Excellent service . George was extremely helpful and repair my vehicle on time . Not only they fix all under warranty and recall also . I definitely recommend if you need inspection of vehicle rather wasting time cheap truck shop or gas station . Thanks all staff and appreciate your help
Have used Euro Motorcars Collision several times over the years and they have always done a quality job. Great customer service and attention to detail. Always friendly and helpful. Recommended for Mercedes body repair.
I service my vehicle with Euro Motorcars in Germantown which is a delight, I was hoping this place would provide the same level of service. They do not. I called to scheduled a repair for my Mercedes. Spoke to Andrew, he gave me an email address to send my estimate from my insurance company too. I did. 4 hour later I never received the check in form Andrew told me I would via email. Called back and left a message. Never heard back from anyone. Went to the Mercedes Collision center in Arlington, VA instead.
I wanted to take my car to a legit Mercedes body shop. My dealership didn’t have a body shop. Euro Motors was the next best place! They have a great mercedes collision center. I am very picky on who works on my E63 S MODEL. I had full trust in this place. Estela was awesome. She communicated when she needed to and requested the best for my car through my insurance.I got my car back as if nothing ever happened (truck side swiped my back right bumper). I was so happy! My car was washed upon me picking it up as well.I live in Prince Georges County and I will definitely use this place if ever I need to again and the drive is worth it!!Thanks Euro Motors in Gaithersburg for the great work and best of care towards my car!!
Patrick really worked with me when preparing damage to my car. He helped me more than my insurance company did and helped save me money. He had the damaged cup holder in my car fixed and didn’t even charge me labor. It’s nice to know that in times like this you have companies like this that are willing to work with you. My experience was great.
Excellent work, car was restored to perfection. Everyone in the front office had great communication in regards my vehicle.Updated regularly on my vehicleWould definitely recommend
Euro Motorcars did an excellent job repairing our car! Customer service was phenomenal. They kept us informed of the progress on our car. We were able to get it back sooner than expected. Best of all... you cant even tell it was ever damaged. Great job!!!
They made my car look like new. Staff was awesome.
This repair facility is AWSOME. They worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure all work was precisely performed and repaired. They offer great services and great customer service. The repairs were done quickly and the result upon picking up the vehicle was amazing. The repair process was smooth and effortless. They maintained weekly contact to keep me informed of the progress of the vehicles status. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this center to friends and family for years to come.
My car was in for minor cosmetic repair. Three weeks passed before I got my car back. No one called me, though they claimed they did. There was poor communication on the part of the collision center when they returned my car to the main campus in Bethesda, because when I called no one in Bethesda even knew it had been dropped off. When my car was returned to me, the back left hand hook and clothes hanger was completely removed and in a plastic bag on my back seat. This was extremely confusing because there was no issue with the hook when I dropped the car off and none of the cosmetic work was for the interior of the car. Also in the back seat was a sign saying, Do not turn off, battery dead. I had no issues with my battery whatsoever prior to dropping my car of. I called both the main campus and the collision center to inquire and no one seemed to recollect the note. Then, less than a month after I picked my car up, my car would not start and I had to get an entirely new battery. Thus, between the poor communication, the time it took to retrieve my car, and the fashion in which my car was returned to me, I would not return.
Very good service.Although it is a little slow process, the final product was perfect. My car was returned as if brand new. Special mention to Micheal and team for fixing my car and also updating me when needed..Highly recommendable....
I unfortunately had my car repaired at this facility. They were never able to provide an accurate estimate but were able to make up so many different excuses for every delay. The worst part is that during the repair/painting process the entire backseat and trunk became covered in a nice thick layer of white dust. They delivered my completed car completely unclean. Truly the worst of the worst when it comes to caring for a vehicle. This is not a company worthy of repairing or catering to Mercedes customers.
I have to give a shout out to Ms Sandy Eckhardt. Reason because my vehicle was serviced for collision damages and at every turn I was kept up to date with the progress on my vehicle. Aside from all this I had many questions I needed answered to clarify certain steps being taken on my behalf. Ms. Sandy was always willing and happy to answer my questions. I feel She has gone above and beyond to provide this type of service. Kudos to the management team and EuroMotorcars for the all around GREAT service provided!!!
My car is not there, it should be though
I was dropping off one of our work vans for a recall. It was very nice. When you entered, it was more like entering an office, as opposed to a service center. It was very clean, and quiet.
Well, they have a great staff. They have also repaired all my warranty work.Just had one of my blind spot radar sensors replace now I have another problem. This is my third MB camper van and it will be my last....too manyproblems.
Poor body work and left my vichicle in unsafe condition.
Just picked up my car. It looks brand new! The Staff worked hard to keep GEICO from fixing my car with Junk and aftermarket parts. It took them a while to get it worked out but factory parts fit perfect. I have had a car fixed with what the insurance company wants to use and those parts dont fit well.
Euro Motor Cars Collision Center provided us terrible service. A driver hit our car while parked, and left a modest dent. I thought it would cost between 1500 and 2000 dollars, even though it was modest, given that it is an Audi. I do not believe that it was good service to keep our car for 15 working days, refuse to take payment from the perpetrator of the accident directly, and then to charge us 3800 dollars. The lack of competition (the only certified Audi collision center in the entire state of Maryland?) breeds complacency, poor service, and monopoly pricing.
Good as new
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The repairs were completed quickly and were well done. Overall, a very good experience.
Background:Im writing this review based on the experiences I have encountered with the body shop and Dealership so far for the past 9 months. In June of 17, I was involved in a deer accident. I took it to Euro Motors Dealership in Germantown, which is where I purchased the car from. They referred me to their Auto Collision Center which is what this review is going to be talking about. 6 months after I picked up my car after repairs, I noticed misaligned bodywork in which they are refusing to fix under the original lifetime craftsmanship warranty. Make sure to look at the original body work picture I took and after pics of the problems that I currently have. I also have included a screenshot of the amount my insurance paid to get the car fixed.Overall Summary:DO NOT use this Body shop and I would go even further to suggest trying not go to any Euro Motors dealerships and/or body shops for that matter. The Dealership has been no help either. DO NOT be fooled by the lifetime craftsmanship warranty they offer. Read Cons below for details. Euro Motors have lost me a loyal customer going forward. I will never buy a car from them or have repairs/services at their shops ever again. So, if you decided to ignore my warning and get your car repaired there, make sure to take pics and verify the repairs are done or you will get screwed like me. You have been warned. I’m stuck with damaged bodywork that I would have to pay for out of my own pocket if I wanted to get it fixed. Or you can go through your insurance and take the risk of raising your premium. Either way, youre screwed. I tried to resolve the issue via Euro Motors Customer Service and Managers of the body shop, but they are refusing accountability and responsibility by blaming the damage on something else or myself for that matter.Pros:Communication - Providing updates on a weekly basis via either phone, emails and/or text messages. Unfortunately, that’s about it.Cons:Overall Atmosphere - Generally, not a pleasant place to walk up to and meet friendly employees. One gentleman had a slight attitude towards me and the towing truck driver when we first dropped off my car last year.Repair Time - I can concur with other reviews that repairs do take forever and even with that, you will see things that should’ve been fixed in the first place. For example, my headlights which obviously should’ve been fixed the first time, weren’t especially after they were replaced. You would think calibrating the headlights properly after installation as well as proper wheel alignment would be necessary steps but nope, they missed those too. I had to re-visit the body shop twice to get those items fixed. But I had to make an appointment with the dealership in Germantown to calibrate the headlights.Craftsmanship Warranty - Its a joke. The bodywork warranty is nothing but an illusion and attractive feature that they advertise to get you hooked. In my case, I found out the hard way that they will just blame it on you or something else so that they don’t have to take responsibility and you will be stuck with the damaged bodywork. What’s the point of having a bodywork warranty and only a few months later you decide to come back with a bodywork complaint in which they just easily brush it off and blame it on something else or that you caused it? Please dont tell me that you are you still seriously considering using this Body Shop for repairs? YOU SHOULDNT!!!Customer Service - Escalating to the Manager and/or General Manager of the body shop or Euro Motors Dealership for that matter won’t help you at all. They all stick together, so what’s the point? They are not your savior. They are there to save their company and their faces.Money - Expect to pay a lot of money. I paid through my insurance $26,816.58 which was half the value of my car at the time. Just let that amount sink in your mind for a second. With all that money they got, they refuse to fix my car and blame it on something else for the damaged bodywork. Absolutely, an injustice.
Takes forever for work to be completed. Good work. Wont return calls. Not impressed with this place at all!
Great experience with customer service and high quality work done.
My first time in a collision center and it was a very trying experience to say the least, I have no problems with work done on the car the body shop employees have been very courteous, but the insurance process specifically USAA s process was a nightmare, they apparently have a new system but no one knows how to use it, I have talked to two different supervisors to get me claims processed..Big thanks to Lamont for helping work out this pit fall!
A short summary first, for those who might be in the TL;DR crowd, but my full experience below. I am attempting to keep all personal feelings and opinions out (as well as names), and just state the facts as they happened, but know that I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at the Collision Center of Euro Motorcars Bethesda.Summary: Dropped car off after a hit-and-run parking collision for repair at the Collision Center of Euro Motorcars Bethesda. After nearly 3 weeks of no communication at all from the shop, called to have car prepared for pickup so I could take it somewhere else for repair. When the car was picked up, the condition it was in was completely unacceptable. Would never recommend this company for repair and will not be returning.Details: My 2005 Lotus Elise was involved in a hit-and-run parallel parking collision that resulted in a punctured front clamshell. I took the car to the Collision Center of Euro Motorcars Bethesda on Nicholson Lane on October 31st, 2014. The young woman doing intake at the front desk was very professional and friendly and told me that I would be contacted with an estimate shortly. Over the course of the next 18 days, I contacted Euro Motorcars on six occasions in an attempt to get this estimate. At no point did they every call me, nor return any of my calls during this time. For each call, I was given an excuse/reason why the estimate was still not ready ranging from, “That person is out of the office today”, to “The insurance company still has not gotten back to us” (of note is that I received a repair estimate and check from the insurance company on the 10th of November). The inconsistent answers to my request for the estimate, and the complete lack of contact made from their end, made me decide that I did not want to have Euro Motorcars work on the car after all. On November 19th at 9:00am I called the shop and informed them that I would be picking up the car around 5:00 that evening as I was no longer willing to wait to hear from them with an estimate. I was told that was fine, and that the car would be ready. At 4:57pm I arrived at the shop and was told they would pull the car around on the street out front. 25 minutes later, a tech finally got around to moving enough of the other cars on the lot that were blocking it in, and turned over the keys. The car was so covered in bird feces and tree litter (leaves seeds and twigs) that it was not able to be driven safely. (If pictures were allowed, this point would be obvious). After cleaning the windshield enough to return the car home, I am finally finished with Euro Motorcars forever.
Excellent quality work, but repairs take forever! Their current location is a nightmare to get in and out of -- the space is too small for their volume of business.
Not very effiecent they take awhile to do everything and they get an attitude if you confront them on this matter, if you must go there(warranty) expect to not have your car back for awhile otherwise go to another place
Slow but job gets done right!
Great fast service
Bad shop I ever see, take forever for get done. Not recomment this place 👎🏿
Never bring your vehicle here...they make up prices as they go...👎🏾🤦🏾♂️
