I had not had my all carpets cleaned since 2019, i.e. before the pandemic so they really needed some care. Normandy did the same terrific job that I remembered removing all the stains, even from my Turkish and Pakistani carpets. The pick-up/delivery crew was very professional. Office staff promptly answered my questions about billing. I had a coupon in 2019 for ten percent off so I have asked to be put on the mailing list again. I will use Normandy again and would recommend them to others.

I unexpectedly became a cat owner 5 plus years ago after I fostered 2 mature cats while trying to find them a good home. In the process, I learned to love the kitties and kept them. My home was furnished before I adopted these cats with carpets and fabrics that were not cat- proof. Thank goodness for Normandy. They have cleaned and repaired my furniture and carpets and did a great job. The servicemen who came to my house were pleasant and professional.Normandy has my respect and loyalty.

They were on time, took their time and finished within the time they said they would. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Normandy highly.

I let a leaking potted plant stain a nice woven rug. The stain was not removable. Per the owners suggestion, I asked them to cut down the rug about 12” on all 4 sides and eliminating the stain. The team who picked up, and brought the rug back were very good, moving my furniture and calling one hour before their arrival. This is a great little carpet company.

Normandy Carpet is hands down the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used! I use them personally and I give their info to all of my clients as well. They are professional and have a wonderful staff. I have used them to clean my couches and carpets. I have also used them to stretch carpet and to install new carpet. I even had a flood once and they came right out, pulled up the carpet in the wet area, dried everything out, put down new padding and reinstalled the carpet perfectly. Every service they have provided me was done impeccably!

I rescue and foster dogs. And as you can imagine, there are accidents! There was a huge stain that happened overnight in my home, right in front of the television carpet. I called Normandy as soon as they opened. 2 hours later they were there and cleaned it. You cant even tell it was there. Even better, I told them what I was planning on doing before they got there and they told me to remove as much as I possibly could but to not touch it to let them handle it. Normandy Carpet is great! They are responsive, professional, and efficient. I moved and needed my very large sectional cleaned. Normandy came in and cleaned it and had it looking brand new, despite it being over 10 years old! I can’t say enough about how fantastic my carpets looked after they were cleaned by Normandy Carpet. Oh and the grout on my kitchen floor looked like I just had new tiles installed. With two dogs it’s a struggle to keep the floors and carpets fresh and clean but I can depend on Normandy Carpet to get the job done.
