Very helpful. Love their return policy. My feet needed something new and Elizabeth helped me out a ton. As a full time college student working part time, spending $150 on shoes is a big commitment but they eased my mind and let me know that they wanted me to be %100 satisfied with my purchase. Will be recommending them to others.

Store was welcoming and employees were very helpful. Although after buying my bike, it seems that there was very little effort put into the assembly of the bike. Within a couple rides, I’ve found out that the headset, cassette, through axel, and disc rotors were loose. The quick release and headset quickly loosed while riding and could have ended in serious problems to not only the bike but also the rider. The derailleur was also out of tune. When buying a bike this expensive I would have assumed that the bike was properly tuned and put together with care. I recommend setting aside more time to assemble these expensive bikes before the shop looses yet another customer as I will not be coming back.

Y’all these people are amazing I walked in interested in the On Cloud shoes they ask questions and listened to everything I said. I have a torn meniscus in my right knee so Ive been looking for a while. But not any longer Gadsden outfitters found me the perfect shoe. One happy customer

The young lady helping me even checked for different sizes and styles in the backs for me and went out of her way to bring me a few items to try on that she thought I might like. Can’t beat this place. HUGE selection of clothes, gear, and gifts. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful even when it’s busy. They always have a large selection on sale too. Esp before end of year. Prob trying to get as much inventory off the books before taxed. Theyve created a very cool space to shop or just browse in. Lots of cool interactive displays. It’s always an tough getting our leave. I threaten to leave them everytime. Not very effective. GO is a real asset to the Gadsden area. We support them every chance we get.

Dishonest. They owe $50 to my daughter for work and she is being ignored. While you are paying for overpriced items they use young people and don’t pay!

Great place to get outdoor equipment and gear. The staff is very friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable about whats in the store. He will take time to explain any item and help you find what youre looking for. Ive bought several items including hiking packs here and they helped me get the right fit and size for what my plans were. They also got it adjusted before I walked out the door. Supporting local is always more rewarding when you have staff that cares and goes the extra mile to explain things.

Used to love this place! Bought a good bit of gear from them including a mountain bike. HOWEVER, my wife bought me a $200 down jacket for my birthday. It didnt fit so I tried to exchange it. I tried on every insulated jacket they had in XL and XXL and when none fit I tried to get a refund but was informed that they do not do refunds! All Ive been given is excuses... you dont understand retail, were trying to protect our employees, wed make an exception for a same day return. Mountain High Outfitters, Alabama Outdoors, REI, Marks Outdoors, etc...all allow returns/refunds.

These are great folks! Trey seems to be a quality guy who is the owner. I have made a few purchases now and I am very pleased with the quality and prices of his merchandise. His prices are pretty much the same as you see online, but he is a local guy trying to serve the local community so I enjoy supporting him. They are happy to spend plenty of time with you to make sure you get the correct item the first time for what you are trying to accomplish. I recommend them highly.
