I love Spirit Halloween as a business, its always my go-to for Halloween costumes and decor, but its sad to see how little they care about their customers wellbeing. They have signs clearly posted on the door stating masks are MANDATORY, yet once inside, employees downright ignored the large number of people not wearing one. It was so packed in that store Im surprised they havent been shut down for being essentially a super-spreader.Unfortunate that I wont be going back in person until they learn to value the health of their customers.

All you need for Halloween or even any custom party or even family gathering. It a huge store and I was amazed seeing every costume in different sizes from toddler to adult sizes.

I like this store I found all Halloween costumes that I was searching for on Google but Ive been wondering how it look like if I order online, I was able to find beautiful high quality and different choices.tinny little concerned ....customer service model ...I chiose to ignore ( which is wrong to ignore that ) because they are seasonal !! Life is short,, need to left up manners every where with every other.. its come from inside:) life is beautiful !

Worst retail experience of my life. I was asked if I was paying cash or card, to which I responded cash. The cashier told me “ok we’ll you’re gonna have to move to other register”. The cashier at that register didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t tell me it would be a minute, just counted a wad of about 1000 dollars in 20s in front of my face . I made a few comments to my girlfriend about how we should’ve just paid with card, as that line had moved through about 4 customers while we waited,, to which the cashier counting money ( who turned out to be the manager) responded that “This isn’t Subway, it doesn’t work like that” After an apology, the manager began violently raising his voice telling me to “stop bitching” about it, and eventually asking me to leave the store. Not sure what kind of business they’re running, but if you like not being acknowledged at the register, then being cussed at and kicked out by the manager, check out this location!

A little loud for the people with sensory issues but very colourful and they have a lot of cool accessories and haloweeney things :)
