I am so glad I came to this cigar store, there customer service out standly great. Very help stuff and willing to answer your questions. I cannot remember his name looks in his 20s showed me around and just great. I am difficultly coming back if I am in the area. And the cigar he suggest was great one.

Friendly staff and good selection. I appreciate that they carry some of the boutique brands as well. My two main brands Drew Estate and Foundation are decently represented here. Have been there 3-4 times in the last 6 months, every trip has been a good experience.

AMAZING!I dont smoke often but I am VERY opinionated about what I do smoke. These guys ALWAYS help me find a great tasting cigar for my smoking session. They are also fantastic at catering to my buddies who might be smoking a cigar for the first or second time.I prefer the taste of a pipe, their Anniversario pipe tobacco cannot be beat! They even have a few cigars with pipe tobacco - I recently tried something with hints of bbq and hickory... delicious!

Scott might be the most amazing human being Ive ever come across. His knowledge is unparalleled, his demeanor is fantastic. My brother and I were newbies, and he walked us through everything with the same type of attention he would give a seasoned aficionado. Dont bother going anywhere besides here if you want a cigar. Obviously, ask for Scott.

I was looking at all the empty cigar boxes outside the shop, as Im a pseudo collector. When the wonderful shop girl came out, and ever so casually showed me an amazing one, and then I pick another one out. But heres the great part. When I went to go pay for the boxes, the kind soul just said to take it. I was in shock so I just said thank you so much and left without thinking too much. But now that Im sitting in my car, Im just feeling to grateful for that act of kindness. Thank you so much for the beautiful boxes! They are in good hands!

Mentioned I was a first time customer and one of the two gentleman working escorted me personally into the lounge, asked what I was searching for, and found me the perfect fit in a split second. He hit the jackpot on what I was searching for. Very patient, helpful, and professional.

The service was great! First time buying tobacco to give as present. They provided me great information.

I like this B&M cigar shope just not a big fan of how they come in the humidor and stare at you whilst you pick out your sticks.

Shady grove called me a crack head. Silver springs implied the same when I went to purchase butane for my torch. I used to frequent both shops regularly for my favorite winter stick short stories by romeo y julieta. But Id rather buy my things online than be insulted anymore. Avoid at all costs.

Great selection and very helpful. I didnt use the lounge but it looked nice and was separated well which meant you could shop the cigars without interference from smoke.

My favorite tobacco shop.its meandering I never went there until recently even though I used to work at a head shop in Arlington. I am shocked by stark differences in costumer service, clientele, cleanliness, proper inventory etc.Davidus Cigars staff is highly knowledgeable and they wont push you to buy anything thats not appropriate for you. As a novice pipe smoker that is very important. Say, you can buy pipe tobacco which might be too complex for your beginners palate. At the same time they stock a seasoned connoisseurs inventory. Pipes, several aromatic tobaccoes, perplexing Cavendish tobacco etc which are not suitable for an amateur like me.Pipe effecinado staff person L. is so passionate about pipes that he even hones his pipe stems from scratch.He s taught me proper posture for smoking a pipe so I no longer have problems like a gurgling pipe, wet shank and bowl bottom etc.His know-how comes from years of experience and scientific knowledge about pipes. There is other information you can get from other resources but for a hobby like pipe smoking Id confer scientific approach.I have lived in Montgomery county all my life.I used to work at Barbara Maudes wedding cake shop which used to be where Davidus is in Gaithersburg. My father was an avid pipe enthusiast in my country India however I doubt he could get tobaccoes, pipes and such of premium quality as available in US.I quit smoking cigarettes about 2 months ago as I am ingesting more tobacco thru pipe smoking and turns out it is cheaper than cigarettes. I am lucky to have gone into their store and start a chapter in my life of switching cigarettes for pipe smoking.Sincerely,Hanook

The employee that I saw when I was there was a total toolshed. He would not sell anything to my friend even though he is 18. He then continued to kick us out because he started having an anxiety attack.I am fairly certain this man pees sitting down and wears velcro light-up shoes.Not worth my time. Could have gotten more done on a toilet.The employee there also believed he was the almighty and that his time was very valuable. Go somewhere else where youll be respected rather than spoken down to.
