Our experience here was very good! The customer service was very welcoming and they were super nice. At the time Eva and Shannon were there, and they were helpful in answering questions and helping us choose our bed. They were honest about the different beds and companies and didnt just try to focus on selling their beds. Eva helped us find out what type of bed we would like (memory foam, coils, softness, cooling technology, etc) and answered every question we had.I would definitely come back here and would definitely recommend coming here if you have any questions about beds and are looking for a nice quality bed.

The high priced beds we purchased were not at all what we received when they were delivered and we were told we had to sleep on them 30 days before anything could be done.The saleslady made a remark about me that hurt. She later apologized after it was brought to her attention but what she said should not have been said to begin with!!!!After telling us we got so much to spend on merchandise they charged us for a set of sheets.We are not at all satisfied with our purchase or our experience!!!My parents are in even more pain each morning after trying to sleep on these beds. Had they had a split King bed in the store on display, they would not have got it!!!

Eve was very knowledgeable about all items I had questions about and she was wonderful with helping me find a great pillow for my wife and I, I ended up with the cooling cloud pillow and we couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be back for some bamboo sheets!

Eva and Soila were so incredible at describing the prices and the difference in all of the mattresses. They let us lay on them and gave us time with trying to decide which mattress to choose. It was a wonderful experience, and fast purchase once we decided on what mattress we were buying. They were both so patient and kind with my Momma and Daddy. Such a wonderful experience at sleep outfitters of Gadsden! Eva was great and easy to work with. I have a toddler that was ready for a nap so after I told her i needed to finish up and leave she let me finish the process over the phone. I was told that it could take up to four weeks before the mattress came in and it actually came in NEXT DAY! YAY! CAN NOT wait to try out my new Tempur-pedic mattress!!!

My elderly mother-in-law went to Sleep Outfitters in South Charleston WV on August 31. She chose a mattress, applied for credit and was told she had been approved. However, the salesperson told her they could not complete the sale and arrange delivery until she received the actual credit card in the mail. After about 2 weeks she had still not received the card so after a few calls to the store and the bank she was told they would cancel the first card and issue a new one. As of September 21 she still didnt have the card so her son-in-law went to the store with her. They then agreed to go ahead and deliver the mattress on Thursday the 24th. Well, they never showed and also didnt call her. So she called them Friday morning and canceled the order. And they didnt even offer an explanation or an apology. Terrible way to do business and to treat an 83 year old woman.
