Decided to let Carolina Collision do my repair work.They were the only one that gave me a written estimate.Got a fair price compared to 2 other shops that I got an estimate from. Appointment is scheduled; cant wait to drop it off.

We have been trying to get our car repaired for an accident that wasnt our fault. After a month, we still have not been able to get the repairs!

In the past there service had been great but this time he said they did not have the help things were left off or not replaced we had to go back twice.

My car was towed cant afford the enormous tow bill and they wont let me have personal belongings including some of my mothers ashes.

I had to take my car back twice because damage was not totally fixed. Now when waxing my car I can see dirt under the paint where they did not clean the surface of my car prior to painting. Also airbag sensor keep faulting and they told me that I would have to take it back to the dealership? My insurance paid them to fix my car. Don’t waste your time with this place... it’s a joke
