Andrew and Hans were the heros of my road trip. When I broke down 6 hours from home they treated me like a life long friend. I was there first thing in the morning on a sunday and they still were happy. Helped me find a shop open and I was back on the road within 2 hours.

Such amazing staff Andrew was super helpful went above and beyond to help my friend and I get back on the road quick and in a hurry.

The store itself isn’t bad but managers shouldn’t be yelling at the employees and speaking to them unprofessionally. I believe the correct thing to do is coach an employee in private not scream at them in front of customers. Besides that it is a good store.

I needed help with things for my car the staff was so nice and helpful and the store was nice and clean everything was very accessible the west Meighan location.

Pulled off 59 few miles from the interstate they had the part we needed at great price some 25 dollar cheaper than Michigan Autozone

The young lady who helped me find windshield wipers was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. She gave me the pros and cons of several brands and guided me to a great pair... that weren’t even the most expensive.It was a refreshing retail experience.

Unlike every other auto zone Ive been to, this one does not let you borrow a tool to put on your $200 alternator. I will not be back to that store.

Employees are inattentive and dont always have the parts you need. They most of the time have to order the parts you need. Employees are not good at explaining the usage of certain tools. Their competitors do a better a job. Advanced Auto Parts has more parts and cheaper prices on certain items.
