BEWARE. Misrepresented vehicle in multiple ways with online purchase in 5 ways after specific questions were asked before purchase. Vehicle not consistently starting is one surprising issue. Vehicle was sold with undisclosed known issues. Dealer tried to act professional after the vehicle was delivered and I repeatedly asked them to listen to the recording of our conversations on the dealership phone system. Im done trying to talk with them. They have provided no resolution in assisting or addressing any of the misrepresented items. Its become obvious the dealership does not care about its customers or reputation.

I bought an older low mileage 328 XIT yesterday from Ken at Avazi.The car was pristine, as was the dealership. It was immediately clear they took great pride in their business and the vehicles they offer. I live in Virginia, but buying a used car in Maryland makes sense. Their inspection requirements are much higher than Virginias. I feel I got great value for my money. Ask for Ken!

Its been just over 1 year since I bought a BMW M-coupe from Ardy. I can say that Ardy was the most professional and personable speciality car dealer Ive ever met. Was set to purchase a vehicle from here that required some minor repairs which they claimed could be “fixed over the weekend.”Spent the next three weeks calling in periodically to see if said vehicle was ready, each time for them to either claim they were currently working on it or that they would call back (they never did.)Quite a baffling experience and poor customer service. Despite what is a nice selection of vehicles, unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this place.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Called to inquire about a BMW they had for sale, and they immediately sent me extra pictures and a carfax report. They let me get it inspected by a nearby mechanic, and made the repairs that he suggested at no charge to me. Got everything done over the phone and through email because of the pandemic and because I was coming in from out-of-state. Love the car, looks and drives great. I totaled my 2003 Acura TL type S and I was devastated. I loved that car so much, was a good little to and from work car. So I began the hunt for another one just like it. I came across a 2003 Acura CL Type S(same year same car just a coupe). The car has 112k miles on it with one owner and every service record for it available and they were all done at Acura. I reached out to Arty and he was prompt in getting back to me and getting me a very fair price for the car. He even sent me tons of pictures including pictures of the undercarriage to show me how clean it was. I never bought a car sight unseen so I was very cautious. Within one week, he found me an unbelievably affordable transport, and shipped it here to me in AZ. I can not stress enough how amazing the experience was, and I am in the car business as a sales manager so I have pretty high expectations. Very good experience. I have purchased dozens on highline cars over the years and this was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had. I was an out of state buyer and had my eye on an E46 M3. Wasnt able to personally see the car due to work and other factors limiting travel. Ardy patiently talked me through all of my questions and ensured that I was satisfied. Provided me with whatever documents I requested. Never pushy and always answered my calls before, during and after the sale (which many car places dont after the purchase goes through.) Even held the car for me while I got funds together. I recently purchased a 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport low mileage vehicle was as described. I live in Ohio so I had the vehicle delivered to me sight unseen and it was as described great shape. The vehicle only came with one key and one key fob which was not in good shape Ardy was supposed to get me another key fob and a cover but never did I had to get it myself so once they had my money and I had the vehicle they pretty much left me high and dry to fend for myself when it come to the key and key fob. After a miscommunication on both parties Ardy took care of me and paid for new key fobs thanks again Ardy and to anyone looking for a awesome vehicle these guys have some awesome cars from what I can see thank you

I purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from Avazi in February of this year (2019). The Jeep had a little over 16k miles on it. This Jeep was exactly what I was looking for and it looked like it was almost straight off the show room floor. Well not quite but close. ;-)I previously owned a 2005 Jeep Wrangler and loved it for as long as it lasted. I was very excited to find this one and thought it had to be too good to be true. I saw an ad posted for an older Jeep and reached out to this dealership to inquire about it. I was given a pretty good overview of the vehicle and then was promptly emailed a collection of high resolution photos that clearly showed the condition of the Jeep. I decided to come see it in person and went with Ken on a test drive that really allowed me to get a solid idea as to how the Jeep ran. Ken was very transparent about the details, and very professional without being pushy. Upon returning to the dealer, i met with the owner (Ardy) who was also very professional and very easy to deal with. i made an offer and Ardy said he would get back to me. The next day, we closed the deal on the Jeep. Although this vehicle was certainly not their most expensive vehicle on the lot, both Ken and Ardy were great to deal with and treated me like I was buying one of their more expensive vehicles. Buying a used vehicle is always a bit of a gamble, however I would say that these guys do it right by being transparent and fair. If anything, its worth stopping by their location and speaking with them as they really are that easy to deal with.

Not a stand up business person at all, working out a way to buy a car and drive from NJ to MD b/c he wants the deal done today, while waiting on a credit work up from him and as Im taking off work early to drive to MD to do the deal, he sells the car to someone else even after I offered a cash deposit.

Great experience; Im a distance buyer and Ardy brought the car by the Porsche dealership for PPI. Negotiations were professional - overall this is not your conventional used car dealer - I definitely got an honest vibe and felt the deal was fair. I would work with Ardy again without hesitation.

I purchased a 2013 M3 from Ardy last September. Coming from New York, Ardy was very accommodating with all my requests and questions, Personally driving the car the a local BMW dealership for a PPI. The car itself was very clean and had a great service history. The showroom itself is small (a dozen or so cars), but clean and apparently there is a second nearby location with additional inventory. The cars seem to all be very clean and mainly high-end used vehicles (BMW Zs and Ms, Porche, Mercedes, ect.)I traded my car with Ardy as well. The prices were negotiated prior to me driving down. While I tried to discloses accurately the condition of my car with photos, upon seeing it in person, Ardy lowered his offer for the trade by $500 (to be fair there was quite a bit of superficial damage). At that point he handed me the keys to the M3 and had me test drive the car by myself. Upon returning he informed me that he found a wholesaler willing to buy my car at $300 more than Ardys offer. Wether that was a negotiation tactic to close the deal or in fact true, I do appreciate him offering me that before I even had to press the issue.Overall it was a positive experience and I would certainly purchase from Ardy again, provided he has what Im looking for in his inventory.

In the first 30 days after I bought a 2006 Toyota 4Runner from avazi it was in 3 different shops for 13 of those days. All 3 shops determined the front end vibration was due to bad front axles and not a bad set of tires as ardy insisted. After the warranty company denied any coverage and despite ardys lies to buy the car back and put his money where his mouth is and cover the repairs I was forced to pay almost $ 1,500 in Uber rides, towing fees and new axles at the Toyota dealership to get back on the road. DO. NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS CROOK

I was not dissapointed, the car was exactly as represented to me. Again Ardy allowed me to thoroughly look the car over and suggested I take the car out alone. Over the course of following week Ardy and I had further discussions, and he was always generous with his time and never any pressure to close me. I wanted some changes to the car and Ardy was very responsive, and thorough in making that happen, and easy to come to terms with to make the deal. When I returned the following week to take delivery all my requests were handled perfectly and I had a very enjoyable ride home. Would absolutely buy another car from Ardy, and recommend him.

Purchased a 2004 BMW 330i ZHP with 47,200 miles. I live in Vermont, and the car was at Avazi Auto Group in Maryland. Ardy made sure everything was ready so my son, who lives in Virginia, was able to inspect and test-drive the car. Ardy also transported the car to a nearby, third-party shop for a pre-purchase inspection. They found a couple minor issues which Ardy corrected immediately (he even replaced the windshield for a small but significant chip). I flew down, picked the car up, and drove it home (almost 600 blissful miles). Ardy made everything easy! His communication was awesome, he was friendly and professional, and he and his assistant, Brett, bent over backward to make everything perfect. I will definitely contact Ardy when I look for my next car.

Upon purchasing a car from Avazi, we found out it had multiple issues costing thousands of dollars. This was not what we expected and not how the car was portrayed. They wouldn’t even return our calls.

The part that I was promised was finally delivered to me. It took too much time and excuses but at the end they came through and delivered the part months later.
