Just had a blow-out on church van, halfway into an 8-hour ride with 12 teenagers, an infant and a toddler. These guys were great! They were incredibly patient with our boisterous crew and got us back on the road in record time. Would definitely be a repeat customer if I lived in the area.

Do not recommend them!I came in a few minutes before closing with a flat tire and they told me they were closed even they werent closed yet. 6:57 is not closed thats closes soon. Im pretty sure store hours doesnt equal employee hours. I do not recommend them.

Very helpful. Worked with me on my complicated order I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Also helped to save me a little bit of money.They were slow but they were short handed and let me know ahead of time that it might take a little longer than normal.

Took my wifes vw beetle to get the rack and pinion replaced last year .Motor mount had the wrong bolt the large bolt broke causing it to brake the belts logde behind a.c.that dont work more

Terrible service they don’t seem to attend you even though you have a reservation online. They were supposedly busy so why not close their books for the rest of the day or call people who booked so they don’t waste their time showing up.

This store took advantage of a widow in her 80s with a bait and switch. Think about that if you need services this place provides and go somewhere else after researching reviews.

Well first In foremost, I initially called the Gadsden location store yesterday and asked was they taking appointments or “first come, first served” and to check to see if I had the unlimited lifetime warranty front end alignment on my car . They told me they was NOT taking appointments they was doing “first come, first served” and I had the warranty on my car . I told that I would bring it in the morning, which was the next day, which is today ! I took my car between 8:30 & 9 in the morning . I called around 3 & 3:30 pm !! And they have the audacity to tell me it is one more car before mine and it was three technicians there and they was under staff and with everything going on with COVID 19 they are bagged up !! Remind you with three technicians there they should have been bagged up for six hours if they taking first come first served !!! WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! I’m very disappointed & I’m currently still waiting for them to call me back so I can go pick up my car !!!

My husband, who is a physician and has not much time for vehicle repairs while on call; needed a tire repaired on his truck. Firestone of Gadsden really proved to us that they can get the job done quickly and their technicians understand what customers need. After only speaking to my husband for a few minutes, one tech was able to completely reset sensors on his tires that another service center in this town was unable to do after us being there all day. Dont hesitate and let these guys handle what they know, we will be customers again and again. Thanks for getting my husband back to the job he has to do.

My son got his oil changed here. 30 miles later smoke was coming out of his hood and oil blown all over the engine compartment. Had to be towed 40 miles away to the closes Firestone. Were were told three different stories one of which is that it had a transmission problem and wouldnt go into gear, even though the tow truck driver drive it off the truck. They said he had to tow it to the dealership who said the transmission had to be replaced. Make your own judgement.

Had new brake pads and rotors installed on front tires. Upon arriving home and checking under the hood, I found the brake fluid reservoir cap missing and brake fluid sprayed over the engine.

I have been here a few times and the staff has been great! I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Ricky while purchasing a set of tires. They were both very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this location for any auto care needs!

I just called to get a price on a brake job and the man that answered the phone refused to give a price and only kept repeating the same sentence over and over until I finally hung up...I dont want a courtesy brake inspection if you wont tell me how much you charge to fix them. I know they are scrubbing. The man only kept repeating himself. He lost my business. Ill stick with Bobs.

As I walked in I was greeted by name. Brandon knew what I was there for, which car I was driving and was in and out in about 15 minutes. They inspect your car and look and recommend any preventive work that may be done, without being the pushy salesman type. Very professional, great customer service.

We were told at auto zone we needed a new alternator. We were headed for our vacation &the wait was going to be 5 hours & $965.00. When the mechanic checked or car he said the alternator was fine & put us back on the road with a $25.00 charge. How many places would do that for 3 women who believed the the guy at Auto Zone?!

Great service! We were on our way from New Orleans to Connecticut when our car started wobbling like crazy. We called this Firestone 30 minutes before they were supposed to close on a Saturday, but their incredibly kind employee, Brandon, said he would stay open until we arrived, even though we were already about 30 minutes north of Gadsden. When we arrived, he was still there and quickly assessed that we had a badly misshapen tire that was about to come apart. He quickly installed a new tire for us, checked all the other tires and engine fluids and had us on our way in about 20 minutes. Thank you for saving the day Brandon!

Not a good place. They tried to con me into buying a master cylinder by leaving my rear brakes unadjusted after replacing the rear wheel cylinders. Ive done brake work myself, felt the brake peddle building pressure after reversing a few times and applying the breaks. After adjusting the rear breaks, problem solved, did not need a master cylinder at all. Seven months later and no trouble from the master cylinder. Dont use them ever again.

My husband got me a new set of tires for Christmas and the guys at Firestone were very nice and helpful.

Terrible service by a very untrained staff. Bought new tires and have had to bring them back 7 times to have them fixed (less than 6000 miles on them). They do not know how to stop them from leaking and tell me excuses after excuses. Last time they told me the chrome is peeling on my rims causing the leak even though I have aluminum rims. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else. Have reported them to firestone headquarters.

Not open till 6. Tire was low at 2, they told me it was the weather. Went flat again and everyone was gone at 5:20. Had to go to Goodyear. Probably should have purchased the tires at Goodyear too.
