There is a great selection of Bagels to choose from and cream cheese flavors too. And a nice lunch menu. At this point, indoor dining is not available. One can order and take it to go. Whether through the app ahead of time or in person.

Bad customer service. First of all we had to wait a long time to get our orders. There were 3 employees and I dont know what 2 of them were doing while the other one got the costumer orders and made the bagels. They also forgot to make our coffees and once they finally were made they got them wrong. They handed over the hot coffees and didnt have any hand covers to carry them left. They did not apologize nor seem to care. I was excited to go there this weekend because usually I have a better experience, but I dont think Ill come back to this location.

Very poor customer service. I just watched a worker yell at a customer because she was asked to remake his sandwich. She actually opened up the old sandwich, pulled out the egg, and waved it at him to show him it was the same kind of egg that she just placed in the new sandwich. On top of all of that, my order was wrong, but I wasnt going to correct them after their display of customer service skills. Because the employee made it herself and she followed the screen and direction. Also on top of that the customer wanted to keep his messed up sandwich. When the so call incorrect sandwich he had was what he asked for... The reason why the egg was shown was to show everything was there.If that deterred you coming face to face to complain. It should not have. If I can give the place a zero star i would. I waited for 20 minutes and then the manager came up and ask what I ordered. She then say oh they ran out of the item. I asked them why they didnt tell me when I ordered and she said oh there were too any people there (which was not true). She tried to blame me for my wait when I was getting agitated she pulled oh why are you getting upset at us.... asked for my refund and left. The young man who helped me was kind but the manager or whoever she was is awful. Never stepping into this place again.

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a Einstein Bagels. The personal has a terrible attitude and they make it seem like they are doing the customers a favor. My order was completely wrong and I was missing a Farmhouse bagel. I also ordered two eggs and they only gave me one egg per farm house sandwich. Avoid this place at all cost. Lady walked in asking for an online order and they just looked at her and never responded. The employees just looked at each other and one of them stated ( I’m only doing in house orders!!) (we got set up today). Terrible customer service, terrible attitude. As a business owner I would fire these employees on the spot.

Celebrating a great report from the dentist with bagels and hot chocolate.Easy to find and lots of parking. Looked clean and the service was good.Ordered these mini bagels already filled with cream cheese called shmearfuls. My little one liked the chocolate chip cheesecake one but not the maple.Ordered a hummus veg out for me and was disappointed. Its like they didnt dry any of the vegetables. The roll which I had toasted was completely soggy on the bottom. The cucumber was wet, the lettuce was wet, the roasted red pepper was wet and the whole thing was tasteless. Thank goodness I didnt get it with tomatoes or it would have been even wetter!! Maybe some salt would have made it taste better but it was so wet that it fell apart and I had to reassemble it after each bite.Being a vegan there isnt much else to eat but wouldnt discount this place for an easy quick meal. Not recommended for foodies.

First time to this location and found out they couldn’t fulfill a simple order: bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagel. By the time I got home - no bacon. What a waste of money and time.

Slow service but best bagels in town

The absolute worst place I have ordered from;I waited for 30 minutes inside for an order. After finally receiving the bagel, it wasnt what I ordered. I will never go back again.

I come to this branch all the time and i am always respectful towards the employees. today i came in to place an order and one of the employees was making an order before she made mine. she had been working with some bacon and i kindly requested if she could please change her gloves before she made my order. she got so defensive and started whispering to her coworker. i felt so embarrassed that i was being talked about while i was still standing there. is this how customers are treated? i asked kindly and respectfully.

The reason why Im giving this 1 star review to my local coffe shop is because the last 2 times Ive been in this place Ive felt very disappointed about how the employees treated me, they are not very polite, specially the cashier on Saturday mornings, I spend a good amount on this place every time I go in and I dont expect to be treated like if Im begin for something Im paying with my money, they are really rude and not even say hi or something.I totally encourage management to train better who you have as cashiers as they represent your company with every customer, Im the mean time I expect to be treated better next time I go to spend my money there .

The women who works opening shift has been at this Einstein for years and consistently does a great job. Even with a minimum crew early in the morning they successfully juggle multiple orders to get us in and out quickly. They continue to do a great job during Covid-19 and their sandwiches are delicious so I can get a bagel for breakfast and my lunch at the same time and I dont need to go out more than once during the day.

This location is absolutely terrible. The service was so slow and the food tasted and smelled so disgusting we had to throw it away. We went in and placed our order (first in line, no one else in store) and it still managed to take over 20 mins for two breakfast sandwiches to be prepared. The two workers did not seem to have a care in the world and were moving slower than molasses with 6-8 people behind us waiting as well. The worker preparing our order seemed to not use gloves in some instances preparing the eggs and would touch his face with his bare hands and then go to prepare our food. With all of that, we decided to still try to eat the food. What a bad decision that was...it stunk like rotten eggs and made us sick we had to throw the rest away. This location is dirty and has zero management capabilities. Needs to be shutdown ASAP.

My family and I have been regular customers of the Montgomery Village location for years. On the past year the quality of their service worse and worse. Today I ordered breakfast for my family thru Grubhub and nobody bother to tell us we would all be receiving the wrong bagels with our sandwiches. If you were out of what we requested the least you could have done was contacted us to decide weather we want to keep the order or cancel it based on the fact that you didn’t have what we ordered. Breakfast was ruined, bagel was discussing, family was let down and in the end it was my money that was wasted on the items I didn’t order.

Since I live within walking distance, coming her for a large, senior, vanilla, hazelnut coffee is on of my tricks for dealing with the covid ennui of elderly self-quarentining (not to mention the ennui, which is a George Will type word for world pain, caused by the election.) What is this guy talking about? I just wanted a cup of coffee and a bagel. Praying for his wife.

Good but comparable to bagels from grocery store. Softer lighter texture inside, easier to eat when buying sandwiches or for kids. Outsides of bagel have the thick firm texture one expects, but lacks dense chewy middle. Service was good for us, but I witnessed an employee being rude to another customer.

Love the bagels and all the spreads! Box of coffee is great for catering work events too.

Excellent coffee. I get there Americano. It’s always steamy hot, the way I like it. Manager takes great care of their espresso machine. Free parking. Descent restrooms. The stuff is quick and friendly and always happy to help.

I love this Einstein Bros.! The people working there are really nice, and they give out a lot of free samples. There is a lot of seating, and it’s in a pretty nice area. There are stairs though, so it’s not super handicapped friendly. Totally recommend!

Disappointed that of the three items I ordered, not one of them was available as desired. Ordered a small smoothie, only medium size available. Ordered a pizza bagel, no plain bagels available to put it on. Ordered a bagel dog, no bagel dogs available.Ive been to other locations where maybe a single substitution is required, but surely you have to be able to offer at least one of these as is.

A very busy place, but the line and the order of your items are made and ready in minutes. My favorite purchase would be there hazelnut coffee with their handcrafted vanilla and hazelnut creamer❤love it❤

I have been going to this location for almost a year every single day of the week Monday to Friday in the morning and they absolutely have the utmost respect for their customers and the most humorous staff I have ever seen they always have a smile on their face even when its hectic in the store they are amazing and they keep me coming back every single day I look forward to seeing them smile and I hope this review gets back to whoever owns that store and lets them know that I think DJ Jermaine and the ladies in the front in the morning Monday to Friday are the best staff you could ever have God bless you all

Totally awesome. Fast food is just as $$$ these days and this is such a healthy alternative. They remember regular customers even if you come in once or week or less. Jermaine is a great new manager.

I live in Fredrick where there isnt any Einstein bros nearby, I happened to be in Gaithersburg and had to go there and love it, the staffs were super friendly and the breakfast sandwich I had was very good. I would definitely go again.

Much better than the EBB on Quince Orchard. The staff is friendly, this is a smaller EBB so when it gets busy service can be a lil slow but not a big deal. Constantly churning out fresh bagels even at noon on a Sunday.Another thing I like about this location is that they have their cooling racks in plain view so you can see (and request) the very freshest bagels even if they havent made their way to the bins yet.

I love EBB as a whole, but this locations service is on the border of being terrible. They are always so slow. Too slow when they have at least 5 employees working at once. It took at least 5 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese. Literally. I am not exaggerating... I really dont like calling people out, especially if I dont know their personal situation (whatever may be causing them to act a certain way), but almost everyone that works there has an offputting attitude.I cant remember his name, but one guy who works there is AWESOME. Hes very helpful with helping you pick exactly what you have a taste for if you cant find it on the menu. He the only one that gives quicker service with a smile and a totally positive aura. Please give him a raise or SOMETHING, he deserves it without question.Everyone else definitely needs to take notes from him. I know everyone has their days, and serving food isnt the most glamorous job, but its your job. You have a job. It may not be the one you want, it may not pay well (I dont know), but you have a job.Please have management visit this location as secret shoppers and make adjustments as necessary. Im not saying fire anyone, not at all, but a fire needs to be lit under some butts.

The bagels are great but the manager is rude. Be careful of the Monday deal $6 for 13 bagels. They charge $6.98 for two cream cheese to make it regular price. If you are buying on Monday, say no to cream cheese.

The person making my drink flat out said he didn’t make my drink because. That was it, no reason, no explanation, not even an apology. I waited over 20 minutes for a single drink. Never coming here again.
