They could at least advertise their hours correctly... the DQ website says they’re open til midnight, google says they’re open til 10 pm (what the hours used to be), but they actually close at 7 pm...

Had the worst experience ever. My fiance went to get me a strawberry milkshake and instead I ended up with a strawberry soup. I would have given them no stars if it was at all possible. I called the store to have it corrected and got nothing but serious attitude. Oh ya and supposedly there is no manager on duty.

My review on DQ was a bit over the top. I enjoyed what I got. Service could have been a little better. I will be returning.May be I could have had a bit more patience with the lady waiting on me.With masks on it is sometimes hard to communicate effectively .Place was spotless.Prices fair.

Connected to a gas station the small updated Dairy Queen is quick with orders even if you walk in. Seems to be a popular place in this area and a nice place to stop by if you need fuel something to eat or just some time to relax. Warning parking lot is not semi friendly.

I really like the chicken strips and blizzards. Fries are pretty good. Last time they forgot the gravy. They did again this past time. Funny thing was I checked before driving away, which seemed to offend personnel. I asked for a gravy please. They went to the trouble of putting a packaged ranch dressing in a gravy bowl and top. How funny for them. Never go there again either. Multiple bad experiences in Gainesville FL.

This location doesn’t enforce mask mandate... Manager Laura said “Corporate told her not to enforce it”, even though its law in Alachua County and is DQ policy (posted all over their store). Seems that Laura and DQ don’t care about customer & staff safety or following the law.

I love how the peanut buster parfait looks and tastes. They did a very good job on the sundaes. This is on archer road.

Ordered and paid for my food through their mobile app, drove across town, and found a sign on the door saying “sorry closed at 7”. No money back, no food, no way to get in contact with anyone so I guess I get to waste more of my time to come back to this “business” so they can refund me.

Well one girl was doing her job in the lobby one girl was making ice cream and the trash front counter employee showed no desire to be here. In the photo you can see her talking on her phone on the front counter while my family and a second customer sit along the inside. In no way should this review affect the great workers who were doing their jobs just the lazy disrespectful pos grunting along and taking peoples money.

The black dude with the happy hair was so rude & had an attitude when he was mopping. he needs to fix that horrid attitude while working at a place with customers obviously human interaction isn’t his strong suit.

Im a huge fan of the Arbys in this building and the dairy Queen is always there for me when I want that dessert! The customer service isnt too great if Im being honest. Orders take quite a bit to be completed and the majority of staff do not even know how to make half the things I want to order. Nevertheless I enjoy the environment and the menu selection is excellent so I will continue to swing by and spoil myself 😉

The sign on the door said that they are open until midnight however, if you go in past 11PM, dont expect to be able to get chocolate ice cream. They clean out the machines early even though they stay open late.In response to the owners reply: I love dairy queen and was excited to see this location open so late. In the town I used to live in, the store closed at 10PM, so yeah, I was excited. Not so much now. I went in at about 11:15 and was severely disappointed when I couldnt get a chocolate cone. I work at the publix that is in butler west and if you walk in at 10:58, go to the deli for a sub, your gonna get your sub. They are not going to tell you that weve already cleaned the machine. If youre going to advertise business hours, your products should be available right up until you close.

Popped in for a quick treat and was highly disappointed with our visit. The woman tending the counter was more concerned with the phone call going on in her earbud than with taking care of guests. When I first said my order, I was met with a resounding, Nooooo.Umm... What? I said.Sorry, go again.She made my Blizzard, complete with the desired whipped cream, but she made too much, overfilled the cup, and then it melted all over my pants because my boyfriend and I couldnt eat it fast enough. Now Im sticky, aggravated, and have lost all taste for my treat because of this experience.Do better, Dairy Queen. Just. Do. Better.

Just went to the butler plaza one at 9pm on Feb 18 (in case management is interested in knowing) and received the rudest most off putting service Ive ever received via fast food. Honestly, the way she was hovering, blocking her body over the cup, and her type of composure, I wouldnt be surprised if she spit in my food. I will never go there again. And considering that there are only two dairy queens in town and one being the other side of town, I guess Im done with dairy queen. And its not like i gave her any reason for the hostility. I was the only person in line and already knew what I wanted, and tend to be a very polite person. So, I suppose if I ever want ice cream, I will choose cold stone from now on.

It doesn’t get much better than chocolate soft serve in a cone....unless you add sprinkles or some get hard chocolate shell! Even when the line is long staff is fast and pleasant. Luv DQ

Yes, it seems to be in a gas station but the DQ is separate and has all the ice cream treats you want plus a few food options. More food is available at the adjoining & connected Arbys. Go Oreo blizzard!

Few weeks ago I Ordered a 5 buck lunch, the food was good. It was busy and fast paced. The reason for only one star is I watched there dishonest employee Akira put the 5 dollar bill in here pocket and only the change in the drawer. She was slick about it and acted like she was grabbing her phone but the 5 never went in the drawer. I wanted to say something to the manager but I didnt want to make a scene and upset everybody else in line and make the day any harder for the other workers. I just wanted my food so I could get back to my jobsite down the road.

Our sundae and banana split were both delicious. This place is right next to an Arbys in an Exxon service station/convenience store.

I love their banana splits but with hot fudge instead of chocolate syrup. Many good desserts.

I ordered a burger and it was nuked with the mayo and tomato and lettuce cooked on the burger! Disgusting!! Then they add new items on the menu and say they cant make the items!! Then they shouldnt be offered on the menu!! I think the girl just didnt want to do her job....as in EXTREMELY LAZY!!!!

They dont have any of the normal grill items, they are understaffed and the manager here looks like she hates her job. The guy at the counter was alright, and seemed like he knew what he was doing, but still hadnt had gotten the hang of it. As someone who has family who works for a different Dairy Queen location, I can definitely say this is the worst one Ive been to.

Dairy Queen is next to Arbys in the same location on the corner outside of Exxon Mobil gas station, in front of Target. There chocolate and peanut butter milkshakes are wonderful!

Good prices for a cone and soft serve! Git extra sprinkles and the woman behind the counter was helpful and made conversation which was great. Arbys I really do not like especially the one inside and next to the dairy Queen, their employees are rude so it deters me from going to DQ thats my only issue

I went to purchase a cake. The person who waited on me, Server 073, was ok; however, she asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes and she turned around walked away. I was thinking she was getting a bag - but she returned and asked how she could help me and I asked about a bag and she said, oh we dont have any. Hmmm could have told me a few minutes before she walked away. I asked about candles and they are very limited. They carry the numbers only, which would be fine, but they dont have all of the numbers... I need two 5s. They seem to be on the lazy side. They do the bare minimum to get by. I also had to ask for a receipt.

They are good with my order everytime but they are very short staffed and half the people there are lazy and dont do anything. I only see the manager and 1 staff member always doing work. I am very unsatisfied when it comes to the staff there. The females are very lazy there. I understand that there location is only a dessert franchise but please hire some people that actually want to work there

The cakes are nothing like they used to be they look very messy and whoever made them have no idea how to do them . Also the manager there is rude and act like she don’t wanna be there. It is understaffed with a lot of lazy workers.

The management is garage, there drive through is broken n the let you sit in a long line for nothing. Here is a suggestion to the retard manager, show some consideration to your customers n block the drive through n place a sign.
