni restated she had part. I ask he to put my name on it and I would come get it. My round trip to this Advance Auto Part is nearly 100 miles. When I arrived, NO PART. This is unacceptable. So far, still NO PART.

Customer service staff are always so helpful in helping my husband find the parts needed for our new car. Convenient and cost efficient & great staff.

As a woman, its very common to go to an auto parts store & feel like youre getting pushed into buying something you dont need. Not here! I go out of my way, passing 3 or 4 other stores just to come to this one because I know Ill get great service, a great price & no pushing.

It was good. Found what I needed which was just jumped cables. They had the on sale at Auto Zone but I went on and paid right at $15 + tax becoz there isnt an Auto Zone on my side of town The cashier couldve/shouldve been a lil more friendlier. All n all visit was good!!

Those guys are always helpful. Engine light came on, they scanned it for free, nothing too serious. Ordered the part, will install it when it comes. Id say, go there before you go to a dealer, they will save you money. A young fella by the name of Austin was a big help. I think they are great.

Ad flyer was misleading but the oil I purchased was a good price 5qts discounted $13.00 had to argue with the employee to get that done and show him the sale sign was directly under the 5qt bottle literally touching it SMDH 🙄

Thank God Im a girl that knows a lil bout vehicles because the workers that work here dont know nothing except for what the computer tells them. There is a couple of workers that do know how to work on cars. And if they are not there Ill wait til their there.
