I have used Airpark Towing and Auto Repair multiple times for auto repair, bodywork, and road side assistance. Every time I have been impressed. They go above and beyond with their customer service, quality of work and most important, honesty and integrity in their service. It’s very hard to find an auto repair company that is not trying to “nickel and dime you.” They have never been pushy, but always do a full inspection of my vehicle to let me know the things that need to be fixed and those that can wait. I highly recommend them for all of your car needs and roadside assistance.

My poor brand new truck, with less than 2,000 miles got rear ended. What a mess. I didnt think it would ever look right. I went online in a random search. I had no idea where to go. Reach out to a couple of places (on a Saturday), and Airpark answered right away. They were pretty far from me (about 45 miles), but Alex and Marcelo convinced me they were up to the task. It took a bit to gather the parts needed due to the newness, but they kept in touch through text and phone and voicemail. Great customer service throughout. My truck is back in perfect condition. Airpark Auto Body is a must go to shop for any vehicle services. I went to get body work done after my car had been in a hit and run and their quick service was amazing. The workers were all very nice and helpful. It didnt matter who you spoke with everyone was in the know about my vehicle and could answer any questions I had. They dealt directly with my insurance and found damages that my adjuster had missed. They even went as far as washing my vehicle after the body work had been completed. My car was ready in 3 days and the body work and paint job were amazing, my car looked just like it did when I took it out of the dealer brand new. They also offered me a ride to enterprise to get my loaner. I will definitely be going back for any of my vehicle needs.

Ive never been in an accident before so I was very worried about overpaying or getting shoddy work done. I was reccomended Airpark Auto Body by a friend who had a positive experience and I also dont have anything but good to say! Marcello gave me updates on the time line and progress. This is the place to go for car repair and services. I had fender liner broken on my CRV 2010 and they did an excellent job repairing it quick and fast. Im completely blown away by the service and professionalism at Airpark Auto Body. I had some scratches on my truck and an auto detailer couldnt get them out. I stopped into Airpark Auto Body to get a quote and make an appointment to have the problem fixed and Marcello took care of me right then and there. He buffed out the scratches in about 10 min and didnt charge a cent. No one looks forward to needing an auto body shop, but the next time I do I know where Im going. Amazing experience!!My husband called up this morning about a weird noise in the car. We were told to bring in the car and theyd take a look. The service manager personally rode around the neighborhood with my husband to replicate and diagnose the sound. For whatever rwason (probably just Murphys law) the car didnt make the sound at that moment. Next they inspected further by putting it up on the lift and showing us exactly where the problem was and walked us through solutions. It is a non imminent issue so well be back in two weeks for the repair.Alex, the service manager was professional, knowledgable and courteous. He didnt charge for the diagnosis and even though we tried to offer cash several times, he refused simply stating that he was happy to help.Without q doubt we will be bringing both of our cars here for any future concerns. I feel very confident in their professionalism and comfortable with their kind demeanor. Highly recommended!

Honest auto repair is difficult to find. Took my daughters car in for a diagnostic review because she was very nervous about how it was performing, and we feared the worst. They took it for a test drive, explained how cars age and sometimes dont perform as well as new. Said she needed new wipers. Great experience. Now my wife and son have a new shop to go to.

Ive been using Airpark Auto Repair for quite some time now. Theyve serviced my 98 Ford Taurus for the last 9 years with things such as brakes pads, brake rotors, tune-ups, and oil changes. Theyve also replaced the driver-side door handle when it was broken-off, heater core, battery (twice), alternator, and starter. Alex and Leo are the two service managers that I generally deal with. Overall, Airpark Auto Repair is reasonably priced and my go-to shop whenever I have car trouble. Highly recommended!

I used Airpark Auto Body to repair my Toyota Corolla last winter when someone rear-ended me in the snow. Their shop was much closer to my house than the body shop that my insurance company wanted me to take it to. They had my bumper fixed within a week...happy customer! :)

Alex has been a life saver for me during these last couple days of chaos! I was in an accident on Sunday and my car was towed by the police back to their lot in Gaithersburg. I spoke to Danny to confirm that my vehicle was safe and indeed at their location. I was so worried about where to bring my vehicle to get fixed and he advised me that they now have an auto body shop. Ive used them for towing and auto repair but did not realize that they could help me in this situation too. The next day, after I contacted my insurance, Alex had at the estimate ready for approval and even helped me a rent a car. I am so thankful to Airpark for making this awful process seamless for me and my family.

I recently got into an acciedent and someone recommeded airpark for my repairs, I have to say I have no regrets. This is the absolute best auto repair shop Ive been to. The team provided me with a fast and friendly service. Most of all, there was this one guy Marcello, was the absolute best, he made sure I was taken care of and that I was 100% satisfied at all times. He provided me with updates every step of the way and even gave me a few helpful advice, I almost felt like apart of the airpark family.
