Over the last ten years, Ive tried a bunch of different water companies in the MoCo area and Endless Waters is by far the best one I have used. Aside from the quality of the water, the service is as good as it gets. Thankfully, they are still delivering during this pandemic, which has been a godsend. If you are looking for a water supplier, I would highly recommend you give Endless Waters your business. Thanks for all you do!

I want to specifically thank Samantha at Endless Waters for being so gracious during the COVID19 crisis. Because we are not allowed to access our offices, I called to put a hold on our bottleless cooler rental. I expected an unpleasant conversation, but Samantha could not have been nicer. She immediately offered to put a hold on the bottleless cooler rental and simply said, We know you cant use it, why would we charge you? Id imagine that this is hitting their business pretty hard, but she still was positive, friendly, and incredibly understanding even in the face of temporarily losing a clients income. Ive been impressed by their service before, but this interaction motivated me to let others know. In a time of stress and financial uncertainty for their livelihood, an Endless Waters employee chose to be kind and understanding. I hope to pay this kindness back by staying their client for a very long time.

As others have said, very disappointed with the quality of customer service and communication here. Employees have not been particularly helpful or responsive. I understand it can be difficult to appease a combative customer, but its another thing to snub a client who has been friendly, apologetic, and eager to solve the problem and continue a business relationship. My problem would have been relatively easy to solve, had they made the effort to do so, but it seems like they were just waiting for me to go away. That leaves a poor taste in my mouth, and is why I would not recommend Endless Waters.

We always try to do business locally. That’s why we are happy to say that Tony at Endless Water was so helpful. It’s good to know there are companies out there who also cares about the community.

The water is good but the customer service is lacking big time. We had been long time customers, when I called to complain that the delivery driver while back up the driveway gouged it with his bumper. I was assured that we always have the same driver and it would never happen again. The following month, they not only gouged the driveway but ran completely over the trash can while talking in his phone. He thought it was amusing when I confronted him. I called the office to speak to a manager about this and was told they were busy and would call back later that day. No one has called to follow up and when I called back to cancel the service, it was like they didn’t care and had never received our call the day before. I will buy a new trash can and fix the driveway and hire a new water delivery service.There are too many water delivery options around that actually want your business to deal with poor customer service like Endless Waters.

If I could give less than one star I would. Our company has worked with Endless waters for 5 years and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received this week. I called on Monday to inquire about our water order and requested to increase our delivery to every other week. I was told that a manager would get back to me. I called on Thursday to inquire about increasing our water order and our delivery and was told the same thing. I call again today and I had to leave a message to inquire about the same things again because no one answered.At this point Im frustrated. I do not know one customer base on the planet that wants to be given the run around regarding services they pay to receive. I should not take 3 days of calls to increase an order or even inquire about delivery.

We get all of are water from these guys. They take great care of us.
