Jessie Osegueda, one of the sales associate was super helpful and actually took the time to explain some of the different mattresses (firmness, foam, durability) and worked with our budget. I have been to other Mattress firm locations recently and other mattress stores and by far, Jessie was the best which helped seal the deal today. I was glad that hand sanitizer and extra masks were available as I walked in the store. Jessie gave me a quick survey to find my optimal mattress. We walked through the store as he explained several options and I tried out the mattresses. I decided to purchase an upgrade Pressure Smart mattress and mattress cover to replace the 17 year old Beautyrest that I was currently using. The store had a sale on the adjustable base. The delivery team arrived wearing masks and cleared out my old mattress and boxspring and set up my new base and mattress in about half an hour.

Last minute purchase decision. We were looking for a mattress for our 5 year old, new jungle bed (playground bed) She was super excited to have a sleep over that same night. The twin size mattress we wanted wasn’t in stock . Manny the salesman brainstormed with us he even had other employe to call other stores.No delivery until Monday. Our daughter kept asking “mommy am I having my sleepover “ We explained the issue at hand and she was very sad! I asked Manny if the sample was available he wasn’t sure if he could sale us the model. He saw our sadness and heard my daughter “aww mommy no sleep over. He immediately went to the computer and MADE it possible for us to have the Model! And there was a % off as well! The purchase was very simple and professional he even wrapped it in plastic and gave my daughter a toy of some kind. I also purchased a body pillow that will be in stock on Monday. At that time I will share a picture with him of of the bed and mattress! I will definitely be purchasing a box spring for our queen mattress. Manny personally was more than a salesman! I had an extremely positive experience with this store! I purchased two beds there at a good price and requested the store to deliver them to my daughters apartment in Boston. Although I changed my delivery schedule several times, their Assistant Store Manager, Kevin, and the sales rep accommodated my needs readily and promptly. The delivery was on time as expected. When there was a need to replace one of the boxes, Kevin coordinated the pick up and replacement seamlessly. Im very happy with their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness! I called to Mattress Firm to ask if they had full size mattresses for sale and available for same day pick up. Among other questions, Manuel showed me all the offerings they had when I arrived and what was on sale. Went to Mattress Firm in Gaithersburg to help my mother buy a mattress and bed frame. She had done a lot of the work over the phone with Manny (spelling?) before we got there. When we got there, Manny took off from where he had left off with my mother and the two of them (mother is 88) found the mattress and box spring that fit my motherś needs. He spent a lot of time listening and making sure my mother understood the facts about the different mattresses; he was very, very patient and very, very helpful. My mother wanted some rollers put on the bed frame and she was nervous that the delivery men would not understand what she wanted; Manny told her that if they didn´t understand, he would come over himself to get the job done. We will always look for our mattress needs at Mattress Firm in Gaithersburg and the real thank you goes to Manny!

The process of buying the mattress was pretty easy. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Our struggle came with delivery. We originally got a 7 hour window. The night before delivery we were quoted a window of 2:45-4:45 however the mattress did not arrive until after 6pm. We had a second order that was supposed to arrive that same night between 6pm and 9pm only to hear that it was canceled by a representative who said we would not be home. We never authorized that cancellation and we changed all plans to be home for these deliveries. Now we have a mattress and no base and we need to schedule again and cancel plans so someone can be home during another 7 hour window. The delivery process has been inconvenient and disorganized.
