I didnt have a very great experience at this location. The cashier was irritable because he couldnt hear my request through my mask and their protective glass. He also yelled at me when I asked for a refund for an over priced item. Finally my change was thrown across the counter at me as I was being scolded for not listening.

Very vulgar, and unsafe location. I was in the store today, I saw a very suspicious customer cussing at the employees for whatever reason... its very disgusting, the type of things that the guy was blurting out. I usually come to this store with my kids for the slurpee, luckily my kids werent with me today when I visited the store. I would never bring my kids to this store again after seeing such a vulgarity.

The cashier acted like he was doing you a favor by taking my money! V6rude!

This is the worst 7 eleven ever. The service is slow as snail and the cashier lacks human relation, does not know how to deal with customer. I asked politely to scan my 7-rewards and the cashier simply ignored it. If I could give a zero, I would not hesitate. Please hire staff that’s efficient and literate.

I picked up a doordash order on Friday night November 20th, the cashier was preparing my order while he had a line of about 10 people waiting for him they need at least one more person at the front counter, plus the cashier was rude while he was cashing out everyone, when it was my turn, he called me to go to the other side of the counter to pick up my order, and started to talk to me in a very rude way, he had an accent I couldn’t understand him right away, and no, I’m not complaining for the fact he has an accent I’m very patient with people who doesn’t speak English that well, English isn’t my first language btw, but what made me mad is the way he was talking to me when I just couldn’t catch was he was trying to say! They need to address that with him cuz he can’t keep treating people like that.

Attendant who name start with r always very rude. Usually lazy would not even get me a spoon. Said he only have fork but i check in around coffee and they have spoons. No customer service skill. I hope owner have conversation with r employee and turban employee. Both very rude. Create hostile environment.

This store has Blu-rays for sale at 3.99$ each as of January 2021.

Customer service horrible. I went in for first time to get a coffee. I went to checkout and asked for a chicken taquito. The cashier came over and mumbled and didn’t hear a word he said. So I asked him to repeat. He knew what I wanted. He hates his job and needs retire. I will not ever go back there. Horrible customer service. He had attitude bad attitude. I’m sorry but if you hate your job. Get another one don’t take it out on the customers. I was shocked. Especially going in my first time in Kentlands.

Never coming back here. The checkout person lied to me about needing to make a purchase in order to make change for a dollar so I could add air to my tire. When I went to add air to my tire, after making a purchase, the air pump was broken. When I went back to inform him the pump was broken and nicely ask for a refund, he opened the cash register without anyone making a purchase. So he lied to me. He did not apologize, but instead spent 45 seconds scowling at me. I don’t have a high bar for customer service at a gas station. But my experience here was so negative that I will never come back.

Worst most expensive 711 anywhere unless you really need it drive up the road to the other 7-elevens in Germantown. Sunoco gas here is very expensive the car wash is also very expensive and practically useless a good rain will do more for washing your car than this car wash. The only thing that does work is the air pump for 90 seconds only but thats still a dollar in quarters and dont bother asking the clerk for change because they wont give it to you. If you need a police officer this is a good place to find one cuz they are always hanging out here for passing through.

As Slevins go this place is okay. Not too big.This is the place to be in the Kentlands/Lakelands area when the Mega Millions or whatever lotto is going to make someone a billionaire.

No coffee; theyre all empty at 9:42am. Happy Friday!
