After waiting several weeks ( actually months) the parts needed to fix our car are still not all in they also tell us they might need to keep the car. Two weeks for a repair that should only take two days something just Aint rightPlan B Im a DIY gonna do it myself
Dave was spot on! Painted my 2006 Dodge Charger. When he finally finish, it looked so beautiful, I didn’t think it was mine. A+ service. Would definitely go back!
Excellent work and very friendly staff.
Excellent customer service even after the repairs. Great work. I’ve had major complaints from other local repair shops. Palmetto is definitely the place I’ll be going from now on!!
Incredible work! Great service and communication. They went above and beyond, not only doing a great job on the repair but also vacuuming my car when they finished. You won’t find a better group of people to do the job!
We’ve dealt with Palmetto twice and both times we were very pleased. Highly recommended!
This body shop is totally amazing. My son was hit by a driver that ran a stop sign causing major damage to the vehicle. We were referred to this body shop by friends and I sure am glad. Barry and David at palmetto collision are absolutely awesome to work with. Our vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and the work is absolutely fantastic. The car no joke looks better than it did when we drove it off the showroom floor. If you are looking for a great body shop and want to do business with people who care go to palmetto collision and see Barry or David. Thank you palmetto collision for such great work in my vehicle. You guys are great.
They are awesome! Thank you Barry and David for making my car look beautiful again!
I took my 2012 Acura MDX in for paint peeling off of the roof (common Acura/Honda issue). After dropping off the car the owner called me and told me he was pretty sure that Acura was paying for this since it was a manufacturing defect. I took the vehicle to Acura and the claim was denied, so I took the vehicle back to Palmetto collision. Initially I was told over the phone a roof repaint would be 600. Then when I was there in person it went to 750 because the windshield had to be removed. This was before going to Acura and claim being denied. After taking the car back it went to 1000 dollars, which was still 200 cheaper than having Acura do it. I Was initially told the vehicle would be done within the better part of a week it ended up taking 6 business days so a day late no biggie. The issues start when I go to pick up my vehicle. I was told upon arrival that they had broken the windshield and he said he would have to eat the cost of it almost as if he was doing me a favor. Then when we got inside the car there were black streaks on the front and middle pillars something splashed on the sunroof shade some kind of sticky film almost like glue on the wood trim a blue stain on the back seat and some kind of adhesive or overspray on driver side rear door. Also a piece of wood left jammed into the sunroof mechanism. When I went to bring it to the owners attention there was this guy with a ponytail who said he was one of the owners. I showed him everything and instead of trying to make things right and fix their mess he basically called me and my wife liars. He said he doesnt understand how that couldve happened because nobody had been in the car. However I called earlier in the day to ask when it would be finished and was told it would be ready after the windshield was put back in and the headliner put back up. Unless Im missing something you cannot install a new windshield and put up the headliner without being in the car?!? So after he called us liars he took the car buffed off the mystery chemical on door and shamppoed the headliner. The wood trim was still a mess but I knew I could get it clean with polishing compond. At this point my wife told him she could live with it, heres where things got really strange. Instead of saying sorry thank you and have a good day this guy wants to start arguing with us and becomes irate. He started saying over and over I know what you people are about you just want your money back at no point was the topic of a refund ever mentioned or honestly even thought about. So now weve basically been called liars and thieves in so many words. After about the third time of him saying it we told him yes go get our money now we are done with you. How this place stays open with an owner dealing with customers like this blows my mind. I honestly wouldnt take a Huffy bicycle to them to be painted this place is a bad joke. I initially left a good review due to the fact that he sent me to Acura to try to get it covered, but now I believe that was only done because the guy that originally quoted me 600 quoted it too low and he didnt want to do the job for that price, but all he wouldve had to say was that the original quote was incorrect. I wouldve been ok with that. I will post images of headliner with stains and mystery film on wood trim.
Dont go there. After speaking to the ponytailed fellow for a bumper repaint he quoted me almost $800! Campbells quoted me $300. Something is very wrong here!
The best service you can get! Every time my wife hits a deer they get us looking good as new! So we go about twice a year. 🦌🦌
