Delicious ice cream and incredible service! Their selections are $5-$8 per so I would let any patrons know that before you walk in especially for a larger group. The mango gelato I had was perfect and my father had cherry vanilla which was delectable.Thank you to the staff for keeping Rio a family friendly place where we can now have gelato!!!May you all stay safe and stay open please!🙏😊

The gelato bars are pretty good if you get the right toppings and chocolate coating.

The ice cream was incredible! I had never had gelato before but I wanted to give it a try on a hot day and it was AMAZING! There were a ton of flavors to choose from, too! My partner and I really enjoyed this place and will definitely be returning!

I never write reviews but I think this time it deserves a good review this is my 5th time coming to this store just about two hours ago and 5/5 times that I have come with my kids I’m always greeted and welcomed by the teens working here, there’s a few times that I have come during rush hour and I can clearly see how they manage to keep a positive attitude and try to help everyone even if there’s a long line.I have also seen rude costumers get angry at the prices to the employees which is not okay because there’s nothing they can do but even tho they are polite and calm amazing business the variety of flavors of pops and gelato is Amazing I love how it’s made for everyone vegan/sugar free/ gluten free. Ps- if you never been to the store ask the employees to recommend flavors they have tried they always seem to know also they explain the whole personalized pop steps clearly and it doesn’t seem overwhelming. Thank you

Read about them always had a line. Not too many places around here making homemade gelato. Had the cherry vanilla smooth and creamy liked it. Next time gonna try the tiramisu.

This place is very different than the average Gelato/Icecream parlor. Something new and clean design space with an assortment of flavors, coatings,bar toppings and syrups. Whatever flavor suit you they will most likely have it. Some of the bars a vegan as well.

The staff is very nice and patient. They love providing some samples to make sure you get the flavor your desire. Very fantasticks!

I was shocked and thrilled to see so many vegan options!! I built my own gelato bar with the vegan dark chocolate base, vegan dark chocolate dip shell, peanuts, hazelnuts, Oreos, and vegan caramel drizzle and it was beyond delicious!! $5 is not a bad price for what I got and it was plenty rich and enough to share with my husband! I hope these guys stay in business forever!

Super disappointed. Arrived here at 9:36 tonight and they were closing. With four kids that were very excited to try it. Knocked on the door and we were ignored. Says open until 10. Not cool.

What a wonderful addition to the area. The concept of custom gelato sticks is cool. But not a gimmick, because the gelato is awesome. And of course you have the huge variety of flavors available as regular scoops of gelato.Mango & pistachio are winners for me. And dont knock the sticks with the custom toppings and syrups. Go try them!

Nice aesthetic feel but the actual gelato and ice cream is ok, nothing to good.

Please beware that the popsicles should not be exposed no matter what! Each one should be individually wrapped instead of leaving it to hang with the other popsicles. It is unsanitary and the glass window is not enough to prevent contamination. I ate one of the popsicles and hours later became sick and started throwing up. I have not felt this sick in a longtime! I heard that the norovirus is starting to go around now. The popsicles must be contaminated or some virus is going around with that many people hanging out at the shop.
