Called night before we went up told them what parts we needed,said we have them but when we got there the next morning they didnt have all of the parts we wanted

Needed replacement bulb. Employee found part needed but refused to help install it. :(

I am a recent customer. None of the other auto stores in Galesburg had employees wearing masks but Autozone did. The staff here were friendly, helpful, and took Covid precautions. Ill be back!

One year old battery did not hold a charge. AutoZone replaced with new battery. Purchase parts here all the time.

Called and checked to see if they had what I needed ...told me they had 2 different yet the same part...said they had it in stock then get there they give me the wrong part and when I show them what I need they tell me they dont have it or carry it...will definitely not return happens almost everytime Im there employees are not knowledgeable about what they are doing.. just rely on Google or a computer to do their job

Very disappointing and frankly enraging that multiple customers inside were not wearing face masks, despite a posted sign claiming one is required to enter the store. Please, for the sake of public health, enforce your own rules!

They cant even get as gas cap correct and the manager as this time, has no coconuts to write up or retrain or fire the ones that cant do there job correctly as i mean this has went on for 6 mos or more, when you have a truck or car tore down and they give you the wrong part its not easy to get 18 miles back in to get the right one, hope some day they can get knowledgable people working there !!

I needed a new battery cable for my 2009 Dodge Journey. Thry didnt have one in stock but ordered it for same day and I was able to fix my car same day. Friendly and great customer service.
