I signed up for service after having poor experiences with ReadyRefresh after they took over Deer Park Delivery. At signup, I made sure to ask about both my MD addresses, as I would be moving soon and would be transferring the delivery from one location to the other. I was told that service was available at the new address and had no issue signing up in the website. I am so disappointed with DrinkMore, because I had such high expectations and such a nice initial experience. After requesting the address be changed, I get a cheery so-sad-too-bad message that they actually can’t delivery to my new Maryland zip code. I was pretty upset because I would not have signed up for a new account if I was given the correct initial information. I cancelled the account and had them pick up my empty bottles, which I was charged for, even though there was no delivery fee in my first invoice - or mention of a fee by the rep in any communication during the cancellation and pick up scheduling - and I was not refunded my deposit. Literally the worst experience, will be filing both a BBB complaint as well as disputing the charges with my card.

We’ve been customers for three years but are getting the worst customer service now. We found a leaf in one of the water bottles they left us and I’ve called the office twice and sent an email and they keep saying a manager will call, but so far nobody seems to care. It’s a shame after three years with this company, they can’t return a call and explain why a leaf was in our water bottle.

Everyone here is always nice and accommodating. Never waited and I get unloaded quickly.

Ive used DrinkMore Custom Water for many years. Im a Realtor. Several years ago, I was invited by a charity organizer - a former client - to provide water for the Down Syndrome Network of Montgomery Countys Buddy Walk. I turned to DrinkMore who guided me through the process, designed my labels beautifully, and provided several dozen cases of branded water in a timely fashion. Since then Ive switched brokers a couple times and had new labels designed each time. Ive done many more charity events and the Buddy Walk annually. Im always happy with DrinkMores service. Highly recommended.

I’m so hydrated! I really hated the taste of our new water after we moved and have loved having DrinkMore in the house. We also really love the immediate hot water available on the cooler, it’s so nice to not have to take the time to heat things up in the microwave or on the stove.

The people are very friendly and service oriented; but this company is very Low-Tech and as a result, I would not recommend it. They have no clue on how to track bottles delivered and used by customer id; so the service is very much up to you to tell them what to do every step of the way. This is unacceptable when we live in a high-tech world run by software. Any person with a basic understanding of technology would recognize that you can better service customers by tracking what is delivered and customizing a schedule that fits with each and every customer. Instead, they have only a one-size fit all manual approach that forces two larges bottles on you every month unless you notify them. The process is way too manual and I find it somewhat puzzling that this company is doing nothing to improve its process. You are better off finding another more tech-based delivery service.

Having a Drinkmore water cooler in my apartment has been life changing! After drinking it regularly, I refuse to drink any other water! Compared to the water that comes out of our faucet, it is like drinking gold. We also have it in my office which is great. I recommend it to all my friends in the area.
