Owner / management needs to step up & offer returns or exchanges.Understaffed. Over-priced. Got dysfunctional product. Was told to come back “next Tuesday” to bring it to mangers attention. Typical “headhshop”. Completely gauged on prices. Retail markup at least 60-150% on everything. No return / exchange policy. Reeks of greed.

I come here often and have to say Cole is always very polite and informative. He provided me with a good understanding of some new product offerings. I did not have a a good experience with the other personnel last time I was there. Thanks to Cole, he saved me form doing business elsewhere.

Do NOT go here. I purchased a disposable vape on Saturday, 11/28, from a young male associate. I walked to my car, scratched the verification code to ensure the product was authentic since there are a lot of fakes going around. I entered the serial number (on the product - it states that you should verify its authenticity before using) and the product was indeed counterfeit. I walked right back in and talked to the same associate and he acted surprised but said there’s nothing he could do - no refund, no different device, and to call on Tuesday to speak with another associate. I just called and spoke with her and she said there’s nothing they can do - she said she understands the frustration of paying for a fake product but that there are signs posted everywhere that there are no refunds or returns on disposables. Cool I get that, but not when you sold me a counterfeit product. You are in the wrong here and I can’t imagine I’m the only once who has been through this with you. I’m surely not using a fake product that could have anything in it so I’ve just flushed $25.01 down the toilet. The young associate said that they charge more because their supplier says that they’re real. Yeah right. Do better. Stop breaking the law and taking advantage of people.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a good cigar spot. Did a Yelp search and decided to give Main Street a try and I’m glad I did! The young lady that helped me “Barbra” was GREAT!! She knew all about cigars and even told me of great spots to eat in the area!! GREAT customer service and the BEST cigar shop in area!!! I will be back to buy more cigars!!

Bought a cucumber puff bar, was indeed counterfeit, no refund, not the cash register guys fault as he is told that they can’t give refunds, puff bar stopped ALL DISTRIBUTION of their products so i’m curious on how you guys keep restocking.

Ive been coming in this store since it was opened and I am SO glad there is a smoke shop in our neighborhood. Rude people and products not matching descriptions

They closed over 20 minutes early, and there was no one in there even though we came over 20 mins early. Also their hours are wrong in google, they work on Sunday until 5 pm.
