Our experience with mattress firm would have been very bad if it wasnt for Colleen. We bought a mattress at the Germantown location but it was the worst mattress I have ever used in my life. Colleen helped us choose it but with what we said we thought we liked, side sleeper, so we got a softer mattress. She was transfered to the Kentlands location so we went there and she helped us again with the 120 day trial, we chose a different brand and a firmer one, and we now have the best mattress ever. Colleen is amazing, she has all the patience in the world and is very knowledable about mattresses, if it wasnt for her we would have ended up with the worst back pain ever. She should train all your staff so they can all be as good as her!!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Th3 3 star rating is because we did not need our delivery for 10 - 12 days and one day before the schedule delivery date we were told 1 of the 2 mattresses would not arrive for 3 more weeks. If we knew this then we would not have purchased here. The follow-up from the staff was minimal at best. I had to call and was promised return calls. I did not get a single return call except for delivery. Not impressed.

Aisha was absolutely amazing helping us pick out the perfect mattress for our needs, helped us get the best deal, and the best accessories! She entertained us with a great sense of humor, and got us set up with delivery much sooner than we were expecting. She explained everything thoroughly, so we knew why we were spending the amount of money on each item we purchased, and why it was the best choice for us and our four-legged furbabies!

I would 100% recommend Mattress Firm in the Kentlands and Darick Squire, the Store Manager. He took the time to find the right mattress and price for us. There was no pressure. He also worked with our timeline. Again, cant recommend them enough.

Darick was particularly helpful for us. We needed a mattress for a college student who is rarely home. Sort of like a guest bed. He let us repeatedly try a variety of mattresses even though it meant picking them up and laying them down over and over. He was patient with us, very helpful in delivery information, and price discounts. Thanks Darick.

They sell mattresses. They have sales people who really want to sell their mattresses. Across the street at another mattress place, they use a hard sell technique. We bought from Mattress Firm Kentlands because they were much nicer and there was less pressure to upgrade to the higher end products.

I visited Mattress Firm as the first store on my journey to buy them actress. Isha was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses and was not a pushy salesperson. As this was my first mattress purchase I wanted to visit several mattress stores just to get an idea of what was out there. None of the sales people reach the level of Isha. Definitely worth the trip to the Kentlands Mattress Firm.

Great experience buying a queen sized mattress. They had some really great sales going on, but the mattress I wanted was a little more than I was willing to pay for. They worked out a better discount for me (military discount!) and it was ready to be picked up the next day. They helped us get it to our car and we were on our way. Would definitely check them out if you’re in need of a new mattress.

Was looking for a new queen sized mattress and honestly had such a great experience buying from their Sales Associate, Sarah. She really helped us and worked with us in getting a really great mattress without us feeling sales pressured. And thanks to Sarah and some of the discounts going on in the store, I left the store feeling really great about my purchase and excited for the new mattress.

Went in to get a box spring that only minutes before I realized I needed. The service was impeccable and the transaction was quick.

It took many phone calls and chasing after to have them drop a charge that they needed to release within 7 days (took over a month). My credit card company needed Mattress firm to drop the charge but the store manager avoided and delayed release of this charge by saying “Im busy right now” “I’ll do it in the next two days” “I already helped you much” “I don’t think that is my responsibility”. With much repeated, variety of excuses, I had to come into the store to settle it by having him make the call and release it in my witness. I would recommend finding a store that does business with honesty and efficiency, not only in their words, but in action.

We went into mattress firm to look for a new mattress. Isha helped us at the store. He asked us questions about our sleeping style and what kind of mattress we wanted. He gave us several options in different price ranges. When we were testing the mattresses out he gave us pointers on how to test the mattress out. We love our mattress! The delivery was around the time they provided. The delivery men were respectful of our space and put shoe covers on before entering the apartment. Overall it took about 46 minutes to pick the mattress out and approximately 15 mins to deliver and set up!

No high pressure sales and great customer service. Besides having a great experience purchasing a mattress, they go well beyond in other areas. I lost a wheel from a frame (I didnt even buy the frame from them). I went in to purchase a wheel and instead, they went in the back and gave me one for free. They won my future business!

Bought mattress and box spring recently with elderly parents. Turns out the salesperson sold us a used box spring at the full price of a new one (we assumed it was NEW if during the sales process, at no time were we told this was going to be USED). Then when the box spring was delivered it was damaged. A second delivery attempt after 2 days resulted in ANOTHER damaged one. Wasted the better part of a week. Basically we felt taken advantage of because my parents were elderly. Made me suspicious about quality of products. Subsequent calls to feedback line resulted in no followup. I had to chase for days for service. Lots of apologies in the end from the store, but needless to say, wouldnt go to any Mattress Firm again and encourage others not to go.

We went to various stores in search of our new mattress. We came back to mattress firm for many reasons. First Tom and Isha gave us world class customer service. Tom first had us try a few beds to gauge the firmness level that was right for us and then he pointed out a number of options that run the gamut in terms of price. They werent pushy and they dont try and oversell you. We came back to Mattress Firm after looking at Mattress Warehouse, Macys and Sears because the Mattress Firm posted prices were good but Tom was more than willing to work out a better price for us. We truly shopped and compared for a new mattress but, our experience at Mattress Firm made me want write this review. Customer service is king and Tom and Isha at Mattress Firm do a fantastic job. The store was very organized in its layout and they gave you covers so your head didnt touch the hundreds that came before it. It felt like a much more thought out professional experience than the rest.
