Just got back from much needed trip to get battery replaced. Great customer service!!!

The young man that assisted me was rude when I asked about a part he stated they dont sell it, I stated website said they do. He proceeded to tell me it must be lying! Very bad service and degrading to your business!

Needed a couple of bulbs for my Kia Sorento that were burned out way to soon. Your sales people were very helpful esp making recommendations on what to get and he even changed out the bulbs for me. Will continue to do business with you but hopefully not to soon. Thank you!!

These guys are awesome and always willing to help me find what Im looking for and even help getting things installed. They once helped me put wipers on my car in -10F weather. They will also order anything they dont have in stock. Illl always come here before trying other auto parts stores in town.

Had a problem with a battery they ordered for me. They made it right with no hassle. The battery came in the next day, and it worked fine.

They usually have the parts you need right there in store or by the next morning and for the most part theyre usually the cheapest in town

Sales staff are good but not very knowleable

They did not take back the special ordered wheel hub assembly. They couldnt take it back because the receipt was faded. Its really too bad because even the serial number on the box didnt show up in their system. The only reason for 2 stars is because in general they were not rude. There are ways to look up my information and order and they didnt take the time to do that. It really doesnt help they had to order the part the previous week, then the receipt ends up fading. Really a shame, I liked the place.

Good people they want to make sure you got what you wanted or needed,but noboby told me that when your serpentine belt breaks CHECK YOUR PULLYS .because when i got the belt on and got up to take my grandson to school the nexted day the belt broke again,i got stranded ( i am on a cane) and had to hobble over a mile back.So I had to rebuy a belt and buy the pully

Bought a battery on line. Although I installed it myself advance auto parts will switch out the old battery for a new one.

A little on the expensive side for parts

Would not price match a wheel bearing to Autozone once they heard how much they would have to discount it. Orielys was more than happy to take my business and they were actually fully staffed.
