All of the associates helping me were very friendly and accommodating. I needed a mattress at the last minute, and one was ordered online for me and shipped to the store the next day. When I arrived to pick up the mattress, all I had to do was pull up to the back door and Carlos loaded it into the truck for me. I really appreciate how easy it was for me to get what we needed. I didn’t have to get my two small children in and out of the car to pick up the mattress, and I really appreciate that.

I went in today after another furniture store pushed my delivery date out without telling me. Louise was able to find me a mattress in stock and available for delivery in just a couple days. She was incredibly caring and compassionate and had me in and out within 30 minutes with the mattress that I really wanted.

My sales person was Louise. She was informative and knowledgeable about the various mattresses. She listened carefully to my concerns and asked me probing questions to determine my needs and what would be the best options for me. She was very patient with my questions and concerns. She was honest and realistic in her advising. Very professional and delightful to work with. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Shes a great representative for Matress Firm.

We were looking for a queen and a king mattress. This was our last stop after visiting 5 other stores in the area. From the moment we entered the store Josh was very helpful. Our mattresses were delivered in two days!

I recently purchased a new queen size mattress from this store. Tried several different styles and manufacturers and finally found one that felt good. The entire process was easy and painless and took no more than 30 minutes. The new mattress was delivered within a few days and again it was quick and painless. The delivery guys phoned me when they were 30 minutes out and showed up right on time. They toted in the new one and hauled out the old one. Been sleeping on the new mattress for a week now with no complaints. The only downside to the entire thing was being bombarded by marketing and sale e-mails from mattress firm. Seemed almost like a daily occurrence.which is why I only gave them 4 stars. I would give then 4.5 stars if I could. But the email unsubscribe process was also quick and easy.10/25/20 - After sleeping in this mattress for a while now I have developed skin problem. Red, crusty and very itchy quarter sized blotches have developed on my skin. (Probably did not want to read that. Sorry!) They appeared after I began sleeping on the new mattress. They are predominately on my right leg and arm and since I am a right side sleeper this is another thing that makes me think it is a reaction to the foam in the mattress. I have changed everything. New mattress pad, new pillows and pillow protector covers. Even changed laundry detergent. But nothing helps. Only thing that I can figure is something in the foam mattress top might be causing this. So it looks like this mattress may have to go.I wish to make it absolutely clear that I am in no way blaming the good folks at Mattress Firm for my skin flare up. I see Louise has reached out and I will stop in and see her this weekend.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I walked into Mattress Firm. All I knew about Mattress Firm was that supposed money laundering scheme. Buttttt... we met Abbe and we’re immediately struck by her kindness and great balance of professionalism and personality. She was totally cool with whatever mattress we wanted and let us try them all! We felt welcome, and comfortable in the store and bought a great mattress. Went out to find a new mattress and after looking at several locations we ended up at Mattress Firm on 13th Street in Gainesville Florida. Thought I knew what I wanted and was shown the style I had been sleeping on for a number of years. It was a BeautyRest pillow top and I loved it! The wonderful lady who greeted us and directed me to my chosen mattress was Louise Brescia, who we later discovered, was the manager. What a joy! We were helped in what the latest innovations in mattresses were and we never felt pressure as you usually do when shopping for a large purchase, she just gave us some valuable information on what would suit our needs.
